"Ladies & Gentlemen, Hampstead Heath. Launched in January of this year after extensive renovation, this cosy cocktail bar was once a Victorian lavatory. Owner William Borrell is the craft spirit producer of Vestal Vodka and Highwayman Gin which is produced on site using a 16 litre copper still. Wonderful seasonal cocktails are created by friendly barmen using ingredients sourced from Hampstead Heath allotments to produce homemade liqueurs, syrups and herbs. There’s live music on Thursdays- Saturdays but arrive early to be sure to get in."
