10/10 Great potatos with a nice place to sit and eat if you'd like to dine in. The guys are are friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. Quality bang for your buck. Assortment of toppings. Cole Slaw is one that I didn't expect at a potato place, but is one of my favorites. Fun place to go try and get a quality meal.

We found Spud Guys while looking for dinner in the area, and boy are we glad we did! They are a little tucked away, but worth finding as the potatoes are incredible! The plate has 1.5 potatoes and you can load it up with any toppings and sauces. Highly recommend chili con carne with cheese, bacon and BBQ sauce. The people working here are also amazing, super nice and made great recommendations. You have to try them if you are in the area and in the mood for a great loaded baked potato!

Stopped by with a group of friends today and had such a fun time! We ended up playing What Do You Meme while enjoying the food, and it made the atmosphere feel really relaxed and welcoming. The servers were awesome—super friendly and even took the time to give us a rundown of the area. They recommended a local bar nearby that turned out to be a perfect spot to continue our night. Great food, great vibes, and even better people—definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Come get amongst it, this place is amazing! It is serving up potato’s that are fully customizable. It’s important to think of the potato as a vessel, ready to be loaded up with an array of toppings from the UK style beans and tuna to what ever the heck my boyfriend and I create every time. We get a little something different every time! This is our first time coming to their new permanent location, happy to see they’re doing so well! We used to follow these guys where ever the pop up was! Bathroom at the location for those who may be skimming this review wondering. They have adult drinks now at this location as well as new additions to the toppings menu like avocado salsa. Stop by check this place out if you haven’t already! LA Spud Guys is the most unique street food and dinner cafe in LA. UK-style jacket potatoes done for the first time in the USA. These things are absolutely delicious. The potato is baked until it’s steamy and soft, topped with melted cheese, butter, beans, chili, and delicious proteins and sauces of your choosing. I want to come every day

Wow this spot is honestly best one I have tried so far. Food was so delicious I cannot wait until they open so I can visit. Food was bomb, service was amazing. Honestly I tried other spot and could not even finish half of it because it wasted so bad. LA Spud guys I get sad when it is almost finishing. I shall be back very soon for some bomb food!

Wow!!! Just wow!!! These have got to be the creamiest smoothest baked potato that I have ever had in my life. It looks like they split 3 potatoes for 2 orders so that we would get enough spuds for the order. Well let's just say that it was appreciated and it was yummilicious!! I thought at first that one was a little under done as it looked like it but with the first bite, I knew I was 1000000000% wrong! Like I said.... Smoothest creamiest potatoes I have ever had in my life. And I'm from Texas where we had the baked potato at Jason's deli. I grew up eating that and I always thought that was the best until today that is. Lol I've read previous reviews from people complaining about this place not being opened on time or having to wait for the potatoes to cook so I made sure to get it delivered. Lol but honestly until a place has been opened for at least year.... I don't try to judge too harshly as it takes a long LONG time to get the kinks worked out. So as I said, I got delivery so I have no idea what it actually looks like inside or what the table situation is as I didn't go there. I hope to go there soon as they are literally walking distance from my apartment. Yay me!! The plain was delicious and not so plain and the fully loaded was delicious as well. The hubby and I really enjoyed it both. Also, I am not sure why but they did add a bottle of Jarritos soda to my order. I didn't order it as I am diabetic and the carbs from the spud was enough but it was appreciated as I LOVE Jarritos pineapple soda. Lol This was a delicious yummilicious treat for myself as I am just now starting to recover from being sick for almost 2 weeks now. And yes even with my diabetes I can see myself ordering from here again and again. The toppings could have been crap and I would have still given them 4 stars for the baked potatoes but as it was.... Everything was delicious!!! Can't wait to get it again!

After show late night eats hit the spot! The guy there was very gentle and suggested things to me since it was my first time. There, not having a loaded baked potato. The portion was huge and delicious and hot and fresh. I got garlic butter, salt, pepper, cheese, bacon beans, chipotle chicken, sour cream and their spud sauce. I sat inside by the door so i can feel some breeze because it's pretty warm in there. The few high top tables were nice though. Definitely recommend. Street parking is a fun exercise

Absolutely LOVED these potatoes. Ok so here's the thing, I'm giving this place five stars because of their potatoes and how absolutely delicious they are! Lots of options for toppings and the person helping us answered all the questions we had prior to ordering which was really helpful. So the food is great, the service is incredibly kind, now let's talk about the ambiance. Even though there is some small seating available I would say this is a place where you're most likely going to want to order and take with you, as it's very hot in their restaurant! I assume that's because they always have the oven going to bake their potatoes. The one con I will say is the hours. We showed up after the posted hours and were told it would be an additional 25-30 mins before the potatoes would be ready. It wasn't an issue as we had a drink at a nearby restaurant while we waited BUT I can see it being problematic for others if the posted opening hours aren't correct. I hope they're able to figure out the hours situation so that it more accurately reflects their actual open hours. Beyond that I will absolutely go back and have another spud in the future!

I had the chance to check out La Spud Guys during their soft opening for friends and family--huge shoutout to the owner, Emil, for the invite. I've been supporting him since the original tent days in Glendale, and seeing this new brick-and-mortar spot come to life is honestly amazing. The new location comes with some awesome menu upgrades--nacho cheese, fajita veggies, corn--all of which I added to my spud along with chipotle chicken and avocado salsa. It was delicious. The flavors hit just right, and the quality keeps leveling up. The space itself is super cool--kind of hidden, but so much better than eating out of a tent. There's a ton of outdoor seating (both covered and uncovered) plus a few indoor spots too. Emil mentioned they plan to bring out board games soon and turn it into a chill hangout spot. Love that vibe. I'm definitely coming back once they officially open. Proud to see how far Emil's taken this--nothing but love for the journey from Glendale street tent to this next-level setup.

TikTok Live brought the Spuds! Who doesn't love baked potatoes?!? Honestly I struggle when I go, do I get a loaded potato or do I get a classic baked potato... Staff likes to joke around and is friendly.

Foods always great here, happy to see these guys get a building! Been eating here since the holidays last year. Service is always friendly, Kevin and Avital are super friendly and make a great potato! Highly recommend coming to either of their locations! FYI they open at 6 NOT 7 like Apple Maps says

The loaded potatoes are AMAZING. The owner is great and so are the employees. You feel very welcome anytime you enter the establishment. I extremely recommend this place.

This review is long overdue! Got my first spud from them earlier this year for my birthday, immediately loved it. The potatoes are fresh and hot, nice and buttery smooth. The toppings are peak and super customizable! My go to, since I don't eat meat, is a potato with garlic butter, beans in tomato sauce, extra cheese, corn, crispy onions, and sour cream. SO GOOD. And the customer service? Top tier. They are always super nice and friendly there! It's fun to chop it up while they're making your spud. I find myself craving a loaded spud at least once a week. I want one now actually. See you soon!

Tried LA Spud Guys after hearing about it. Waited around 15 minutes -- not bad. I got the chipotle chicken with coleslaw, cheese, garlic butter, and the Nashville spice mix. Solid flavors, really liked the heat and crunch from the corn, crispy onions, and Hot Cheeto dust. The spud sauce (kind of a chipotle aioli with sour cream) worked well with it. Kevin who made my order was pretty funny. We sat outside -- plenty of space, and they brought out heaters when we asked. Overall, a chill spot. Would come back to try a different combo.

XX small potato and a 1/3 of another XX small potato combined in a box. What in the world did I just pay for? Costco sells a 50 LB bag of potatoes for $20. One potato would fit 2 of their togo containers! My 1 and 1/3 mini potatoes was over cooked and sticking to the skin. So I got three maybe four bites. It wasn't anything special, I think it was cooked in a pizza oven? The employee was friendly, the restaurants is in an alley and dark, it was definitely hard to find. The place reminded me of a bar with it being a bar.

Amazing food and very friendly staff, It's so good I'm here AT LEAST once a week . They have all kinds of toppings and flavors to choose from. If you're new I highly recommend tomato bean cheese and a side of tuna you CANNOT go wrong with that. 10/10 Thank you guys

Saw these guys on Tik tok and had the itch to try it out, hard to find the location the first time you go as maps brings you out to the front of the building while they are located on the far back, there's back alley access and parking. Service is good & the food was better. Good selection of toppings for everyone to find their ideal spud. Good stuff

Never even got to try one! Edit: I spoke with the owner and had a transparent conversation. Updating to three stars as I would still love to try this one day and wish the business continued success Im writing this review because this is the third time I've driven from San Francisco wanting to try Spud Guys and they have either been closed or not communicative about their hours. The first time I tried going to the tent when the spuds were gaining TikTok vitality. They had sold out a few hours before their closing time. I was in LA for that one night so we couldn't come back. No problem, they must be popular! I drove down from San Francisco to LA again this Monday. Closed on Monday. I try Tuesday for lunch. They posted on their Instagram story that unfortunately they had to close for lunch. I DMed asking if they'd be open for lunch on Wednesday (today) and they said yes! Wednesday it is! Fast forward to today I see their hours are 12-4 PM. Drove about 45 mins from where we're staying. Got here at 1 pm. Closed. A waitress from the restaurant connected said they open at 2 today. Okay no problem, went to get some Portos before making our drive back to SF. Got back to the Spud Guys restaurant restaurant at 2:15. Door was still locked. Another waiter from the connecting restaurant says "oh I think the owner stepped out for a bit but he'll be back soon." He was kind enough to offer us some water. We waited an hour in 93° heat for nobody to show up. The restaurant we were waiting at was closing up so we decided to leave and not bother them anymore. Unfortunately, I have to make the 6 hour drive back to SF again without having tried one of these viral spuds. Would still love to try this place one day, all I ask is please update your hours if you plan on closing/ make note of it somewhere online.

They give amazing service very friendly people and overall eating here so fun!! I come at least 1-2 times a week and never get tired

What can I say?!? Somehow the potato gets better every time I get one. Not only is everything incredibly fresh, it's also extremely tasty. I can't recommend them enough. They are the nicest people you could ever meet and even when busy they have the best personality! I think they are here for the long run and it's only going to get even better as time goes on!

Amazing vibes, amazing service, amazing food. Had a loaded spud with all my favorites on it, along with a beer on the side. What more can I ask for. They even have board games and other fun little things to do. Definitely recommend!

La's number 1 Lunch/Dinner spot in my humble opinion. Just the toppings by itself the simple quality of the potatoes are just a WOW, I would never think a potato could be so high quality by itself. The toppings are all top quality, from fresh ingredients, to literally mouth watering spices that make everything sit together perfectly. If I could give 10 stars I would, 12/10 place highly recommend!!

LA Spud Guys has easily become the go to place for my boyfriend and I! The staff is always friendly, the place is so chill, and of course the spuds are always 10/10!

The servers who prepared and dished the food was respectful, clean, and diligent; the entire place itself serves quality food at an affordable rate that's tasteful and delightful to taste.

very hard to find. it's behind vivian's cafe hidden in the far back. there's no parking. also the hours on yelp are not accurate. just swung by at 2:30p which their yelp page indicates they'd be open and they were closed. not going back. i can get a baked potato elsewhere

I was at their soft opening and the vibes were amazing, the outdoor seating had a nice chill feel to it with nice dim lighting and a secluded feel to it, the food was amazing as well. Service was A1 with friendly staff and nice chill music in the back as well, very happy that we have a proper spud place near us now.

The spud was awesome to say the least, finally something new that's unique and tasty! Met the owner emile super humble guy and great atmosphere all around at la spud guys! MUST TRY.

OMG! So good. I got the fajita veggies and cheese. My husband got beans and bacon and onion.We both left full and completely satisfied. I also love that they are open late. It was fun to come for a late-night snack and sit on the cute patio. Really nice people, too!
