We went for the Salumi platter from Tenuta Saiano as a starter, absolutely fantastic, rich in flavor and beautifully presented. For the main courses, we had pasta filled with donkey meat, an exotic choice that was truly delicious, along with Ricotta Gnocchi, which was soft, delicate, and full of flavor.
The food overall was exceptional, and the restaurant itself is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever dined in. The atmosphere was perfect and made the whole experience even more special.
