La Machine à Coudes

I had a wonderful meal. The menu was beautifully balanced. Each dish sat on its own and made me smile. I didn’t take it, but the rum pairing with the menu looked amazing. I had a rum to close my off my meal and it was delicious. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! The food is out of this world, the chef is extremely talented! The menu is Chef's choice over 6+ courses. Every bite improved on the last, it was delicious. Already cannot wait to return. The service was extremely friendly and pleasant. In all, we spent a lovely and memorable evening.

Dined here for lunch and exceptional value given the quality of the food and service. Wonderful wines served by the glass and we look forward to returning soon to enjoy the dinner experience and this restaurant is a world away from some of the tourist traps in central Paris

New chef, previously at sur mesure by thierry marx. Excellent food, brilliant wines, and Marlène’s irreplaceable awesome service! Two options of 3- or 6-course prix fixe menu. All made with fresh seasonal ingredients. Don’t miss out !

Wonderful service and truly delicious if not pretentious food.

We had high expectations in view of the numerous positive reviews. We were really disappointed. On Saturday night it was mandatory to order a 6-course menu. The courses were tiny and were made of very simple and cheap ingrediens, not even one of them was something to remember. The dessert had a strange taste, the chocolate cake was dry and tasteless. What was really annoying is that the owner of the place, who also serves to the tables, brought us a plate of cheese without mentioning that it is for extra cost. We wanted to order a bottle of wine, but the owner said that she would serve us a different wine of her choice with every course. She didn't mention that the price will be much higher then any bottle on the menu. To total that we paid was in no proportion to the quality and quantity. It is just a rip off under the cover of a "concept restaurant".

Nice small place, good food to taste, perfect alcohol dégustation and lovely waiters taking into account all your need. Don't forget to provide all your restrictions before the beginning of the meal ("I don't drink white wine", "I don't like mushrooms", "I am allergic to seafood", etc). And I strictly recommend you to book in advance: there are not many tables in la machine. Enjoy!
