Mouthwatering sandwiches are bursting with flavor and simply delicious! I’ll definitely return to explore their entire menu. They also have some special items not listed on the menu. Unfortunately, pictures don’t do justice to the experience—it was a symphony of flavors and freshness in my mouth. The coffee was also excellent! Highly recommend.

I ordered a tuna sandwich that wasn’t even on the menu, recommended by the owner, and it was incredibly delicious. You can immediately tell they use top-quality ingredients—the balance of flavors, the textures, the freshness of the bread… everything felt intentional and perfectly executed. Every bite had something different and flavorful, nothing random or thrown together. Truly a gourmet sandwich. The place itself is super cozy, and the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s such a treat to have a spot this good so close to my work. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more items from the menu. Highly recommended.

Best sandwiches ever!!! Italian Style. We tried the il classico Toscano, I’m Golden (with Truffle sauce… stracciatella…spectacular), and il rustico (with Bresaola… an special fiambre, first time I eat it), all delicious. We were attended by Priscila, who was very friendly, professional, and explained with details each ingredient. She helped us to get the best experience!!!! I will repeat it soon!!!!

**Wow, what an amazing sandwich spot!** The sandwiches are excellent—made with premium ingredients and priced accordingly. From the outside, it might not look like much, but once you're inside, the experience completely changes. We were warmly greeted by a friendly, passionate guy at the register (possibly the owner), who made us feel right at home. It truly felt like a home-cooked meal. **Highly recommended!**

Such a great spot! The food and service is amazing! Everyone was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. The tiramisu latte was literally like a tiramisu melted in a cup haha! Absolutely loved it and would 100% come back.

Great food and service. The LaSosta salad was delicious and all the staff here are so friendly and helpful when ordering. This was my second trip here, and it definitely won't be my last. The Italian Latte was great. Oh, and the carrot cake with hazelnut was a great way to finish out the lunch. Highly recommended....

Stumbled upon this fantastic sandwich shop while in town for the weekend. Eric truly cares about the quality of his craft; the sandwiches were so good I had to go two days in a row to try as many sandwiches as possible. Top notch ingredients imported from Italy, tasty coffee, and great service.

This place serves up delicious sandwiches ranging from $18 to $22, depending on the bread you choose--they offer ciabatta or focaccia. The sandwiches are generously sized, and all the ingredients are locally sourced. I also tried their Matcha latte, which was delicious but nothing extraordinary for $8. Unfortunately, there's no parking lot, so you'll have to pay for street parking. The interior has a cozy café vibe.

Amazing italian sandwiches tucked away in a tiny spot on Polk Street in downtown Hollywood. As someone who works within walking distance, it's so great to have quality food that's not just catering to tourists. We shared the Giardinera on ciabatta and the I'm Golden on focaccia. Hard to choose a favorite. I love the roasted red pepper spread on the giardinera with the mortadella and fresh arugula but the truffle cream and stracciatella on the I'm Golden make it so hard to choose. So I will have to continue trying all of them. Great hospitality, quality ingredients, I am looking forward to going back over and over!

La Sosta is easily the best sandwich shop I've been to this year--maybe ever. The Classico Toscano sandwich was phenomenal, the Royal Fruits Tea was refreshing, and the Italian Latte was simply the best I've ever had. Eric, the owner, was kind and professional. He greeted me by name when I arrived and shook my hand as I left--thoughtful touches that show real care. Watching him prepare the food and drinks, it's clear he holds himself to high standards and pays close attention to detail. Overall, I was very impressed. I only wish La Sosta were closer to my home, because I would frequent it more often. I highly recommend and wish the business continued success.

Wow this place was amazing!! Filling a much needed hole in broward for great Italian sandwiches. We had the Il Classico and the I'm Golden Sandwiches. Both were amazing but the Classico stole the show. They also had fresh squeezed OJ, an amazing matcha and fun Italian soda flavors. Everything we had was incredible and the little cafe itself is beautiful. The owner moved here from Cali and has dreams of expanding so please try this place and convince him to open one in DTFL so I have it closer to home!!!! (My only gripe and everything was so good we honestly didn't even mention it was that we paid an extra $8 for focaccia and got the ciabatta instead so next time I will try again!) Overall so excited to have this in the neighborhood.

There aren't enough words to describe how good this sandwich and coffee is. Everything was suggested by the person taking the order- listen to him, he knows what he's doing. Inside is cozy with booth seating and a few chairs. I definitely can see myself coming back to study since it's such a quiet and cute place. Thanks again, your hospitality is amazing!

This place is so awesome!! Located in downtown Hollywood, I came by for lunch on a Saturday. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and there's seating indoors and a few tables outside. The staff is very kind and my drink and food came out quickly. I got the mango matcha with oat milk (they also offer regular and almond milk) and it was one of the few matchas I've had in South Florida that is very good. They source their matcha powder from Japan and you can tell. I ordered the vegetarian sandwich on ciabatta. It was quite big and had a lot of great flavor with the roasted veg. Their bread is also super fresh and I believe it is made in house. I'm sure their other sandwiches are delicious as well, and I would love to come back to try. I spent some time reading here and it would be a perfect casual brunch/lunch spot! Highly recommend stopping by and giving La Sosta a try!

Absolutely incredible sandwiches -- honestly the best we've ever had. Every bite tasted fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. What really impressed us was the couple we met from Chicago who said they try sandwiches everywhere they travel. They loved this place so much that, before heading to the airport, they came back just to buy extra sandwiches to bring home to their son. When people are flying out with sandwiches in their carry-on, you know the place is special. A true gem -- highly recommended!

Wow! I'm so happy this gem has opened up in Hollywood because it is truly authentic Italian sandwiches. The place is aesthetically beautiful, and the owner is truly so sweet. I've tired two sandwich's so far and both so fresh! I love getting my sandwiches on the focaccia bread.

I've now had 3 sandwiches from La Sosta and MY GOD they dont disappoint!! I come here atleast once a week. Service is prompt and the sandwiches are always stacked. I cant recommend La Sosta enough. One of the best Italian sandwich shops in South FL hands down!

This will be one of my new go to coffee spots. This place is around the corner from my office and the vibes are great! Coffee is delicious and the staff is friendly. They said the food menu is growing as they get settled. Definitely check out this new local spot!

Wish I could give 0 stars.. 0 allergy warning written on the menu or posted anywhere in the restaurant. Who makes their pesto with peanuts?? Pine nuts is the standard. When it was brought to Erik M's attention after only eating 1 half of my sub because my lip was swollen and my throat was hurting he told me it's my fault that I didn't state my allergy before ordering and told me "If I don't want to pay for the food just say that." The top eight allergens that must be identified on labels are: - *Major Food Allergens:* - *Milk* - *Eggs* - *Fish* - *Crustacean Shellfish* - *Tree Nuts* - *Peanuts* - *Wheat* - *Soybeans* ( Via the FALCPA)

Best vegetarian sandwich I've ever had and I've been vegetarians for years! Super fresh ingredients, clean establishment, great service, super friendly workers. I highly recommend stopping by!

We just visited Sosta and it's exactly the cafe Hollywood needed. Their bread is fresh, their cold cuts are brought from Italy and their matcha is brought from Japan they already started with great ingredients so you know the spot it good. The music that pumps is soft but extremely catchy. As you get lost in your coffee and matcha, you easily find yourself vibing. We got the sosta matcha which was sooo good. A foamy matcha over some apple juice, the refreshing matcha tea we needed for the summer. The. We had their Roman espresso, inside you'll find a surprise lemon and it's served with an almond that perfectly pairs the drink. On to the sandwiches, I love that I got to ask the team for suggestions. We got their classic Toscano and the mortadella with pesto. Both were big. Both were fresh. You can pick the bread for the toast or sandwich and the team is ready to help you with that suggestion. The salmon toast did not skimp on the salmon. It was fully loaded and I loved how fresh it all tasted. If you want a refreshing , delicious meal to escape the summer heat, this place is the spot for you.

You have to get the Il Classico Toscano if you're in the mood for more of a fresh and airy sandwich, perfect for summer. And if you're in the mood for something with a little more bang get the Mortadella & Pesto. The cappuccino and strawberry matcha were the perfect pairing for both of them. We got to know the owner and quickly realized that this man knows what he's talking about when it comes to sandwiches and passes the vibe check. If you're looking for a spot that hits on all fronts, this one's got you covered.

I'd like to consider myself a prosciutto connoisseur, and that was quite possibly the best prosciutto sandwich I have ever had in my life. It's not a really big menu, which is actually attractive, stick to what you know and do it best, it would be nice to see a weekly rotation of a Specialty pasta dish, for those that aren't big into sandwiches, definitely recommend their prosciutto sandwich, I didn't have the cappuccino, my boyfriend did, and said he wishes he could have that every single day of his life.

The sandwiches here are amazing! The Giardiniera sandwich is a standout -- a little spicy but not overbearing, tangy, and perfectly balanced on the freshest focaccia bread. So good!! Also tried an off-menu sandwich that had sliced peaches, burrata, basil, and prosciutto -- I highly recommend it! Their iced matcha lattes are also amazing! This is a great spot!

The sandwich and spritz was great, reminded me of a delicious sandwich I had in Italy a year ago. Staff was nice too! Food came out pretty quick.

The vanilla latte with oat milk had a great balance of coffee and milk, and it was creamy. We got the summer special of a prosciutto sandwich with burrata, basil and peach slices - 10/10. The only thing that turned me off was how pricey the items were - but the quality was definitely there.

Found this place during a rainy day, and it hit the spot. The coffee flavors were ideal, the food selection was delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly. Eric (the owner) was on location and provided the highest level of hospitality to every customer, a rare quality in 2025. Highly recommend the giardiniera and mortadella & pesto sandwiches. The layout was clean and cozy and a great place to have a conversation or get some work done. Can't wait to come back again.

They don't allow registered service animals when it's the law. I told the manager I have the documentation and it's for PTSD support he said it doesn't count.

On our way to the airport we stopped. My husband got the mortadella sandwich and the apricot toast for us to share. Everything was so good that I ordered another sandwich before we left. The owner also sold me a jar of the apricot spread when we told him it was our last stop on the way out of town. Unfortunately, we didn't add the jar to the bag we checked and they f-ing tossed it. (Yes I'm angry about it). Nonetheless I highly recommend this spot. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathroom- which usually says a lot about a place. If we come back this way, it's definitely on our list of stops.

Brought my mother in law for a sandwich and it was a win! The staff were very nice and took the time to explain the menu. The sandwiches have fresh delicious bread and are huge-packed with unique flavors. Topped it off with a chocolate hazelnut carrot cake that was really good. Nice quiet spot in downtown Hollywood. Amazing spot! Great for coffee, matcha, and all the usual café favorites, but the real standout was the sandwich we had. Absolutely delicious!! Fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and clearly made with care. One of the best sandwiches we've had in a long time. Oh!!! And their tiramisu? Out of this world. Light, creamy, not too sweet! Truly just perfection. We'll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cozy spot with great vibes and even better food!

Easy location, near the Hollywood Circle. Great coffee, got the Hot Latte and I ordered the Prosciutto Sandwich, out of this world. So good!

I had the giardinera and it was good. My problem is the meat was supposed to be mortadella and what was on the sandwich was not mortadella. I believe they used the coppa instead. My other issue was for the $20 price tag the sandwich was a bit small.
