13 Best Restaurants in Seville, From High-Level Gastronomy Spots to Romantic Holes-in-the-Wall | Condé Nast Traveler

"Housed in the grand whitewashed internal courtyard of a former 16th‑century palace (One Shot Palacio), I savored inventive Iberian tasting menus—around $70—that lean heavily on Spanish‑reared pork and offal, with playful dishes like an Iberian burger topped with lavender béchamel; the quality has earned a Bib Gourmand." - Agnish Ray, Adam Turner

"Given its location in the 18C One Shot Palacio Conde de Torrejón hotel, this restaurant in Seville’s historic centre is easy to find. The restaurant, which has its own entrance to the side of the building and has its main dining room on an attractive covered patio, is run by a chef who prepares traditional cuisine with a contemporary touch. This is showcased on the à la carte and on an interesting tasting menu which is completely focused around Iberian pork (including the desserts!). Dishes you’ll find here include creamy rice with pig’s trotters and rice, “lagartito” of Iberian pork en papillote with cod, plus different types of game." - Michelin Inspector

We got the tasting menu and a bottle of wine for two people. Great service and presentation. Each course was small, but there were enough to make us both quite full by the end of the meal. Our favorite was the grilled pork at the end. Everyone speaks great English. The space is lacking a bit of polish, but overall a great experience at a very reasonable price.

Beautiful food, excellent service from Luis. We had the tasting menu which was fab! Rice pudding with pork crackling is superb. Quiet restaurant, very classy. €170 including wine.

It’s a restaurant in a hotel lobby. It’s been sectioned off with strange rattan dividers… but just less than a meters from where we were eating were people in the hotel lobby. Waiting for friends to go out. There was a door to the restrooms that slammed shut everytime someone went in making a loud bang. The food was ok, service was a bit disjointed. The waiter asked me if my allergy was really an allergy. And if I was sure. Short of waving my epi pen at him I’m not sure how I can answer that. I wouldn’t go back. It was a strange dining experience.

The service was great, the portions in total were not very large and the dining area was nothing special. The food was good in general, and the last entree (Iberian pork meat cut) was one of the best things I have ever tasted. However, me and my partner both disliked the desert aside from the tiramisu which was the second best item. The “lemon tartlet” tasted like stomach acid in my opinion. Service was great and super accommodating

Tried the tasting menu for 65€/per person. The flavors were good, but in my opinion the price not justifiable. For 65€ all four of us could (and did the next day at another restaurant!) eat very well with sharing plates. We were sat in a private room which was far too quiet and fell totally secluded from the actual dinning area of the restaurant. This may be what some people prefer, but it was a bit sterile and lacking warmth. The service was great, not the best explanation of the courses in broken English. Bread great. Portion sizes were microscopic. Albeit 10 microscopic courses, we left not hungry but not full either. A bit strange. Again, nice but not worth the price. Better to just eat off the actual menu in the actual normal restaurant.

Tried tasting menu for lunch. Plus for attentive service and explanations of dishes. Venue doesn’t feel right due to the moveable walls separating restaurant from rest of hotel. The main courses were good(!), but not exceptional. The starters and desserts did not impress me very much. Bread was great! Presentations were overall nice. Not a bad meal at all, but just not good enough (or interesting) to justify the price. It’s a bib gourmand restaurant, but did not feel like it. Only three tables with guests at lunch time on a weekday, reservations not needed.
