"In the Part Dieu neighbourhood, near Paul Bocuse Market, Olivier and Maryline Delbergues’ establishment concentrates on market-fresh recipes with the odd creative touch: crunchy hazelnut base, carbonara of pork belly and Monts du Lyonnais snails; pigeon roasted whole with quinoa and tajine-style vegetables… Intelligent wine list." - Michelin Inspector

I had a great experience here. The food was delicious, well thought out and well prepared. The staff were polite and friendly. It was worth the money. It's better to come here than pay over $100 per person at other restaurants. It's for reservation only and you better book in advance. I would definitely come back when I have a chance.

Magnificent place for a two-person diner in a weekday in Lyon. Obviously, the food is delicious. The style is fusion, but with no overwhelmingly complicated dishes. Be ready to reserve the place some days ahead as the resto is rather small and well-known among locals.

Cute fancy vibe place. Not Michelin standards. The waitress was very nice and explained the menu that is only in French. We came with 2 kids and the place is not kids friendly!! The main waiter almost last it when we came in with my 3 year old sleeping in the stroller. The food was good but not epic. Not epic at all. Price was good.

The food was a work of art but it was lacking in flavor. The starter was okay, the citrus was an excellent addition but it needed more. The meat (pigeon) was supposed to be rare but it was medium...it also was not seasoned very well. The garlic dots tasted like raw garlic...not good. Everything else on the plate was just okay and under seasoned. The dessert was just bland...the cherries were neither sweet nor sour. The vanilla was the most flavorful part of the dessert. The fennel...I couldn't taste it at all. Again, beautiful but the taste couldn't match...it was like I was at Prairial all over again. Overall it was a 50€ meal to include the drink. I could have gotten 4x times the flavor at Djizan for 1/4 the price...Danton/Le 126/L'Inattendu are the same type of gastronomy but much better in price and flavor. Also, I couldn't help but wonder if some of these plates were made ahead of time given how intricate they are and the speed at which they came out...there was a bit of a refrigerator taste to some of the items.

Remarcable quality. Excellent value for the price. They even give you an amuse bouche and à treat if you don't take dessert. The menu sous le puce makes haute cuisine accessible. What a great place.

Taste is strong, nothing mild. Combinations were incredible. We enjoyed

A terrific meal in Lyon; friendly professional service, a modestly priced 4 course meal (with Saint Marcellin cheese), and good wine choices. It was one of our best meals during our 14 day sojourn to France, and the best of our 4 dinners in Lyon. Would definitely return.

Yelp
Lyon never disappoints me when it comes to food and this place was no exception. I found this place while searching on the app "the fork" Laforchette in French as the app let me book directly from my phone. Arriving at 7:30pm, we were the first customers there that night and they seated us immediately while smiling at my terrible French. All I thought I said was good evening, I have a reservation in French but whatever I said made them smile... Staff spoke some English and it was helpful selecting a bottle of local wine and dinner. I don't think I need to go on and on about food, it's Lyon, foodies heaven. Perfect portion size, nicely presented, great food, and friendly service. I surely enjoyed my dinner here. Many customers came after us seemed like local regulars based on how they greeted with the host. Walking distance from the main train station. Reasonably priced, highly recommend.
