The restaurant, which has its own entrance to the side of the building and has its main dining room on an attractive covered patio, is run by a chef who prepares traditional cuisine with a contemporary touch. This is showcased on the à la carte and on an interesting tasting menu which is completely focused around Iberian pork (including the desserts!).
