Such a discovery , a Michelin star for sure . The location on st Florent harbour is perfect to enjoy the sunset and start a fantastic experience . Menu of st Pierre fish declined in 4 courses , just crazy . We couldn’t choose a desert so we took them all … so delicious. The service was perfect with a very professional knowledge of each local suppliers . So definitely one of the best restaurant in Corsica . For sure we will come back . Merci 🙏❤️

Went for: romantic dinner Ate: oysters, ceviche, fish and muscat gourmand dessert with small bottle of wine Good: food was generally okay. The dishes were well presented. Service was friendly. Nice views. Not so good: it took a bit long for the starter to arrive. The price: 100€ for a fish for 2...you'd expect more. They also have good lunch menu offers (except on the weekend). If you can afford, go for it. If it's a once in a lifetime experience, don't look for it here. We enjoyed it, but would have been "blown away" for 25% lower cost.

A highlight of our time in Corsica, our experience at Restaurant la Gaffe was stunning from start to finish. We really appreciated the creative, complex, delicious tasting menu. Everything 10/10. We went here for a special occasion and everything was so delicious, service was wonderful and wine was perfect. Can’t rate it highly enough. It’s expensive but worth the money. Extremely fresh fish, we had the john dory. Chef was very experienced.

Not blown away by our main meal but decent price / quality ratio - very good dessert - do not expect a Michelin star level as mentioned in other reviews. Top location otherwise ans most probably the best address for a fancy night in st Florent. Additional staff could improve the service as our waitress seemed in a rush. And please don’t bring the bill when we didn’t ask for it!

Absolutely exquisite, sophisticated and creative. 80€ menu is totally worth it, so far the best culinary experience I have had in Corsica. 5 star is a no brainer, congratulations to the chef and his staff

Highly recommend. The former chef at the nearby gastronomic kitchen at Hotel Roya opened La Gaffe last year. This is one of the best dining experiences in St Florent. Nice location by the water, friendly and accommodating staff. Each dish was prepared with care and presented perfectly. I enjoyed the tuna tartar and the sea bream (Dorade) both. Excellent Corsican wine list; I'll suggest the tasty and affordable local vin blanc from Clos Marfisi, Inseme Patrimonio. Perfect pairing with the fish; light, lemony, minerally. You will have a great evening. Reservations recommended.
