We had a great dining experience at Lampara!
For starters, we tried the Dinuckdakan, which had lots of floss and really good flavor. The Croquettas were also delicious — cheesy on the inside and fun to try both on their own and with the honey.
My favorite starter was the Chicharon Bulaklak, served perfectly crispy with just the right amount of saltiness and a tasty tamarind condiment on the side.
For the mains, the Oxtail was my top pick — rich and flavorful. The Beef Belly was also good, and the Pork was nicely crispy.
We got to try all the desserts, and my favorite was the Tres Leches — light, creamy, and perfectly sweet. The Yema Tsokolate and Polvoron were also enjoyable and well made.
The servers were very nice and even took the time to explain the parts of our meals, which made the experience more special.
The ambiance was warm and cozy, making it a great place to relax and enjoy good food.
They recently received their Michelin Bib Gourmand Award, and it’s definitely well-deserved!
