It's not often you find high-quality pastries inside an airport, especially macarons! This place has a great and interesting variety. I tried pumpkin cinnamon roll, chocolate mint, oatmeal cookie, and espresso fudge. All the flavors were on point! The macarons were thick and light. We need more of this!.. an excellent local bakery humbles themselves, sets up inside the airport, and doesn't skimp on quality. Give Lady Yum the crown for airport dessert royalty! Be sure to check them out at their brick-and-mortar locations if you're out wandering Seattle!

Literally the best macarons I've ever consumed. The lady who took my order was also very sweet. I'm about to Google and see if this shop ships their macarons because I'm craving them now that I'm back home.

Lady Yum is a delicious little macaroon shop within the busy Sea-Tac airport, and it's become a cherished tradition for us every time we visit Washington. Located conveniently after the security checkpoint in D terminal, Lady Yum stands out as a beacon of friendliness and warmth amidst the chaos of the airport. The macarons at Lady Yum are amazing!!!!. With a perfect balance of softness inside and crunchiness outside, each bite is a symphony of sweet, savory, and tart flavors that dance on the palate. Even as someone who isn't typically a fan of sweets, I find myself unable to resist these delectable treats. In my opinion, they stand as the finest macarons in the nation, although I'll reserve judgment on their global status until I've had the pleasure of sampling those in France. One of the joys of visiting Lady Yum is the ever-changing array of flavors to explore. While classics like cotton candy, lemon, and espresso are always available, there's also the excitement of discovering new creations with each visit. On our latest trip, the Pomegranate Mango stole our hearts with its exquisite blend of flavors, while the Unicorn remains a perennial favorite with its irresistible cotton candy and cake sugar goodness. Whether we're arriving or departing from Seattle, a stop at Lady Yum is non-negotiable. The macarons are always fresh, soft, and bursting with the most delightful flavors imaginable. And while you can order online for delivery, nothing quite compares to the experience of indulging in these heavenly delights in person. So, if you're ever in need of a sweet escape, I highly recommend making the two-hour flight to Seattle – it's a journey that's well worth it for the sheer delight of savoring the best macarons America has to offer. Yum indeed!

Google
Really good, thats all I can say. Tried the smores macaroon.

Google
Taking a flight? You should get some. Flight over heading out? You should get some. Salted caramel, toasted coconut, seems like all the flavors are great.

Google
We were flying through the Seattle Airport and got to try these amazing macaroons! We tried honey lavender and a chocolate sprinkled one.. both were amazing !

Laura James

Google
Delicious. This location is inside the airport and they have so many flavors. Friendly employees. The macaroons are $2.50 each. The strawberry one was the best! Light and fluffy with a delicious flavored center.

Tyra Ruth

Google
these have been the best macarons i’ve ever had. so light, airy, and extremely delicious flavor. their fruity pebbles one was my favorite! and the employees were SO sweet and friendly. i’ll definitely be coming back on my way through SEATAC again!

Christina M.

Yelp
I was so bummed that I wasn't able to check out Lady Yum while in Seattle and then, hallelujah, there was one in the airport! I got the toasted coconut and oatmeal cookie. Both are absolutely amazing. Macarons are often pretty small but these were such a great size, bigger than I've ever had! Absolutely delicious.

Bertilla M.

Yelp
So many times I've walked by during the wee hours and questioned their decision to open at 5a. On my most recent trip, I needed to purchase a gift before my 6a flight and I was so glad that Lady Yum was open! And many thanks to the salesperson who helped me build a box of bestsellers and seasonal favorites. I myself would not be so friendly and helpful at 5:05a on any day. I also recommend happy hours at Lady Yum's other retail locations. 1 macaron + 1 bubbly for $5 at their lovely stores are such a treat.

Charisse Q.

Yelp
This is my friend's favorite place to get macaroons ever. We were passing through the airport and she made us run across the terminal just to get some! They were flavorful and fresh. So many different flavors

Darlyn C.

Yelp
My mom wanted to grab some macarons before we boarded the flight and wanted to split it with me since we were separating so she kindly asked the worker if she could put into two different containers and first off the lady looked at my mom liked she couldn't understand at first and then told my mom she couldn't. The macarons were good but service needs work.

Brenda P.

Yelp
I have to stop here every time I fly into SeaTac airport. They have the best tasting macaroons I've ever had and not too bad on the prices. Variety of flavors as well. They do offer seasonal type flavors so make sure to ask what they what flavors those are. Unfortunately, they are only located near Seattle. And I live in California which is pretty sad but I think they do have a website where you can get them ordered. We need to double check on that. The lady that always helps me out is super nice and very pleasant to talk to. I go back next month, so I'm definitely going to get a few flavors to take home.

Lisa D.

Yelp
I saw Lady Yum a few times during my trip in Seattle and was curious but never stopped in. Well, I took it as a sign as I was in the airport waiting for my flight home to LA when I saw the Lady Yum stand. So, I did what any foodie would do... I bought a dozen to try. My kids picked most of the flavors but the ones I did try I really did enjoy and loved. My kids said it was "SOOOO good". Lady Yum got the flavors spot on. Each macarons was decorated to perfection. The shell was nice and crisp. Loved the unique flavors they had. Honestly there is no complaints. If you see a Lady Yum near you, definitely get your hands on some. 2 thumbs up from this Yelper. Tips: *Credit card accepted. *Get a dozen you'll thank me later. *Located in the airport.

Gretchen F.

Yelp
Truly, a treat. I travel often to Paris, and these are good macarons. they're very similar to what you get in France and there's a great variety of flavors. Fun to try different ones and the seasonal offerings. Excellent gift to give your crewmembers before a flight. Or something to bring to someone visiting. They also have a non-airport location and online delivery.

Emma G.

Yelp
I had the salted caramel, lavender and strawberry macaroons. They were scrumptious! I've had lots of macaroons lots of places, these are amongst the best sometimes the flavors other places are kind of fake and chemical like. These were spot on! The caramel was brown and with the bits of sea salt, a perfect balance of flavors. The honey lavender had a sweet lavender flavor, not too overpowering or sweet, and the whipped middle was delicious. I also sipped on the Aura Bora Strawberry Basil Herbal Sparkling Water. It was the treat I needed to confront my very delayed flight. The shop is adorable, I highly recommend you stop in and treat yourself when you're at SeaTac. There were lots of other flavors I hope to try again sometime soon when I'm back in the area.

Simpreet K.

Yelp
Ok, I have a sweet tooth problem! You see where I am going with that. Airport+ some time to kill+ that gorgeous display of macarons. Guess what, I decided to take the plunge. Walked up, greeted by a sweet lady behind the counter. I convince myself that I need to get a box of 10 macarons. I try to scan the flavors in front of me (there had to be 30+ flavors of those pretty colored treats) and pick out 8 different flavors quickly. Ofcourse, I wanted to try them all. The nice lady helped me pick 2 more flavors and slipped me a free sample of 2 macarons. And I happily walked to my gate with a little zing in my step holding on to my little box of the prettiest macarons.

Jeff C.

Yelp
My flight out of Seattle was delayed by 90 minutes so I took the opportunity to wander around the terminals when I ran across Lady Yum. I've got a sweet tooth and seeing the colorful array of macarons caught my attention. Upon closer inspection, the great variety of both classic and unique flavors made me even more interested. Finally, looking at the price ($2.50 per) sealed the deal, as often macarons can run $3 (not to mention that this is inside an airport where everything tends to run more expensive!). I ordered 2 each of the strawberry passionfruit, black cherry velvet, and midnight mischief (which is kind of like a Milky Way candy bar). All of them were super delicious! The strawberry passionfruit had a nice tart, the midnight mischief and its sticky caramel was yum, and the black cherry velvet was tasty as well. Next time I'm passing through Seatac I'll gladly make a detour to get some macrons from Lady Yum!

Maki S.

Yelp
Do you want to eat macaroons while waiting to board, or mid-air? The answer is obvious: Yes. Even if you weren't thinking about it before you saw the colorful stand, as you were speed walking from your gate to the restroom 5 minutes before boarding. I recommend toasted coconut and raspberry.

Aaron S.

Yelp
The best macaroons in America!!!!!!! We always stop by this stall in the airport as we are arriving and leaving Seattle! Always making sure to get enough sweetness to last for the next few days. YUM YUM!!!! The macaroons are always so fresh and soft and filled with best, sweetest, most flavorful goodness you could even imagine. It seems like she is always changing up her flavors and keeping us trying new flavors each visit. Our favorite this last stop was the Pomegranate mango!!!! So delicious. And our go to flavor is the Unicorn. It is cotton candy/cake? sugar goodness. You can also order these online for delivery but I have never tried that. Fly up to Seattle to get these! It's worth the 2 hour flight.

Jen N.

Yelp
Came across this gem when we arrived at SeaTac Airport! Delicious macarons, we ended up visiting again and brought a box of 20 back home.

Le T.

Yelp
They're selling delicate pastries to people about to board flights, but they refuse to put any order less than 10 in a box. Instead I was told they could only give me a flimsy paper bag that wouldn't survive being in a carry-on. It had an open top that can't be closed securely, either. At $3 a pop, they could be more accommodating to their target market.

Dana D.

Yelp
I loved the macarons we got at the downtown Seattle so much I decided to get some for my boyfriends parents. The biggest bonus is that I was able to get it in a nice gift packaging + a brown bag. The person who was helping me was super sweet. They had the same wide range of macarons that I could choose from! It was so difficult to choose. Definitely recommend as a gift to your loved ones OR a quick snack on the plane.

R G.

Yelp
I absolutely love Lady Yum....but not the Seattle Airport location. The cookies are stellar and the branding is so fun. Unfortunately the staff at the airport store are very condescending masked behind a fake smile. I thought Id surprise my family with three cookies and asked for a plastic case so they wouldnt get smashed on the long bus ride home, well after a long patronizing NO (and told Id have to spend $30) I opted to skip the treats and go to the donut shop instead. That staff interaction ruined it for me.

Matt M.

Yelp
So happy there's a Lady Yum location in SeaTac! Got to take some of these delicious macarons home to the family. We tried the salted caramel, toasted coconut, chocolate mint, gooey butter cake, pumpkin butterbrew, and cranberry bliss - all excellent. They kept for a few days out at room temperature and still had a crunchy shell and soft filling. Plus, they're not too expensive. And apparently on their website it says that they ship! This will be dangerous for my wallet... My favorite one was the salted caramel. It's a typical flavor, sure, but Lady Yum does it right. Strong caramel flavor with a decent hit of salt. After that, I'd rank them as follows from best to least best (they were all good!): toasted coconut, pumpkin butterbrew, chocolate mint, gooey butter cake, and cranberry bliss. They do have themed boxes available on their website - I'll have to check them out because these are some of the best macarons I've had!

John C.

Yelp
Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw them at the concourse near my gate. Only have had them delivered to Utah from here, sometimes they have 50% off deals. Nellie C told me about this place and they are my favorite! They rival France and Italy's Macaron's hands down in my not so humble opinion. :-) Great customer service, perfectly tasting Macarons with an awesome colorful variety of flavors. Been my goto place for years.

Michelle N.

Yelp
Tasty! The rose and honey lavender were my favorites. The fruity pebble was noticeably smaller. All were a bit on the sweeter side and the filling was a bit softer than I like. Overall, solid macarons.

Shruti N.

Yelp
I was walking the wrong way to find my gate and I'm so glad I did! I saw the macaroons and had to stop. The lady who helped me did so even though they weren't open yet and was really nice. The macaroons were delicious. They were so soft and not too sweet! Definitely recommend the honey lavender and the chocolate. Sometimes honey lavender-flavored things fall short. It's either too honey or too lavender, but the macaroons were just the right balance. Now I have a little spot in the airport!

Kassandra M.

Yelp
The macaroons are really good. It is a bit overpriced Unfortunately, the service was great and the stand was super cute!

Ryan S.

Yelp
The best macaroons you will ever have. Coconut and lemon are my go-tos. Do not leave the airport without your order.

Brendie W.

Yelp
The macaroons were delicious. They were extremely soft and not too sweet, the lavender was perfect. Ill be back when traveling through SEA.

Candy B.

Yelp
There's a lot of hype surrounding this macaron place... and it's all true! The beautifully decorated stand offers cutesy souvenirs and wide selections of macaron flavors! Plus, the lady working the shop was very charming and helpful in helping me select flavors to share between my mom and I. Not only do they have yummy flavors to choose from, but the macarons are decorated to fit their flavor (sprinkles, gold flake, chocolate drizzle, etc). I've had my share of macarons but this place really blew it out of the park! Soft outer layer with a nice soft shell crunch, to a chewy inside layer. Plus, all the flavors matched their titles. All flavorful and delicious. My favorite out of the last bunch I got was the Salted Caramel, Oatmeal Cookie, and Honey Lavendar! All well-packaged and tied with a bow. Also comes with a guide to distinguish which flavor you're enjoying. They are quite pricey with $25 for 10 macarons. But it's so sooo worth it. They offer military and airline/airport and employee discounts too.

Tim J.

Yelp
Perfect place for last minute souvenir when you are at Seattle-Tacoma airport! Their macaron is sooooo good! I highly recommend checking this place out if you forgot to get souvenir such as Starbucks cups or space needle key chains etc and do not want to disappoint the ones around you who expected a souvenir from you on your way back. You will thank me

Cristine G.

Yelp
Yelp 100 Challenge 2018 - #57/100 My first time trying their macarons I wasn't really impressed. They were dry and crumbly outside and overly chewy in the middle. I attributed it to the fact that it was closing time and they were down to the last remaining ones. Even the worker was probably tired that she wasn't overly happy having to stay a few minutes over to make the sale. Fast forward to yesterday, the guy at the counter was so cheerful and friendly that I bought a box of ten assorted and one cappuccino macaron to go. I'm so happy I have them another chance. This time the macarons were soft and perfectly chewy, and not too sweet. My favorite is the toasted coconut. Whenever I find myself at SeaTac I'll be sure to swing by for these treats.

Moni M.

Yelp
The salted caramel was Aaaaaamazing, next is the toffee one the box didn't make it to the gate. We ate them all.

Tammy E.

Yelp
Twinkling on the side of the concourse is this beautiful Lady Yum stand - in a prime location for purchasing this Seattle treat to people as a gift on your way to your gate! No longer are you relegated to a box of smoked salmon or chocolates as local gifts for loved ones and friends - this sweet treat is the real deal! Thinking I was just going to get one, I walked up to the glass case and was dazzled by the beauty of all the colors - I left with the box of 10 macarons for $20 - a treat yourself day indeed! The employee working there was super friendly and patient as I asked what flavors were in each of the special bon bons. I left with almost one of each flavor! I am not always a fan of macarons but Lady Yum does a really good job with textures. I will say that the oatmeal cookie one was a little too sweet (gasp!) for my taste but the others have been divine!

Matt U.

Yelp
This place anything but the standard blah sort of airport spot - while not big, it's a little oasis in a sea of chains! It's located just off the main concourse in the C terminal and is literally 200 feet from the Anthony's window so you don't have any excuse to at least check it out. They have around 15 types of Macaroons, tons of different sauces and drink mixers (all from local vendors) and mini bottle of Champagne to boot! We sampled 9 different ones (we doubled up on honey lavendar since 4 of us were sharing) and favorites include the orange chocolate, honey lavender, fruity pebbles (yes!) and raspberry chardonnay. Everything, as expected, was expensive, but getting to sample ten different macaroons and chill in the main terminal watching planes take off is somewhat nostalgic. We've definitely paid $20 for worse experiences! Do yourself a favor and check this place out - pre or post flight!

D B.

Yelp
Lady Yum is located inside SeaTac after you've cleared security. They offer an impressive selection of macarons. Salted caramel is one of my go to flavors. The strawberry fields is also very good. You really can't go wrong with any of the flavors.

Saira K.

Yelp
I was so happy to see macarons at the airport, especially because my flight was delayed. I think their original location is in Kirkland. The business owner is a cool lady who grew up in Alaska and likes to use local Pacific Northwest flavors in her baking. I had the salted caramel, and it was really yummy. Service was great.

Mae T.

Yelp
I've passed by the locations whenever I'd visit downtown Seattle but it was always so busy inside and I never got the opportunity to try these until yesterday. I made a point to have enough time at the airport to stop by and see everything they had to offer and I was not disappointed! From the moment I approached the counter I was greeted warmly by Crystal and she explained what the flavors were and made several recommendations. She made the buying process so easy and I never felt rushed. Whenever I'm at Sea-Tac I will definitely pay this place a visit and hope Crystal is there. She's amazing and so are the macarons! Such a lovely experience!

Jill B.

Yelp
For my first flight since 2020 and first flight with a child, I purchased 4 macarons to enjoy throughout my travel day. The Halloween themed macarons were so fun and delicious. I also got the raspberry champagne. These macarons are some of the most flavorful I've every had! I'm glad I finally made it to the airport to get these and wish there was one just as close but not at the airport.

Alyanna C.

Yelp
Life is like a box of macaroons... you never know what you're going to - oh wait, wrong quote. ;) However I do like picking up a box of macaroons at the airport now, at least when this stall is open. I've heard about them around Seattle, but could never make the trek up to their Kirkland store... so I'm really pleased to know they've opened a more accessible location. The macaroons are delicious, and some of the best I've had in Seattle at least. Each flavor really lives up to its name. My favorites were the campfire s'mores, champagne rose, honey lavender, and the raspberry flavor. Perfect crisp texture. They were also firm when holding, but not too hard that they easily melt in your mouth after taking a bit. Location wise, it's located near the beginning of Concourse C from the food court - just a little past that Sub Pop store. I like that it's pretty close to the food court area, because it makes an easy stop over before going on a flight, even if my gate is in Concourse B, etc. It's a small store that sells macaroons that you can pick from their lovely display stall, or small bottles of champagne that you can take with you on the plane (but not drink). I'm used to paying premium for macaroons, like Bottega Louie or Alexander Patisserie. A box of 10 for $20 w/ tax runs you at $2.00, which really isn't that bad given the quality, thickness, and size of the macaroon. Their flavors rotate every month, and so far I've liked the ones I've tried with the exception of their 4th of July flavor (too much cinnamon!) Looking forward to being a customer once a month to explore their new flavors, especially when I travel to SeaTac every month!

Laurie P.

Yelp
I always stop here when I'm passing through SeaTac for the amazing macarons! My favorite are the salted caramel, but they are all delectable.

Michael S.

Yelp
My oatmeal macaron Was great up on My trip to Washington. Let me impress upon How the options carried on Choices diverse as crayons. I issue a clarion Call to beset upon This booth to fawn Over the macarons. Do stop by along The C gate marathon Before your flight upon To your next destinaye-shon. This rhyme caused me to draw upon Lots and lots of improvisaye-shon So buy a macaron At this store. Ya mon!

CJ F.

Yelp
Chloe is amazing. I left my cookies at the counter 2 months ago and she remembered me. Outstanding customer service. Everything about this place is incredible.

Rachel M.

Yelp
I wanted to go to one of the locations in town but ran out of time so when I saw a kiosk in the airport I was so excited. These are probably the best macarons I've ever had. I have since ordered them for shipping and there were just as good shipped across the country as the were bought in shop. I love love love lady yum!

Steph G.

Yelp
Anyone who knows me knows I LOVE Lady Yum. So as much as I travel, what better way to spend time at Sea-Tac than by enjoying some delicious and fresh macarons? Sure, I still hit up the club lounge for my free bloody Mary's and bubbly, but they're so much better with Lady Yum! They are a little Kiosk by the A gates and they have pretty much the same selection as their other locations! They also offer the little gift boxes, which is great if you're flying nearby and want to bring a gift to a friend. OR be selfish and eat ALLLLLL the macarons. In my opinion the salted caramel and the toasted coconut are hands down the two best ones around! I usually buy the 10/$20 box and will get majority of those two for the box and will try a few of their seasonal styles. They always rotate the flavors and I love that they bring them here too! Come check them out! I can't wait for my busy travel month ahead because this means I will be here A LOT!

Mary M.

Yelp
Absolutely exquisite variety. Stumbled upon this place while getting my steps in waiting for my flight. It was my sons bday in 2 days so I figured I could something home for both my kids to enjoy. I went with the 15 pack, it was about $32. They gave me a free sample of the orange and chocolate, wow! Delicious. My kids devoured them, the only flavor they were not fond of was the butter beer.

Smaly K.

Yelp
I'm always here before or after it closes, or just too far from the area to make it in time to check out the place. But I've already had Lady Yum macarons many times at the Kirkland location. Lady Yum is my favorite place for macarons, and is the reason I love macarons. I love the texture, the taste, and the variety of unique, interesting flavors of the Lady Yum macarons.

Pras C.

Yelp
Delicious if pricey hand made macarons and knick knacks, bubbly and other sweet treats located in terminal C. Female- run business with two other outlets in Seattle. Enjoy the beautiful displays and treat yourself - I recommend anything lavender or pistachio. Perfect as a little sweet treat after a grilled cheese from Beecher's!

Courtenay O.

Yelp
Sinfully delicious, this location features a wide variety of macaroons. You can't eat just one, and you can't choose just one flavor. We skipped the Birthday Cake and Shindig flavors, but love the fanciful Unicorn and ordinary Vanilla and Salted Caramel. We've never tried the Lavender, but always choose the strawberry. That's why we buy a pack of 15 for $30, and we always share.

Douglas V.

Yelp
Saw this on Yelp and went slightly out of our way to try it. What a treat! Caramel and chocolate were a hit. It's a little pricey but, hey, location, location, location.

Samantha R.

Yelp
Oh my gosh!!!! This was a total impulse since we were bumped from our flight, and the new flight was delayed. Hands down the best Macrons! My favors was the espresso or raspberry Chardonnay, my husband loved the animal cookie inspired one. All 10 cookies are now gone.

Danielle C.

Yelp
I will always stop at lady yum when I am at SeaTac and I am a Flight Attendant, so that is often. I can't get enough of these macaroons. They are expensive. They are all made with some serious TLC. The macaroons are beautiful and there is an amazing selection of flavors. My all time favorite is the unicorn. The shop itself is so cute. You have to go see for yourself. I, personally, think Lady Yum is better than Ladurée.

Quin T.

Yelp
French macarons are my favorite and I was ecstatic when I saw these in Concourse C. I am a flight attendant and this is the first time that I have seen a French macaron store in an airport. THANK YOU Lady Yum!!! Your selections are so unique and oh, so good. Oatmeal cookie, honey lavender, wild strawberry, raspberry chardonnay, toasted coconut, watermelon, toffee, salted caramel....I ordered a box of 20 and ate them all!

Mina H.

Yelp
Omg! It taste so amazing and I can't stop eating it. It is totally better tasting than the other macaroons . It is slightly sweet and chewy . It is so fun to try different flavors and everything is so good. I will be back soon.

Joann V.

Yelp
Soooosoooosoooo fricking expensive! But so fricking good. If you're willing to splurge, this is the place to do it at.
