"La Sandwicherie is the name of a plucky French sandwich shop located on a side street in easternmost Greenpoint, with a mosaic on the floor designating wine regions, shelves of French snacks, and a roster of baguette sandwiches, hot and cold, matched with salads, soups, and crepes. Our favorite is the merguez sandwich ($19), a lengthy hank of bread stuffed with a just-grilled lamb sausage, splotched with pepper aioli and decorated with red ripe chiles, cilantro — and plenty of french fries, still warm. The sandwich is full of flavor and leaves a burn on the lips. There are two other locations." - Robert Sietsema

This is such a cute gem of a place. It’s a small cafe, but the decor was lovely, and the food was great. I got the Truffle Burrata and Prosciutto sandwich and it was amazing. Would definitely come back!

I walked in here to get a quick bite to eat. I was pleasantly surprised by this cute boutique sandwich shop. The owner was extremely friendly and everything was super clean. I love the sandwich that I chose, but there’s many other options I would like to try in the future. There’s really nothing on this block to get something fresh so this place was really needed!. They had lots of yummy delicious croissants and crêpes on the counter that I would love to give a try also. The food is really fresh, they use lots of fresh herbs, and the owners authentic French accent, just elevates everything!!! You gotta try this place you won’t be disappointed

So happy to have this spot in the neighborhood. We’ve been twice and both times the food was fantastic. It’s a small cafe so it might be tough to grab a seat to dine in. But with the park nearby to go orders aren’t a problem, (weather allowing of course). Service was super quick. and all the to go orders are packed nicely. We got the Merguez, Le Pate, and the French Onion soup. The sandwiches were fantastic and the French onion was the best I’ve had in a while. Better than the one I make at home for sure! We will absolutely be back to try other sandwiches.

The Jambon Beurre de Paris is exceptional, so buttery and delicious. The employees are very kind here and the menu is extensive. I will be back soon to try many more sandwiches :) Can’t wait!!

The turkey avocado baguette at La Sandwicherie is my favorite sandwich in the city. I don’t understand how they manage to make something so simple so delicious. It’s my weekly treat to myself and never disappoints. The staff is also always so lovely.

Google
Cute place with delicious French sandwiches. Its a small place and there are only a couple of seat yourself tables, so expect to take your order to go. The staff was super friendly and obviously enjoy what they do. So many places make you feel like you should thank them for taking your money. This place makes you feel like you are family. If you seak French, it's an even better experience. From the soup, to the cappuccino and everything in between, we loved it all!!

Google
The sandwiches are truly delicious 🥪 and sitting inside gave me Parisian café vibes. Pretty straightforward menu options overall but truly new tastes and flavors as far as depth goes. Also we tried their French Onion 🧅 soup which was also delicious, it will definitely be a go to on the next cold/chilli day.

I recently visited Le Sandwicherie in Greenpoint and tried two of their offerings: the Le Parisien and the Truffle Burrata & Prosciutto. The Le Parisien features French ham, Brie cheese, tomatoes, arugula, and mayo, while the Truffle Burrata & Prosciutto includes fig glaze, tomatoes, arugula, olive oil, prosciutto, and truffle burrata. While I enjoyed both sandwiches, I found the Brie in the Le Parisien to be less to my liking. I believe substituting the Brie with goat cheese or Gouda would enhance the sandwich by adding a more savory flavor profile.

Yelp
Have tried two sandwiches for delivery before and both were very flavorless despite the high price point. Bread was also super hard/difficult to chew but not sure if it's just because their bread was stale that particular day or their bread doesn't hold up well after a 40min delivery. What's worse is the owner of this restaurant constantly hides any negative reviews about their food on their Google page which is why they seemingly have a 4.9 rating there. My friends and I have eaten here and have left reviews noting the food has very minimal taste but the owner immediately removes any review from Google that isn't just singing praises for them since we notice the reviews disappear from their Google page within a day. Owner also leaves nasty responses to any review that isn't only complimentary to their food.

Yelp
The shop is very cutesy ! Cool French snackies lined on the wall. The sandwiches were very simple and meh tbh. I don't have the biggest palate for French food, so I'm a bit biased.

Yelp
Very cute French sandwich spot with friendly staff. The interior is nicely decorated, and they have a couple of places to sit inside and outside. To-go orders are very neatly packed as well, making this the perfect stop on the way to or from the park! In addition to sandwiches, they have French onion soup, coffee, sweet crêpes and a small selection of cold drinks, snacks and pastries.

Yelp
The owners are so lovely and I'm so happy to see them doing well. Super clean and cute inside and always consistently delicious.

Yelp
Bought two sandwiches to go. Unfortunately the baguette was impossible to eat and the sandwich was skimpy. One had one tomato and one cucumber slice. You could actually count them. And one had two slices of turkey one on each side. The sandwiches were not worth the money, and did not satisfy.

Yelp
Ordered the Parisienne to go. Wait was reasonable, service was polite and kind, and it was simple yet delicious. I think it was a few dollars overpriced, thus the 4 stars. But I'd return for another one, just not as frequently.

Yelp
I love this place!!!! Their drinks are good, I especially love their hot chocolate, it's rich, creamy and not too sweet it's just perfect for a chilly day. And their sandwiches are delicious!!!! Their French onion soup is also delightful. The service is excellent too. The guy behind the counter is always so nice. Highly recommend

Yelp
This is a cute little French sandwich shop in greenpoint. I was passing by and decided to stop in for a coffee and a sandwich. Cute atmosphere and playing fun music. I enjoyed sitting here and eating my sandwich. The sandwich was good! Bread and ingredients were fresh. However, I'm giving this 4 stars because I think it's overpriced for what it is. I got a ham and cheese sandwich and an iced coffee and it was around $22 with a tip. But you are paying for fresh bread and ingredients and it was tasty.

Yelp
Best tuna sandwich in New York City. Hands down. The search is over. Haven't tried the other sandwiches yet but imagine they're just as amazing.

Faye L.

Yelp
Excellent Parisian sandwiches. The tuna and ham ones are great, and hold up surprisingly well even after a few hours. Baguettes are my favorite in Williamsburg/Greenpoint -- perfectly crusty but not too hard (a very hard balance to strike!). Really friendly owner as well.

Ashlee C.

Yelp
Food and bread are great. If you want a nice crispy baguette or tasty sandwich, this place is good and right next to the park. The coffee is not that great. It takes too long to be served if on the go and doesn't taste very good. I think the place could do much better if they hired an additional employee as the cashier is also making the coffee and seems too difficult and time consuming to do both. My latte took 18 minutes and was made quickly by the owner but came out terribly strong and it was $6. The lady behind me also wanted her money back because her small drip was $6 and it took them 10 minutes to get it. In sum, food = good, coffee = could be much better

Yelp
As fans of their food truck, we were thrilled to see this MUCH NEEDED addition to this side of the neighborhood. Excellent sandwiches, fast friendly service and an array of Euro treats hard to find in the US (Carambar!) Great vegetarian sandwich options make it more hospitable than being in Paris. Will be very happy to return for more.

Marie R.

Yelp
so fresh! had a sandwich and you could tell all ingredients were high quality! owner is so nice and made us feel welcome!

Mark S.

Yelp
Great sandwiches both time I've visited this location, very friendly staff and good service

Yelp
oh my god so good. I got the foi gras toast and my partner got the tuna sandwhich, we both were beyond happy. Besides this the man at the counter was so so sweet and recommended a french drink (Liptonic, a carbonated Lipton drink in a can) to me that I loved so much Im trying to order a case to my house.
