50 Best Restaurants in India, From Kasauli to Kolkata | Condé Nast Traveler

"La Loca María in Pali Hill blends contemporary Spanish boldness with family roots—gambas al ajillo, charred octopus, lobster paella, pinchos and standout tacos—under Manuel Olveira’s Michelin-trained hand, with bright interiors and a drinks list leaning on Spanish wines, tequila and mezcal for a loud, generous, intentionally 'crazy' Spanish-Mumbai experience." - Karina Acharya

The 38 Best Restaurants in Mumbai, India | Eater

"La Loca Maria has successfully imported the joy of tapas dining to Mumbai. Chef Manuel Olveira Seller’s relocated restaurant packs in flavors from several Spanish-speaking countries in simple and well-executed plates. The charred octopus, palm heart ceviche, and pork al pastor tacos are great places to start, while the lightly smoked salmon and sous vide chicken sit in stark contrast to the heavily seasoned proteins usually offered in India." - Sumedh Natu

What a restaurant! I don't live here and would take a plane ride to come back to this restaurant! Stand out was the tiramisu. After having many an Italian tiramisus, hands down the best I've ever tasted! Ambience was lovely, service was top notch and food flavour was incredible in every bite in every dish. Only one critique on the paella we had, was the rice was slightly under done. Also, they need to be open earlier 😜

We had an excellent birthday lunch here. Everyone felt the food was very good. The pork and the paella and the stuffed capsicum was really good. The starters were also good and the crab was very good ( I cannot not eat such a wonderful intelligent creature, but the world does!). The drinks got a thumbs up from everyone especially the red wine sangria. Atmosphere is really nice and we got a round table which is always the best for chatting. No complaints. The deconstructed tiramisu was special.

Absolutely delicious Spanish food, probably the best I have had in years ! The Lobster paella was soaked in yummy seafood flavours, the gambas oil was full of garlicky goodness, the chocolate soufflé hit the spot. Drinks were excellent, I really enjoyed the Maracuya cocktail. Service was prompt and food came quickly. Very busy when we went on a Thursday night, best to make reservations !

A gorgeous Spanish-villa style restaurant with a warm ambience & amazing food. We tried their seafood paella, chicken skewers & tiramisu - each dish was yummy to the core. Would love to come back & try more dishes.

Smashing food, absolutely delicious...we didn't look beyond the tapas, but think there's lots more to choose from. Warm, welcoming, efficient staff - food and drinks appeared at regular intervals, so it didn't feel like we were being rushed. The AC temperature was turned down as a favour to my elderly father. On the downside, an excessively loud table of five or six inconsiderate people behind us - perhaps groups could be placed away from the booths? Also, there was some confusion with the pre-paid deposit, but all's well that ends well. Will definitely go again!

Dessert was the best part of the meal. Everything else was overly salty or one dimensional. Not worth the hype. The first time I went here was just okay and the this time worse. Ambience is nice but seats are so close that you can hear what conversation is happening at the table next to us.

Seems to be a very popular restaurant so really busy.had a starter something with mushrooms which was excellent. The breads too were very soft and pillow ey. Paella with cherezio was good as well as the Veg paella. Couldn't say WOW to both the paellas and wouldn't order it again. Tiramisu was the highlight to end the meal. Definitely will come back to try some other dishes.

I walked in but was seated immediately and it was made known that there were reservations after me and how long I could stay. Even waiting a few minutes for my friend in the tasteful and refined atmosphere was delightful. I got the chicken and then, the tiramisu. They have their own take on it which we really enjoyed.
