The view, atmosphere, and the food were fabulous. However, be ready to unload your pockets. We spent 78CHF each for a few slices of Chateaubriand. Our service experience was really bad especially when paying these prices. We arrived at 8:30 and ordered Caesar Salads, one without the added anchovies. They put vinaigrette dressing on one of the salads and no Parmesan cheese on the other. The waiter was absent for at least 15 minutes on multiple occasions through the evening. The bad part was that our 148CHF Chateaubriand for 2 did not make it to the table until 10pm so we were the last ones in the entire restaurant when it arrived an hour late. Perhaps just an anomaly, but certainly not a 5 star hotel or Restaurant experience. They comped the salad and a glass of wine but it's really not acceptable to wait over an hour for a medium rare Chateaubriand at those prices no matter how good it was.

Visited this restaurant for afternoon tea and cakes and it was fabulous. We were visiting Interlaken and wanted to try out something similar to high tea and this was the closest we got to it. The restaurant wasn't crowded at all, in fact it was just us at the restaurant for most of the duration of our visit. The coffee was great but the winner was the American Cheesecake which I loved since I first tried it in New York. The pricing was very reasonable and it cost us only CHF27. Highly recommended!

Great food with a robust food and drink menus. All cocktails are excellent. Service is attentive and entertainment (if you like showtunes) is good. The atmosphere is higher class and it wasn’t difficult to get a table at most times without a reservation (as opposed to their sister Italian restaurant). Can recommend the penne arrabbiata and the châteaubriand for food. Can HIGHLY recommend the Lillet Berry and Choose Wisely for drinks. Expensive, but worth a fancy night out.

Dined at this high-end French restaurant at Victoria Jungfrau Hotel & Spa in January. The ambiance is elegant, great for a formal dinner on special occasions or with friends and loved ones. Most of the staffs spoke very good English. They were attentive, but sometimes too much attention seemed pretentious and made us uncomfortable. We ordered a la carte. The dishes are nicely presented but don’t taste as good. Crepes show was fabulous; however, the crepes itself was too sweet and too sour. The cook used too much liqueur; the flame lasted for a long time. In the end, what’s necessary to mention is their bread because that’s the only food we enjoyed. E
