"La Pecora Bianca is not exactly a coffee shop. However, this Italian restaurant in Nomad does operate a coffee bar starting at 8am on weekdays and 9am on weekends. And the large, attractive space offers the rare combination of being a good spot for both drinking coffee and people-watching. It’s easy to get to from just about anywhere in the city, and it has a surprisingly affordable breakfast that’s worth checking out." - Matt Tervooren

Had dinner here with friends and was very happy with the service we got, especially since there was a toddler in the group and the staff were very accommodating! Outdoor heated seating is okay but is a bit too dark for my liking. Food is good, especially their burrata and rigatoni. I’ve had better whipped ricotta and olive oil cake. Overall decently good!

I ordered takeaway to pick up, think I ordered through menulog or something and my order was ready quickly (I think within 20 mins) on a Friday night! The restaurant looked lovely, with a great, bustling, busy atmosphere. Staff at the entrance were very friendly. I ordered the Vodka Sauce Rigatoni and whilst it was quite tasty, I felt the serving size was quite small, and it didn’t quite seem as fresh and saucy as I’d expect.

My wife and I had a dinner at this place. It was our special occasion and we would like to celebrate it. At the beginning, we were pleasantly surprised when the General Manager came to our table for congratulating us! Carlos, who was our server, did an amazing job. His service was exceptional! We started with Aperol Spritz and Hugo spritz cocktails. They were not watery at all and did not have much ice. We enjoyed them a lot! For a main course we ordered pasta. What can I say about it? It was yammy! Finally, we finished the dinner with Tiramisu for 2 people (That's only one option for Tiramisu on the menu). To be honest, the portion of Tiramisu was huge :D We did not finish that and asked for a box to-go. All in all, an exceptional service and tasty food made our evening! I would happily visit this place again!

Had a late lunch “brunch” with a friend at La Pecora Bianca for the first time. From hostess to waiters and to the bussers, everyone were extreme hospitable. Made sure my friend and I were comfortable with our food and drink. We ordered the most popular Tagliateli and Rigatoni. All pastas are made in-house. It’s tender and just-right. Sauces are not too heavy either. The server introduced us to their new line of Rosé. Newly imported from Toscana, La Pecora Bianca’s very own brand of wine. The special deal for brunch only is $25 per bottle. Very good deal so no need to order $15/glass. The rosé is very good pairing with any food choice. It’s not too sweet and not tannic either. It serves its purpose as a perfect house wine.

How can food so healthy and light be so filling and unfathomably flavorful? I don't know, but the arugula salad, with lemon and olive oil, fennel, cherry tomatoes, large slices of shaved parmesan cheese, and the add-on salmon filet, was something I would gladly eat every day. Who knew arugula could be magically transformed like that? The broccolini side dish, served hot, is slightly spicy and incredibly delicious, as is the eggplant side dish, tender, cooked in tomato sauce, and irresistible. I don't think any description would do these justice. I wish I had this lunch every day; I'd never get tired of it, and neither will you. This is the most delicious totally guilt-free lunch ever created, with zero room for improvement. If you prefer avocado toast, other salads, or an array of homemade pasta options, you'll find them there too--but I think I'll order the same things at Pecora Bianca for the rest of my life.

What a great treat ! First, the weather cannot be more nicer! 70 degrees. The food was tasteful and well-presented! Service was friendly and welcoming.

Had a great time here! Beautiful restaurant, great for groups or a romantic dinner. Service was attentive and friendly and food was delicious. Rigatoni was super creamy and al dente. I am definitely coming back and trying their other locations.

As a non-New Yorker, I hadn't heard of La Pecora Bianca, and when our train back home got cancelled and we had to take an earlier train, our dinner plans elsewhere got foiled and we had to make a quick decision on where to eat closer to our hotel before leaving town. Enter La Pecora Bianca. Turns out there are several locations throughout Manhattan, and there are some slight variations in menus as well depending on which one you visit. The NoMad location was convenient for us, and we loved the bright and airy ambiance inside. First off, the staff here are so on top of their game. From the moment we were greeted, to each and every encounter at our table, they were on point. Helpful, knowledgeable, eager to answer questions, so on and so forth. Also, the food came out extremely fast despite how busy it was! It was a very late afternoon on a chilly Saturday and the place was pretty packed even at that hour. We started with the local burrata and enjoyed it a lot. They immediately offered us more bread, and it arrived very quickly. Even though we were here on a weekend and had the opportunity to try some of their popular brunch offerings, my friend and couldn't resist the pastas! We both got the the Gramigna which is probably one of the most interesting and delicious pasta dishes I've had in a long time. The pasta shape itself is a curly tube, and upon asking I was informed it's made with acorn flour, which gives it a distinctive color and unique flavor. The preparation using sausage and sliced broccolini with garlic and chilis is very reminiscent of the classic orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe, and I loved how it was similar yet very unique and different at the same time. I will dream of this pasta... If I lived in NYC again (I did many years ago) this would be one of my go-to spots. I look forward to returning and maybe even trying the other locations. It is a restaurant I would wholeheartedly recommend and will absolutely revisit in the future.

Yelp
Best pasta I've had in my life for being gluten free. Though they only have penne (iykyk) it was so good! Made a reservation for 8:15PM and I'm so glad we did! It was a busy evening but our server was attentive and offered great suggestions. We had the New York strip, Branzino, and a rigatoni pasta with burrata. Simple but delicious, not overly salted and not lacking any flavor. Despite multiple locations in NYC, I think this restaurant is worth the visit and does well in NYC.

Yelp
Firstly, I appreciate the hospitality. It was an incredibly cold day and I was early for my reservation (they were not even open yet). However, the host invited me to sit at the bar until it was time to get a table. They have a relatively complete Italian wine list. I selected a Pinot Grigio from Friuli, which came out a bit cold but became more expressive in the glass as it warmed up. For my lunch I ordered the Tagliatelle with a dollop of Burrata on top. The pasta was cooked al dente and served with a red sauce. The portion was not skimpy and I took half of it home. Pro-tip: At 11:30 the place was empty, but by 12:15 it was almost completely full. Either make a reservation or arrive promptly at opening - even on a freezing cold week day!

Yelp
Ample indoor and outdoor seating available. Good place to check out if you don't have reservations and are looking for a decent, solid meal in the area. Indoors gets loud during peak dinning times, especially after 5pm. Gets difficult to hear & yell over the cacophony of conversations. Pleasant, chick environment. Lights get very dim with nightfall. Atmospheric vibes are great for an intimate date or a gathering of close loved ones. Staff are courteous and leave you alone if you don't require assistance, which is what we liked. Menu focuses around pasta and typical American Italian dishes. We tried three pastas: beef bolognese, shrimp in white sauce, and vegetable pasta. All were well executed and filling. Strip steak was a good, filling portion. Tasted even better the second day, as left overs. Enjoyed the Demi glace red wine sauce and the sides of brocollini and baked potatoes.

Yelp
I've been here several times. They have ample seating and it is a great place to catch up with friends. We usually order pasta dishes. During busy evening days, it can be a wait but it isn't usually longer than 20 minutes. It can be a little cramped depending on the table you are seated in though. I have also gotten take out here before and it is also relatively quick (15 mins) when I have a busier schedule. There is a lot in the area so the time goes by quickly. Food is usually always good and sometimes on the smaller side depending on the dish. Be aware you usually need to add protein to your pasta dish so it is several dollars more. Definitely a solid spot

Lynn W.

Yelp
Made reservations for lunch and everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. Service was excellent. The appetizers- whipped ricotta, meatballs and cauliflower were all a hit. Pastas were perfectly cooked and the variety of sauces were all savory and just as you would like it. Mushroom and rigatoni vodka were so simple but I could eat this all the time

Christy S.

Yelp
I came here with my friends on a Saturday night. Two of my friends were going to be late, but the staff were very understanding and accommodating even though they were really busy. We started out with their meatballs as an appetizer, and I ordered a lemon basil soda. The meatballs were delicious, and I wanted to order seconds. Although no basil was seen in the soda, you could taste it. It was very refreshing, and I definitely recommend giving it a taste. For the entree, I ordered the tagliatelle. One of my friends ordered the campanelle. Both were very delicious. There were so many shrimps in the campanelle. As for the tagliatelle, I devoured the whole plate in seconds. The portions weren't small, but they left me wanting seconds. I recommend coming here with friends or with a date, but remember to make reservations.

Yelp
Really enjoyed my experience here this past Monday. We were a group of 6 and were able to make a last min reservation. The place inside is beautiful and has ample outdoor covered space with heaters and inside. We were sat on the outside patio and it was actually so warm we had to shut one of the heaters off. We got a bottle of wine for $60 and they did have non alcohol options for people in the group the don't drink. I got the truffle pasta special which was super good! Balanced, great sauce and the pasta was perfectly al dente which is hard to find! The others with me had steak, salmon, curly pasta and the mushroom pasta and everyone loved their meals. I'd recommend getting a pasta dish here. service was good. They have restrooms downstairs which were clean and stocked

Heather D.

Yelp
Everytime I come to the city, I have to go here. The best rigatoni in town! The espresso martini is also fantastic because there is an espresso machine behind the bar, so the martini is made with real espresso shots. This time around, we did notice the Brussels sprouts had changed significantly , which we weren't crazy about. They used to be a lot bigger Brussels, with more char flavor to them. Regardless, this place is a must!

Winston L.

Yelp
I really loved how bright and spacious the restaurant was when I visited. My friend and I walked in and were able to be seated immediately at a high top next to the bar. After a week of eating, I decided to keep things simple and ordered the Chicken Paillard. The chicken was cooked nicely and enjoyed the salad that accompanied it. I would say the portion is just a bit on the lighter side but for NYC prices and the quality, La Pecora is a solid visit when you are nearby NoMad!

Alex M.

Yelp
(Overall: D) - This restaurant seemed to have a reasonable ambience, but I found their food options to be priced as elevated fare but then presented as elementary fundamentals, so there is a noticeable disconnect. Given the simplicity of dishes, I was quite startled by the slowness during service as well. (Tagliatelle Bolognese: D) - Their pasta and sauce seems to be of reasonable quality. However, I felt $27 for a bolognese is at an elevated price point in which the depth of flavor and elevated presentation was noticeably lacking from the dish. Food: E Presentation: E Price: -1 Atmosphere: E Service: -1 Menu: E Overall: -2 D Insta/Beli/TikTok: @amei_eats

Yelp
Really good service and food! I highly recommend the meatballs, and rigatoni. The cocktails were delish too. Perfect spot for cute little date.

Amy L.

Yelp
I've heard so much about this place so I'm not sure if my expectations were too high going in, but I thought the food was alright. We had the toscano meatballs and toscano salad to start, tagliatelle, rigatoni, salmon, branzino, tiramisu, and olive oil cake. My favorite dishes were the branzino (crispy, flakey, good balance of vegetables) and the tiramisu. The tiramisu had the cutest sheep design and is massive. It was a very loud dining hall so it was hard to hear, but the service was great.

Cherie R.

Yelp
Oh my gosh. I will be dreaming and pining for this vodka rigatoni for many years to come!! The pasta was amazing, perfectly Al dente. The best part was the sauce, each piece of pasta had a beautiful pocket of sauce inside of it - wish I could make pasta like that! It was truly so good. The service was a bit slow, but they were very busy. We sat outside, it was a beautiful evening in NYC, not too loud and great background with buildings and lights as well. Can't wait to go back!

Tee D.

Yelp
A true 4 star experience. The food is tasty. Order the pastas, they're all fresh and well made. The whipped ricotta is surprisingly tasty as someone that doesn't love ricotta. They have good meatballs which many places ruin. Finally, the cacio e Pepe spaghetti is chef's kiss. The service is consistent and even the very pregnant manager is active which tells you all you need to know about how much they care about the experience. The place is designed well overall. It's not great that you can hear three neighbors' conversation over your own at times. You're also in the city so factor in train travel and city prices.

Tia R.

Yelp
I'm not sure if it's just the food in NY but this was so good! Pasta was freshly made and the sauce was as well. The drinks were even amazing.

William L.

Yelp
Service was superb. Our waiter was super attentive, constant water refills, plate changes, and very kind. Ambiance is nice--great decor and clean inside although a bit packed with tables. Food was good. Generous portions, especially for restaurant week, and there were hints of greatness. The branzino stood out especially.

Elsy M.

Yelp
I absolutely love Pecora Bianca! The pasta, especially the tagliatelle, is simply delicious--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The meatballs are incredibly savory and tasty, easily one of my favorites on the menu. Beyond the amazing food, the staff is always welcoming and attentive, making every visit feel special. Whether it's a casual dinner or a celebration, Pecora Bianca never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Stefanie C.

Yelp
I came here after wandering around NYC late one night with my partner to find a nice spot for dinner. We weren't dressed up enough for the fancier restaurants, but La Pecora Bianca fit our vibe perfectly. We were seated immediately (fortunately, since it was packed!) and service was great. The place was candlelit and moody. Great date night venue. We shared the delicious Whipped Ricotta as a starter. I couldn't stop eating it. Then I ordered the Gramigna ($26) which was curly pasta, house-made sausage, broccolini, and chili flakes. Tasty but made my jaw hurt after awhile. I guess that means the pasta was al dente? Wouldn't go out of my way to come back again, but it was a solid choice for dinner.

Baylee D.

Yelp
Hands down one of my favorite restaurants anytime I visit New York. No matter how many times I go, this place doesn't disappoint. The rigatoni is to die for but honestly anything you'll order will be amazing. The servers are very attentive but will also make sure not to rush you which is nice! It's always busy so I recommend making a reservation in advance. It's a smaller restaurant so it can get a little loud but it doesn't take away from the amazing experience. Will definitely continue to come here any chance I get!

Miranda M.

Yelp
Tried La Percora Bianca twice before finally leaving this review and hear my thoughts. The first time I ate here, my partner and I were seated outside - one thing we noted was that the service was not very good. It was a very long time before we were able to place our drink and food orders, and the waitress seemed to have forgotten that we were even out there. I would say the main part of this visit that I remember was that we found a hair in our burrata, which was pretty gross. They replaced it with a new dish. His Taliatelle was pretty alright...nothing special and we felt it almost tasted like it was microwaved. I did not expect to return but one of the things that I think really turned my experience around was receiving an email from them, asking for feedback in exchange for a $15 gift card. I was a little hesitant, but did want to share my experience with them. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the survey was very in-depth and seemed to actually care about receiving feedback. I received the gift card as promised and decided to return where I had a much better experience, despite only ordering the side of bread and two glasses of wine. This time when I visited, it was around 1pm on a Wednesday and it was PACKED. It's a good sized restaurant, but I would definitely recommend reserving a spot ahead of time. I sat at the bar and was helped by a bartender who was very nice. I ordered a Sauvignon Blanc and the Nebbiolo. Both were a little on the expensive side for the value I felt, but I did get good sized pours. The side of bread (I requested) was nice to nibble on and came with shaved Parmesan (love), red pepper flakes and olive oil. The restrooms are downstairs and there are multiple, which is nice to accommodate how full they regularly get. The inside is loud but in a pleasant way, and there are various seating options from the bar, to high tops to tables. I'd consider eating here again, but it's not on the top of my list.

Nehal A.

Yelp
We went for a team dinner here. We had reservation to ensure our spot, and we got the table right away upon arrival. Loved the appetizers like Ricotta, meatballs, and cauliflower. Such good taste for all of them. We all ordered different pastas and mains for entree. The scallops were incredible, so soft it felt melting while eating. Pastas and pork chop got amazing compliments from my team mates. We ended our dinner with a beautiful tiramasu, a soft and fluffy dessert. The service was top notch. Our server constantly checked on us, filled up our wines and waters. Food was brought out without much wait time. All in all, we had a wonderful dinner experience.

Rob R.

Yelp
Went for dinner on a Thursday as we needed a spot in Nomad. The place was full of happy diners all enjoying pasta. I chose this restaurant for a quick date night with variety on the menu. Ultimately, my wife and I also each ordered pasta due to seeing a few pasta types you don't see much on menus (gramigna and garganelli). Both were excellent. Atmosphere and service were good, so if we're in the area, we'd definitely go again.

Jess L.

Yelp
I came here with a girlfriend for an early dinner. By the time we left at 7, the place was definitely packed. The vibe is definitely trendy, but our servers seemed pretty down to earth and not pushy with anything. I got a mocktail lemonade, which was refreshing. My scallops were very hearty and flavorful. The menu was short but very nicely curated. (That being said, no dessert was actually calling our name by the end of the meal.) I was pretty surprised, but there's even seating downstairs just outside the bathroom. That space does feels more intimate but also less trendy.

Suchi O.

Yelp
Drinks we had - Rose, Paloma, Paper Plane, Pellegrino, Black Manhattan We tried the whipped Ricotta and entrees of choice were - Scallops, Spaghetti, Paillard (Chicken dish), Branzino Dessert was Olive Oil Cake. The food was good and tasted fresh. We loved the ambience....the decor is on the minimalist side but chic. Service is quick and attentive. However, the prices are very much on the higher side for the quantity and the quality of the food. While the dishes were good, they weren't worth coming back for at 32$ a pop!

Zachary L.

Yelp
One of the better dinners we've had in a while. We came at the end of restaurant week: I ordered off the prix fixe but my partner was unable to given their lack of gluten substitutes. However, everything we got was amazing: the meatballs were delicious and a large portion; the pomegranate salad was tasty and satisfying; the chicken was juicy and the gluten free pasta was suspiciously good. Even the desserts (cannoli for restaurant week) were great.

Brenda L.

Yelp
Pretty great experience here ! Ordered the Whipped Ricotta, mustttt get this! The truffle honey with the ricotta was so delicious and I needed to get extra toast to finish it! I think the meatballs were just okay, not really worth getting as an appetizer. Had 3 different pastas: FAVORITE was the Gargonelli, it was the MOST flavorful out of the 3 we ordered. You really taste the wild mushroom and the pesto and garlic!!! I would totally get this again. The Rigatoni and Bucatini were good and they were definitely fresh pasta but I would only go for the Gargonelli here.

Vanessa G.

Yelp
Small and busy, but they had great service and amazing pasta. Rich creamy sauces and the salad was refreshing. It was also a quick walk from the subway and the portions were perfect. Try the meatball appetizers!

Nina C.

Yelp
. I came here a couple of months ago during the San Gennaro festival and it was the highlight of meals that I had in the city. They have a beautiful indoor outdoor seating, set up, which gave us a nice streetside spot to people watch and still get the restaurant ambience. For starters, we tried the brussels sprouts and the honey goat cheese bread, they were both so incredible, seasoned perfectly, and generous portions, the cheese was plentiful and marvelous. When we ran low on bread, they offered to bring us out more. For the main, I tried the rigatoni with the burrata cheese on top and it was the best rigatoni I've had. It was wonderfully creamy, and the burrata was at peak freshness, splaying out as you cut through the center of it, and giving the dish a cold and creamy texture and depth of flavor that really sets it apart. I will definitely come back here the next time I'm in New York !

Yelp
Get the brussel sprouts - they were by far my favorite part of the meal! They were caramelized and tasted so sweet and savory and good! They were also definitely pretty oily and probably not very healthy, but hey they're still vegetables right? We also got the Tiramisu for 2 and split it along 5 people and still struggled to finished it. The photos fail to capture how big of a bowl it was - I could fit my whole hand, with fingers outstretched, into the bowl. Must see for yourself I don't actually remember what I got for the pasta, I think the pastas were alright but the apps and dessert were really good :)

Pratima M.

Yelp
A lively spot for Italian eats -- this is one of a couple locations sprinkled throughout the city! The restaurant was bustling on a weeknight, so highly recommend making a reservation in advance. The waiter was attentive and helpful, talking us through which dishes could have modifications. I really enjoyed everything we got, and I appreciated that it was a relaxed meal with plenty of time to chat -- we weren't rushed though the restaurant was busy. I highly recommend the Roasted Cauliflower and Vodka Rigatoni, those were probably my favorites! My one knock is that it's a smidge loud, so it was hard to chat at a table with a larger group, but overall still a lovely time!

Cristina E.

Yelp
Delicious meal at La Pecora Bianca. They have a bunch of locations in the city making it a very convenient choice for Italian food cravings. The rigatoni vodka was delicious. You can also choose to add burrata on top (to this or any pasta dish). We also ordered a side of their brussels sprouts to share and they were such an unexpected hit. Crispy and sweet and so good that you won't want to share. Restaurant is very light and bright inside with tons of outdoor seating making it an ideal spot for a summer meal. Great experience at the Nomad location!

Robert G.

Yelp
Just a quick review on the bar! Came in on a Saturday around 3pm after coming from the Christmas Market across the street in Bryant Park. The restaurant wasn't super busy and my friends and I just wanted to get a drink, so we sat at the bar. First off, the restaurant is very nicely decorated; it makes me want to come back to eat a meal here. The servers and bartenders were super attentive and the drinks were really good! We didn't get any food but definitely want to in the future!

Adam M.

Yelp
Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes! This place has got it going on! The fresh pasta was amazing. I got the Rigatoni and added Burrata to it and my wife got the Bucatini and both were soooooooo good! Really nice little place for lunch to get some amazing fresh pasta. The only downfall is the meal had to end, I want more! the pasta was great.

Liyah A.

Yelp
The food was terrible. My pasta was undercooked and when I say undercooked I mean it was still white and starchy when I bite into it. I sent it back and when they gave me the "new" pasta it was still undercooked with the same issue and texture as the pasta I had sent back. It made me wonder if they just waited a little bit and then warmed it up. My stomach hurt after eating it and I was extremely disappointed for my first dinner in NYC. The following day I called and spoke to management about my experience and they said they would follow up, but they didn't. I called again and my experience and still haven't received any follow-up. Overpriced food and you are likely to be disappointed don't waste your time.

Julisa P.

Yelp
There's two sides to this the service and the food. Had some pasta and it was everything we wanted. We had attempted to visit this before but they said they do not sit large groups, since it was 9 of us we had to find another place. I ended ordering online and that was such a fiasco. The hostess is just plain rude.. I guess ordering online equals bad customer service. Went through the back as was told and a waitress told me to sit outside. They lost our order, had to resubmit. The whole time I told them that may be my order on the counter, they said it wasn't. Had me wait 10 mins to remake it. When all was said and done the order on the counter was mine as I said. The food was great but the service can be better

Leigh H.

Yelp
Got a recommendation from my Italian born coworker; and brought our whole family here. I'd say that it was a great experience overall. It is quite expensive for a small city family like us but also I'd not say that we often had homemade fresh pasta in the past. We made a reservation and were seated right away. Our first waiter was a bit rushed and less attentive but our second waiter was great. Both appetizers were amazing (whipped ricotta and meatballs) and we gobbled up pretty quickly. I got branzino and it was a nice fresh piece of fish. The rest family got pasta and everyone loved their pasta. We finished with olive oil cake and Budino (and according to my baby girl, I had never had anything so chocolaty and this was great).

Sabrina V.

Yelp
We are here 2x in 1 week during our nyc trip and we don't regret that decision one bit! Gluten free pasta is delicious! And love that each pasta dish can be made gluten free! We loved each one we tried! And we added grilled chicken on the side for extra protein and it was great! Love the broccoli too!

Anthony G.

Yelp
The food is good but overpriced even by Manhattan standards. You might as well go over to da Umberto if you're going to spend this much.

Nicole R.

Yelp
I'm glad to report that the food quality has improved significantly. I love this restaurant. A great fall back when I want to enjoy a big bowl of pasta in a lovely atmosphere.

Yelp
Phenomenal pasta! I didn't really have any expectations going in. We really only went because it was close to the Madison Square Maker's Market. However, these pasta dishes blew me away. We ordered the Garganelli and Rigatoni. Both were superb. The pasta is fresh and perfectly aldente. I don't know which dish I liked more... maybe the Garganelli by a smidge. The Garganelli is wonderfully garlicky- a bit on the oily side though. I loved the Rigatoni as well- the straciatella was a nice addition. Service was fast, and the interior is so pretty! Such a cute spot! I will definitely be returning to try more of the pastas! I also hear the sheep tiramisu is excellent!

Yelp
Poor to none customer service. Shellfish allergy was not taken seriously. Lack of care and sense of urgency when they dropped the ball. Had to ask for a manager, while 3 of them talking in a corner instead of doing a table touch to ensure quality of service. Save your time and money .

Yelp
Came here for brunch and it EASILY became one of my Italian go-tos! I got the LPB burger, which was super juicy and paired well with the aioli AND the dish comes with parm potatoes, which makes the dish easily worth its value (considering having potatoes as a side is $9)! The interior is bright and comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Not to mention, a lovely neighborhood to dine at!

Yelp
Dining at La Pecora Bianca was an absolute delight from start to finish. The chic and airy ambiance set the perfect tone for an evening of delicious Italian cuisine. The location cannot be beat and it is great to just dine and be able to people watch. I started with the farro salad, which was a refreshing blend of textures and flavors. The nutty farro paired beautifully with the fresh vegetables, and the tangy dressing tied everything together. It was a light yet satisfying start to the meal, offering a perfect balance of health and taste. Next came the pomodoro spaghetti, a true testament to the art of simplicity in Italian cooking. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of al dente bite, and the sauce was vibrant with the freshness of ripe tomatoes and a hint of basil. It was comforting, flavorful, and utterly satisfying. The scallops, however, stole the show. They were seared to perfection--golden and crispy on the outside, yet tender and juicy inside. The dish was elevated by the accompanying vegetables and a subtly rich sauce that complemented the scallops without overpowering them. La Pecora Bianca is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience thoughtfully prepared, high-quality Italian dishes in a welcoming and stylish setting.

Yelp
Not bad, but nothing exceptional either. Fairly standard but being in the city its certainly overpriced for the quality. The ambiance is cutesy and staff is also attentive but I'm not sure what's the appeal of this space. Menu was relatively limited for vegetarians but we were dining with good friends and ended there by convenience. We had the cauliflower and some type of basic not memorable pasta - can't recall the name. But overally not likely to go back.

Yelp
Ambience is very busy outdoor seating but calm pasta dishes. I enjoy my pasta garganelli shaped. I swapped out the gramigna house sausage and broccolini for that and I'm glad I did. It got the sauce better and it was hefty on the palate, but good to wash it down with a refreshing drink or a salad. Appetizer whipped ricotta was really nice! Drinks were strong and our server made us laugh a good ton.

Yelp
Came on a weeknight and the restaurant was full. We had a reservation and this is recommended. There is close quarters in the restaurant. Service was friendly and fast. 1. Meatballs - Tender, juicy, flavorful 2. Cauliflower - Large pieces, comes with raisins, not my favorite being a bit too mushy 3. Gramigna pasta - Large plate (took some home) with plenty of flavor, heat, and heartiness. Overall, I would recommend coming here for dinner at least once for good Italian food!

Yelp
Although I can see this place being "overrated", I really enjoyed the drinks and food I personally ordered! Got seated immediately without reservations for lunch and ordered some lavender spritz recommended by the waitress, which I really enjoyed. Strong apparently but tasted like juice to me... so tasty but be wary if you're weak to gin. The pasta itself had a nice flavour and crunch to it. I don't remember what I got exactly, but it was good! My friend got some other pasta that kind of seemed like some basic pasta you could make by yourself though. The interior is very nice and I enjoyed sitting in the restaurant while eating. I would definitely recommend trying this place at least once.

Yelp
La Pecora Bianca is a cute restaurant right off Broadway. The inside is vibrant and warm and somehow always packed on the weekdays during the lunch hour. I ordered some food for pickup off of DoorDash. My favorites were the pork chop - the pork is juicy and the portion is massive. The sides are also pretty yummy - I especially recommend the brussel sprouts. I also enjoyed the farro salad and toscano salad. As for items I think are better to skip, the chicken pillard was just a chicken breast with arugula on top. I'd say the items are a bit pricier - mid 20s for pastas and 30s for entrees - but good to try!
