Lala Land on the beach in Tel Aviv was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The service was beyond horrible. Drinks took over 30 minutes to arrive, and the waiters seemed completely untrained. I had to flag them down repeatedly just to get basic service. They forgot the olives I ordered, and when I reminded them, it took another 30 minutes for them to finally bring them out. Absolutely ridiculous. When it was finally time for the bill, they gave me the wrong one after I had already waited a long time, and then took ages again to bring the correct bill. The level of incompetence was unbelievable. But the worst part was the manager. When I refused to leave a tip because the service was so obviously terrible, instead of apologizing or even just accepting it, he actually got angry. He told me my “face looked like shit” and started cursing at me in front of everyone. I’ve never in my life seen such disgusting, unprofessional behavior from someone who is supposed to be running a restaurant. This place doesn’t deserve a single shekel of anyone’s money. The staff is slow and careless, and the manager is downright verbally abusive. There are plenty of good places to eat in Tel Aviv. don’t waste your time, money, or patience at Lala Land. Avoid this place like the plague.

Ok WHAT? That place was amazing! From the kind and pro hostess to cleanliness to the service and to the great, fresh food. DAMN I was so pleasantly surprised. When they say fresh - they mean it. The salad was crisp and fragrant, the falafel was hot and crunchy AND their chips, which are usually something you expect yo be a little doggy or stale - no sir, they were fresh hot crispy outside fluffy inside. You kind of expect such places on the beach to be not that great because it’s the beach but no. This place brought quality. The price is not cheap but with the expenses of holding a restaurant on that geo location that’s pretty reasonable. Great experience. Thank you so much. We’ll come again

Best food out of all the beach restaurants hands down… everyone is friendly but expect beach service which means it can be slow(ish) sometimes depending on the peak they’re having. However, as I said, out of all the beach restaurants in Tel Aviv, the food here outshines them all!!!

A really nice restaurant just on the Tel Aviv beach. Few area to sit, part on the sea sand. Good Israeli breakfast with great breeze from the sea and chill music. The service is friendly and welcoming. Over priced. The place is pretty busy and full during noon and afternoon, but you can enjoy the calm during the morning. Enjoy :)

Lala land has a few good things going for it, in the restaurant business location is key and you really can't get any better than being on the sand on the beach, but for a restaurant that mostly caters to tourists and rich people I would expect the food quality to be a little more high end even if I have to pay a little bit extra . We ordered a breakfast each, and paid just a little under 150 shekels, for that price I would think that: A. The kitchen would get my order right- I ordered 2 eggs over easy and got them sunny side up B. I'd get more than just olive oil on my salad C. The portions of the sides should be bigger None the less, we came for the atmosphere and we got it for sure Great for business meetings and wine by the beach, if you want good food go somewhere else P.s. Shachaf our server was very professional

I returned to this restaurant as the food was delicious first time when I was in Tel-Aviv back in November. I didn’t regret at all. The food is delicious again! Served fast and loads of taste in every dish. Great location right at the beach and nice mysterious lounge music playing. Thank you!

Absolutely unacceptable — avoid this place at all costs. I visited yesterday and waited over an hour just to get the check. After being completely ignored by the staff, I politely approached the manager, Aaron, to explain that the delay was unacceptable and that I just wanted to pay. His reaction was beyond shocking: he screamed at me in front of other customers, told me I was no longer welcome, and threw me out with an attitude that was nothing short of aggressive and humiliating. This wasn’t just poor service — it was hostile, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. I’ve never left a negative review before, but this experience left me stunned and deeply disappointed. There are plenty of restaurants in town that actually respect and value their customers — go to one of them instead.

Waiters keep arguing and swearing loudly front of everyone. We been waiting over 10min to order, then drinks got wrong, very rude they are. So I think is better to avoid this place. Unfortunately, but the customer service here is bad and overall in Israel I’d say..
