Mixed feelings.
Food:
some great, some bad
Escabeche de hongos : 7/10 good quality
Buñuelos de acelga: 9/10 flavorful, perfe tly cooked, soft
Fainazetta: 3/10 dry, bitter, unbalanced
Croquetas de arvejas y queso ahumado: 9/10 similar to the Buñuelos de acelga.
Drinks: not a fan of vermouth overall, which is their strength. That said, I asked for some cocktails with vermouth. Mixed feelings, again
Negroni: very good 8/10
La perla del Atlántico (La Fuerza Rojo, Gin Casa Rosa Doble Enebro, almíbar de frutos rojos, limón, soda) : watery, not particularly flavorful 5/10
Atmosphere:
trendy, interesting atmosphere. Nice place. We ate inside, which I recommend over the option of staying outside (where chairs and tables are small and uncomfortable)
Service: the host was very welcoming, helpful and kind.
The waitress was OK, but a little smile would help a lot. She was clearly not happy of working there.
Price:
Not cheap, at all. Cocktails are particularly expensive relatively.
Conclusion:
Some great things, some mediocre, some straight bad.
I will probably not gonna be coming back soon
