La Oaxaquenita Tacos & Grill

Great authentic Mexican food! Finally found a great spot near us. Will definitely be ordering again. We ordered the tacos pastor and tacos with carnitas marinade as well as chicken tostadas.

I just had my first visit, and I can honestly say it won't be my last! The tacos were such a great deal, but I have to admit, I was a bit bummed to go the day after Taco Tuesday. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I can't wait to come back soon!

This place appears to me to be a genuine Mexican place. The food is flavorful and very reasonably priced. Dishes are not “swimming” in a sea of melted cheese - they are “clean” and “crisp.” Staff and service were accommodating, considering that we did not speak a word of Spanish and the staff was a bit less than fluent in English to explain some of the food preparation nuances, but they did try ☺️ If food is your top concern, this is the place for you. But if you are looking for a cozy place to dine, look elsewhere. I would love it if this place served breakfast tacos. Surprisingly, I was not able to find a restaurant nearby that does.

Great experience! Friendly staff and delicious food. Just be aware that they do charge $2 for water... not expected but I'll know for next time. Still worth the visit.

This food was delicious! I’ve been to all of the Mexican restaurants in South River and this one is the best. Everything down to the rice was full of flavor. And friendly service they called me to let me know order was ready
