The 18 Best Restaurants In Palma De Mallorca

"La Vieja turns its attention away from the Balearics and towards the chef’s home region of the Canary Islands. Splashed with colorful murals, it’s a great place for afternoon tapas on a sunny terrace—the papas arrugadas alone are worth the trip. The Canarian-style wrinkly potatoes are served in volcanic-stone bowls with two zippy mojo sauces, including a coriander blend made tableside." - isabella noble

La Vieja

"A restaurant with a distinct urban feel which is striking for the genuine graffiti on its walls and the influence of the Canary Islands (the chef’s homeland) in its cuisine. Contemporary Canary Island cooking featuring local products and a Mallorcan touch." - Michelin Inspector

We wish we could put 10 stars out of 5. Thanks to David helping us to create brilliant atmosphere, we were highly impressed by the serving of the dishes, taste and the appearance! We will come back here for sure!

Really enjoyed our meal here. The wrinkly potatoes with two types of sauce, the eel, and the squid ceviche were particularly delicious.

What can I say... This place is extremely surprising. The service was excellent from the moment my wife and I walked in. The dinner recommendations were on point. The only thing that bugged me is that I couldn't add a tip while paying with a card. The server or manager definitely earned it. The vibe was lively. This place won't disappoint!

A very tastefully decorated places with lots of references to volcanic Tenerife island. Unbelievably delicious food, full of flavor and combining traditions with origination. Rarely I enjoy the dinner more. Also wines from Canary Islands are a very pleasant discovery. Enjoyed it so so much really would like to return

Absolutely Incredible and really good value for such quality. We shared several dishes with a bottle of wine and two cocktails, all for under £120. Highly recommend

A hotel employee highly recommended this restaurant to us and we were so impressed! We ordered 5 dishes and each one was delicious and so different! The staff were very kind and helpful. It’s also very clean and nicely decorated. We can't recommend it enough!

Great dining experience full of character in Palma downtown serving creative dishes influenced by both Canarian and Mallorcan cuisines. Everything one could wish for in a good restaurant - high quality seasonal ingredients, thought-through flavours, beautiful presentation, immaculate service and vibrant atmosphere. We booked a low-table, but I'd imagine a high table by the kitchen would be quite a spectacle to watch.

A genuine gem of culinary art! Authentic recepies brought from the Canary Islands re materialised into fantastic, delicious, original, and beautifully plated food! Quick and polite service, decorated with smiles. Very clever wine selection to match the dishes. We had a wonderful wvenung and dinner and would return with pleasure.
