"Sommelier Anthony Rault and chef Olivier Beurné took over from Jean-Paul Abadie at this local institution. The talented duo are keeping the quality high, while making their own mark. The menu, which is testament to inventive cuisine, features carefully prepared dishes replete with flavours, and top-notch seasonal produce (both meat and fish)." - Michelin Inspector

We did the 10 course tasting menu (180 Euro) with wine pairing (100 Euro). A note on pricing --- The price difference between 6 and 8 courses is only 30 euro, 8 courses being 130 euro, so when the delta was 50 euro between 8 and 10 courses I asked what the 2 extra dishes were (meaning appetizer, main, dessert) and they replied they don't know, it's all a surprise. It's subjective but I'd say we had 2 desserts, 2 mains, and 6 appetizers. Also they don't list the wine pairing price for the 10 course but we got it and were charged 100 euro. The food was excellent. It was my first time ever having cockles. The lobster and langoustine were highlights. The service was also exceptional and fast considering how many dishes we received. At the start of the meal we mentioned we'd want a taxi for the ride back and they were able to time our expected completion and had one ready for us. The wine was nice. Most of them from the last 2 years which might be because they only served one red. Still, I was personally hoping for some older vintages.

Delicious harbour side dinner of local anchovy escalivade followed by two generous portions of moules frites in an amazing red sauce all washed down with a Collioure AOP white wine. Definitely worth a visit best moules we have ever had!

One of the best places in Brittany with Jean-Paul Abadie in fine form with refined, upper iodine flavoured Breton cooking. There is genuine happiness increased thanks to his wife, an energetic wine waitress.
