"The view from LA Jackson, on top of the Thompson Hotel, is one of the most iconic in Nashville. On the weekend, upbeat dance music thumps through speakers while coworkers, hotel guests, and locals all blend together against the skyline. The bacon-wrapped venison poppers and parmesan tempura cauliflower are perfectly-sized snacks. And, many of the drinks come with edible garnishes—we once had a cocktail with a watermelon slice so big you could call it a gift with purchase. But who can really blame them? It’s a fun spot for a group where you can get very large cocktails like an oversized espresso martini that you can share with three to six people.
