Restaurant Dan B.

Wow! What an experience to visit and dine at Dan B. Our party of 5 (two couples and 1 child) recently enjoyed the tasting menu on our last night visiting the beautiful region of Provence. We were greeted by exceptionally friendly and welcoming hosts who were very accommodating to our specific dietary needs (child, vegetarian, and I’m expecting). The tasting menu was phenomenal and expertly curated by the chef - who was so kind to greet us near the end of our meal. The views of the sunset are also breathtaking! We will cherish our memory of this dinner for many years to come!

Absolutely incredible food and experience. The service and food were impeccable and the view, of course, was unreal. We had the most amazing dining experience here. Being vegan, it was astounding to see what the chef could prepare for the vegan menu…I was blown away. Really beautiful work. Would recommend booking in advance for a seat facing the view around sunset time. It beautiful.

This place deserves all the great reviews. It has the beautiful view of the forest down. The food is very creative. I have never thought a fish leather dish would taste delicious. Delicious all around!!!!! The dessert with frozen, gelled and puréed peaches is the highlight!

Lunch was delicious, with an excellent view. They were accommodating to us being late to our reservation. However I'm taking 2 stars off as they straight off recommended an appetizer set that ended up being 125 euros, without informing us of the price. Usually you don't expect an appetizer to be more than 20-30 euros. I think it's just a really distasteful thing to do to guests. Good restaurant otherwise!

Beautiful restaurant in a stunning location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food looked amazing and tasted great! I couldn't fault the evening.

A special restaurant for a special occasion. It definitely deserves its Michelin star. We had a wonderful multi-course fixed price meal with outstanding views and superb service. Their wine list was wonderful as well. Reservations are a must.

Visited Dan B today and indulged in their Experience Menu - a culinary journey encapsulated in eight distinct dishes. Each plate was a masterpiece of composition, showcasing an array of fresh ingredients in a harmonious balance of flavors. What set the meal apart was the restaurant’s commitment to excellence, evident in their flawless service. Attentive without being intrusive, the staff expertly navigated the ebb and flow of our dining experience. Dan B’s combination of innovative cuisine and impeccable service makes it a must-visit. An exquisite gastronomic adventure!
