La Michoacana Ice Cream est.2013

Holy cross contamination. Almost all of the ice creams had clear streak of other flavors. When they got our ice cream, they occasionally lightly dipped the scoop in water before getting the next flavor. One flavor had nuts so you're just asking for triggering an allergic reaction in someone. We also found a hair in one of our ice cream scoops which was nice. Makes you want to call the health inspector for a re-inspection. We had been standing for a while before anyone even popped their head out and even then they stayed in the back. When the staff was out front, they were openly eating food near the ice cream lines. The aqua fresca tasted diluted and off compared to anywhere else. Just not planning to come back.

Larger than most of the other la Michoacána shops in the inland empire. The staff are real quick to take orders and get your snacks. When we came in there was about six people ahead of us and our wait time was under five minutes. Location was clean, staff was friendly, parking was a little cramped but we were able to find parking easy enough.

2nd time stopping by so far so good they have a larger variety of ice cream served options and lollipops aswell.Their aguas frescas are delicious. My 5yr old enjoys their cucumber and lemon with Chia water , I personally love the Guanabana.Spot is chill and clean .Employees are well presented and friendly.

Went to this location for the first time and I must say the hot Cheetos esquites were really good. I also got fresas con crema and as you can tell from the photo they were not stingy with the strawberries or crema, the awesome employee filled my 16 oz cup to the very top into the lid adding even more! Definitely recommend this location.

Got a Uber eats order drove to my pick up from this store surprise lol like any other time order not ready staff don't even bother to ask any thing ,just saying if the store doesn't want this orders do not turn on the app and have more respect for the drivers that spend moneyin gas and customer that expect their orders .. Simple do not offer this service if you not ready to do it on time 7/23/2025 -8 :30 pm

The ice cream and the products are amazing, staff is nice and works very hard. The only bad thing about this place is the management and ownership for being severely under staffed during peak night business hours. 45 min wait.

Tostilocos are really good!! However raspado was half juice when we paid! How did it melt so fast?? I would hope for $9 medium it wouldn’t be a syrup juice, hurt my stomach first sip.

Waited 20 minutes to be helped with one other customer in line. There was a blonde young lady with terrible customer service who took five minutes to pour two waters. A second employee came out of the back and completely ignored guests.

Food is delicious how ever employees take forever even when there is no customers , also talk bad about customers its never really packed thats what i like but employees should step it up a bit just make our order than gossip all they want once they have no customers waiting for their order as well keeping their rude comments to themselves but other wise food is delicious

Just stopped at this location on my way home n I am very pleased with the customer service I received. I was helped by a young lady lady with glasses. Very polite and very helpful.

best treats and snacks here and polite staff i always get the help i need with my orders by this kind lady i don't know her name but she is kind and helpful:) and always makes my desserts right

anayely is the best ice cream maker or always does her job and make sure your food and service is right,victoria and briana always say rude comments or talk bad about their customers so watch out, esme is respectful

Fresas con crema were delicious, and the delivery service was fast. This was the first time I ordered from this location, definitely I will order again.

I know I'm a little late but this place has one of the worst service I once ordered a couple drinks and food to pick up through door dash and they were refusing to give me my food saying it wasn't me like wtf I literally showed them my phone and my order and they wouldn't give it to me it's sad because I ordered ahead to just pick up and leave but it was the total opposite with them do yourself a favor and just go up ahead a block never had an issue with that location unlike them here

I asked for 2 different containers since I was buying 2 different flavors and girls refuse. I left without purchasing anything and I will never comeback. They're loosing money just because they wouldn't split my ice cream into 2 containers. By the way I was buying the liter containers. Piece of shot place!!! Don't waste your money here, let's give our business to a business that appreciates their customers.

I'm surprised no one has reviewed this location. It has been here for awhile. I finally got a chance to come in and I don't regret it. They have all the flavors and products that make it an authentic La Michoacana like in Los Angeles. They have all the treats I remember from childhood like hot cheetos with cheese and mexican corn. They have a variety of drinks from liquados to agua frescas and shakes to smoothies. They make the ice cream bars fresh in the store that's why they're not sealed. The flavors range from every day strawberry or chocolate to more exotic flavors like avocado or cheese ice cream. I highly recommend those exotic flavors. You will be in for a taste bud treat fellow foodies. There are other locations around posing as Michoacanas but their ice cream doesn't taste the same and they don't have the exotic flavors available. Even if you don't enjoy the unusual flavors I recommend checking if the shop has them because if they don't offer them chances are you aren't at a good Michoacana shop.
