"Given its location in the 18C One Shot Palacio Conde de Torrejón hotel, this restaurant in Seville’s historic centre is easy to find. The restaurant, which has its own entrance to the side of the building and has its main dining room on a covered patio, is run by a chef who prepares traditional cuisine with a contemporary touch. Most of the dishes, available either à la carte or on an interesting tasting menu (prior booking is required for the latter), feature Iberian pork from the Sierra de Huelva, and excellent beef and wild game." - Michelin Inspector

This place left very much (maybe too much) to be desired. The decor, seating arrangements, and the lighting didn’t make much sense of its portrayal of being fine dining. I feel they focused too much on presentation and completely forgot about the taste. The best part of this dining experience was the wine— and that’s because it made me forget the food was pretty bad. The service was great, and our server was so so so kind and knowledgeable. So leaving a negative review isn’t my favorite thing to do. I so hope they switch up their menu a bit and blend the flavors together a bit more.

We treated ourselves to a special dinner while we were in Seville, this place did not disappoint! We got the tasting menu and everything was delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive. The barman came to our table to recommend what we could drink. It was a very special evening for us.

Overall, the experience was very good. We went with the proposed tasting menu. We enjoyed most of the courses, particularly the seasonal Iberian stew, the orzo with squid (delicious, perhaps the highlight), and the Iberian cut. The desserts were delicious. Our host and sommelier Gonzalo made the experience more special: he was super-informed and proposed two wines from Priorat that we loved. 4 stars instead of 5 for the atmosphere, which could be improved (the space felt a bit "empty"), and for the Iberian burger (made with kidney meat) with lavander bechamel, which was surprisingly blend and gummy. Would love to go back and perhaps explore other options on the menu.

The staff was very friendly and polite, they have a nice wine menu, with some Andalucian wines, exactly what we were looking for to pair with our 100% Iberico tasting menu! The menu is amazing, one of the best we had so far, the food was delicious and they have some different combinations that surprised us. I definitely recommend this lovely experience!

Service and the staff were amazing, so this rating has nothing to do with them. In our opinion the food was very heavy, which made it difficult to eat. The quality of the meat was great but maybe it was cooked with too much oil or had too many flavors. There is also a possibility one of us got food poisoning from this experience, and had to call an ambulance. They told us it was food poisoning. Maybe due to the pork; was undercooked on the inside and it was very bloody and heavy. The wine selection was amazing and the staff really helped with that. The tuna carpaccio did not taste good at all, and does not fit the other dishes. It also tasted a little expired, perhaps that had to do with the sickness. I suggest this restaurant for the service and wines, but only if you really like pork and can handle heavy meat based food. I believe it should be checked again for Michelin qualifications.

Well you may think that dining at the restaurant of a hotel could be a bad idea, but let me tell you. Here you will find something focused in giving you a great taste of pork in different ways. The bread, the croquettes, the rice, this place will make you happy. The staff was really nice, but when the place got crowded the service experimental a bit of a delay, nothing bad.

4.5/5 @lalola is one of the best chef restaurants in Seville. Javi Abascal is the creator of the restaurant, which was on the @michelinguide list in 2022 and 2023 and received a @repsol sol award. First of all, they have a nice wine menu. I can say that I ate the best bread I have ever eaten in my life here. Every plate we ate was very successful. Tartare (€11) and Morin Buñuelos (€13) and Sweetbread(€16) were perfect plates. Only the egg added on Lamb (€22) was a bit unnecessary in our opinion. In addition, a restaurant of this level can find much higher quality/taste lamb meat. Moreover, there are still areas that can be improved in terms of service quality and staff. Our recommendation to accompany these dishes is @bodegasamaren 2018 Angeles de Amaren.

It is an interesting restaurant. The decoration is of Muslin style. The food was basically composed of Iberian pork cuisine, which was tasty. It is not that delicately presented, though still worth a try.
