I m a big ceviche lover and this place is Amazing. Fresh ingredients and anything on the menu taste great. One is big enough to share-but if you can handle a full order by yourself-it is definitely filling! Go check them out! La Patrona and her crew are very welcoming !

After seeing the previous reviews rave about the ceviche, we had to try it out. It's true, it is delicious! It tastes very fresh, and the portion size is bigger than I expected! It comes with freshly made tortilla chips too, which were really good. We also tried the fish and shrimp tacos. The cod had a fishy taste to me, which I don't care for, but if you like that, then the fish taco is for you! The shrimp taco was delicious and tasted just as fresh as the ceviche.

Ceviche mixto verde ! They say it’s spicy but you can handle it Cowboy up! Flavor explosion! As the staff maintains smiles and I’ll be back for more! Awesome idea for a day like today . The menu there will not disappoint anyone wanting an tacos to ceviche!

This was absolutely delicious!!! The whole fish was enough for 2 people. We also got the fish ceviche and it was excellent as well. Everything was so fresh.

I found this place on a round rock Facebook page and made my way to them. I ordered the fried red snapper it came rice and a cucumber salad. The service was fast they even delivered my food to my car for me. The customer service was great! And my food omg was soooo good the fish was full of flavor and fried to perfection and it was very affordable. I will be coming back for sure!

Ordered fish, shrimp and squid ceviche with tostadas for lunch. The ceviche is sooo good! I’ll be back for more. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They don’t rush you when placing your order. You have to stop by to try! I highly recommend this food truck

This is the kind of Mexican food that I like ! Authentic , spicy ! Loved it ! Real food ! They had several food trucks with picnic tables .

I’m a big Mariscos fan. I’ve tried Mariscos all over California and Texas. This place is by far the most flavorful and delicious I’ve had. I got the agua chile mango habanero and it was so delicious with the perfect amount of spice. I also tried the Fish taco and it was perfectly fried and with amazing texture and taste. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back. 10/10

The Ceviche mixto verde was amazinggggg. It came with fish, shrimp, and squid. It was super flavorful and tasted really fresh. Also had a good kick to it -- not overly spicy that you can't eat it. The dish was about $21, which I initially thought was pretty pricey, but the portions that they gave were really fair. They didn't skimp on any of the seafood -- everything was super well balanced. Im a pretty frugal person, and I definitely thought this was worth it. My wife and I shared the dish and both left feeling content. The service was really nice. The seating is outdoors, they have good shade. We had our dog with us. Definitely would come back again.

Finally stopped by La Patrona for lunch today and let me tell you it did not disappoint! The Coctel de Camarón was delicious. The flavor was like none other. My husband had the ceviche mixta verde and loved every bite of it. The spice was spicing and it was just what he likes. We shared a shrimp taco and the flavors were phenomenal! Can't believe we hadn't tried them before but I know we will be back real soon! Highly recommend them!

Best of the best. Very authentic mariscos. Aguachiles are on point. The service is quick. Don't hesitate to come, food is delicious.

Oh. My. Gosh. THE BEST ceviche I've ever had in my lifeeee. Ordered the ceviche mixto verde, it was absolutely perfect. It had a good amount of heat, the flavors were super well balanced, limey, spicy, and very fresh seafood. The ratio of fish to pico and avocado was excellent, they were generous with the fish, shrimp and squid. The crackers were a solid vehicle for the ceviche and didn't take away from or compensate for the incredible flavor. Ugh I'm obsessed with this place. You MUST go. Went on a Saturday afternoon and there was plenty of seating. This seemed like the most popular food truck in the park.

La Patrona Seafood is a hidden gem! Their ceviche is so good--fresh, tangy, and perfectly balanced. You can taste how much care they put into it. And their Uvola drink? So good!. The atmosphere is relaxed with some outdoor benches to enjoy your food at and the staff is warm. A plus for me is that even though this is a food truck parked in a dirt parking lot, they always keep everything clean and tidy.

Food is always great and fresh. The shrimp tacos are amazing and the shrimp cocktail as well. The staff is very welcoming and sweet. Great energy and vibes.

This is an absolute gem and honestly, we don't deserve to have such incredible, authentic mariscos so close to us. My husband first saw this place when he was visiting Taqueria Jaguar (another awesome spot) and the line was surprising. After doing further research, we decided to give it a try. La patrona is a food truck parked on the left side of a food truck park on the side of the road. People often say, "Don't eat fish out of a truck on the side of the road." I am here to say that is absolutely WRONG! The person behind the counter gave great recommendations and took our order promptly. While we waited, we sat directly under fans on a covered patio with lots of tables available. Hand sanitizer and water was also readily available, which I appreciated since we were dining al fresco. We ordered the fish tacos and the mixed ceviche with the mango habanero sauce. The tacos were out of this world. I can honestly say it was one of the best fish tacos I have ever eaten. The fish was fresh, crispy, and not greasy. It was seasoned to perfection and had a wonderful texture. The cabbage and cucumber added a delicious freshness and crunch as well. The creamy sauce on top and a squeeze of lime made everything perfectly balanced and rounded out the taco nicely. It was epic. My husband had the ceviche and said it was fantastic as well. The tortilla chips were freshly made from scratch. RUN, don't walk, to La Patrona.

Some of the best ceviche I've had that was not in Mexico . Tastes just like they make it in Guadalajara. Loved the Aguachile and ceviche mixto . The service was also awesome . No complaints whatsoever !

I ordered fish tacos and ceviche. And it was so delicious the portions are bigger than I pictured. The tacos had a lot of flavor. Service was great! I love the outdoor seating with fans and heaters. Would totally come back!

Service was good. Took a bit longer but with a food truck, I get it. I didn't expect Tajín in my ceviche that was different. I got the fish taco and it was decent. The weather was perfect to be outside. Wouldn't say it has kid friendly options but my kids ate the fish tacos just fine.

Holy Sh*&! This place is where it's at! I came to this food truck "La Patrona" and can say without a doubt that it is aptly named. I ordered three items to get a feel of what is offered. Considere: un camarón grande tiene solo 7 calorías y casi nada de grasa pero contiene más de un gramo de proteína! Wow! El cóctel estaba fresco. Este artículo está hecho con camarones frescos, aguacate, pepino, tomate, limón, lima y cebolla. I have to agree with all of the very positive reviews for this mobile restaurant! I was really surprised with the freshness and quality of all the seafood and ingredients. My first visit was with a couple of neighbors of mine living in Georgetown. I'm biased because I REALLY like Fuego Latina in Georgetown square and didn't know what to expect. I'm happy I tried! I had the Fish Soup and it was spot on tasty! Good seasoning, a slight kick but the fish was really tasty and fresh. I got an original ceviche with shrimp and fish to go. I enjoyed it for breakfast the next morning. I've been back again today and got the ceviche and picked up an order of the habanero mango ceviche for one of my neighbors. This is a great place, everything about it is clean and friendly. I would give it more stars if I could. Outstanding job La Patrona!

I usually don't write reviews but this place is damn good. The fish was very fresh and everything I ordered was perfect. This ceviche is better than many restaurants I've had in Austin. The guy working in the trailer was nice and informative. There were many varieties of spicy sauce to accompany the ceviche. They also make their own and it was very flavorful. 10/10 hands down best fish tacos I have ever had in my life. I've come to La Patrona over a dozen times and I've never had a bad meal here. The aguachiles is also amazing.

Absolutely Delicious! 100/10 would recommend... this place is a hidden gem. The food just tastes amazingly fresh and everything we had so far was so good! The ceviche is seasoned to perfection. The fish tacos/shrimp were crispy, hot, and flavorful. I enjoy this place so much. They definitely deserve all the recognition.

This is some seriously flavorful food. Both the ceviche and fish tacos packed lots of flavor. Fresh, made to order. Portions on the smaller side (inflation!), but I've had plenty of bigger portions of fish tacos and ceviche with a lot less flavor than this. It's worth it. It's located in the food trailer and farmers market park on 79. Great way to support a small family business.

Highly recommend! The ceviche campechano (shrimp, fish, octopus) was delicious and very fresh. We also ordered the fish and shrimp tacos that were perfectly battered and full of flavor! You have to quench your thirst and order the uvola(grape, lime, and mineral water) - yum!! We'll definitely be back soon!

All I can say it WOW! I was having a particularly bad day and decided to go on a long drive. After a few hours I needed something to eat and found this place on google right off the road- perfect location. Normally I am not a seafood girl but the reviews for this place were all 5/5 so I thought why not...The reviews don't do it justice!!! The ceviche was so fresh and flavorful it cured my bad mood. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful with suggestions. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked. Thank you La Partrona for the amazing experience!

This will now be our go to spot for a great seafood meal instead of driving all the way to San Antonio! The portions of food will definitely fill you up. The atmosphere is comfortable with music playing in the background that is at an enjoyable level where you can still have a normal conversation. The area is clean and the staff has great customer service that you can't find anymore.

I come from a home where Mexican food is tradition, therefore you always have standard when it comes to eating out specifically to eat at any "traditional" establishments. This place has awesome ceviche. This is coming from someone who only likes to make it or have it made from home. My husband picked it up when he stumbled upon it running errands. He said the service was great and even though it's from a food truck I mean.. let's just make it clear, often times that's where the bomb ass food is from. It's a little hole in the wall and I will definitely come in person and try out new dishes. The fact that this establishment is Latin owned, it's a no brainer to why the food is the bomb.com You can tell it's made fresh, the quality is impeccable, the portions are good too. It's a must try!

Ceveche with shrimp is off the charts delicious and flavorful!! This is how coastal Ceveche should be done !! Wish they were closer but I dive 45 each way to get it, it's that good! Incredibly sweet owner too go go go get some of her Ceveche

Came across this place while perusing Yelp near me. I believe it is a food truck out off 79, but we had it delivered so I can't speak to that. Ordered some ceviche and tacos and enjoyed all of it. The menu is relatively limited, but if you are craving ceviche this is the spot. Wasn't mad at the tacos either though so even if ceviche is not your thing I would go again just for the tacos as well.

Y'all, this place is addictive. I'm not kidding. Just try it. We get the original or the fish/shrimp ceviche. The fish tacos are really yummy. Hubby's had something else he really enjoyed but I was focused on eating my ceviche. The owners and their son(?) are really nice and very helpful. You can call in your order ahead of time if you need to grab'n'go. Love their food!!!!!

This place make me feel in my hometown. Everything is delicious and fresh. Authentic taste from the pacific seafood. And the best salsas for seafood. My new favorite place.

My family and I really enjoyed the ceviche/aguachiles! We are originally from Cali and my sister said she's tried many of the ceviche places around and this is the first she's really really liked. This is our second time back and are so excited to have them so close to home!

Legit authentic Sinaloa seafood. I haven't been able to find a place in Austin with seafood this good! Portions are awesome and several variations of aguachiles and ceviche.

Got the fish tacos and the shrimp tacos. This place is amazing. Fish freshly fried an battered, along with the shrimp. They throw some diced cucumbers on it with the sliced lettuce and cabbage. Hit it with the hot sauce an it's a match made in heaven. Going back to try the ceviche!

Ok! Wow, this place is amazing. I tried their shrimp cocktail, I'm sure going to try all the other ceviche they have. I went for lunch today for the first time, and the gentleman at the window has great customer service and his mom who I thought was his sister is very friendly . Is amazing to see parents working together with their kiddos. If you want best ceviches this is place is a must come to. Flavor is amazing and the customer service a plus. Thank you!!!!

Hands down one of my favorite places anyone i know i will recommend this place. Every single item is beyond delicious the fish tacos are the perfect sizes of shrimp that are crispy they have a coleslaw and cucumbers as well as a sauce everything is fresh and you can taste it the ceviche well any item is so refreshing and just a perfect meal. The service is phenomenal and it's family owned truly a staple in the community! A must try !!!

Best Mexican seafood in the Austin area that specializes in ceviche and aguachiles. Super fresh, perfect treat with the hot weather. The staff was super friendly and accommodating; they were always willing to give us extra tostadas, Mayo, and sauces when asked. Can't wait to come back!

I'm an Mexican American or I should say a gringo husband of a Mexican Mexico City born citizen. This is by far the best seafood that we've had so far, the closest to authentic Mexican flavor. The family are good people, clean tables and high quality plastic ware and utensils. Not to mention we didn't get stung by ants like other side of the road picnic table stops we've eaten at. They have a nice large industrial outdoor fan that we appreciated at a 103 Degrees Fahrenheit. Traveled 57 minutes to get here and well worth the trip. This will definitely be our go to place when craving authentic Mexican seafood. First time eating at La Patrona and YOU have to go! This spot has such amazing food. The ceviche and fish tacos are to die for. They were fresh and delicious. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing lunch experience. We will be back for more.
