It's a just-fine restaurant, with an American menu that has everything from pasta to burgers to steak. There's a quiet back patio, and on the weekend they serve bottomless brunch. Came in for lunch on a Sunday with a friend. Very nice atmosphere, comfortable seating, and attentive staff. We had sangrias, which were really good! I was surprised at how fresh the fruit was. Everything was delicious and came out swiftly. I'm also really happy they have malt vinegar at the tables, it's my favorite condiment for fries ❤️ Will definitely return as a regular in the neighborhood ☺️

I really wanted to enjoy Land & Lake and visited due to the great reviews, but on my first visit on a quiet Monday night the entire experience was lackluster. My partner and I ordered drinks and 2 entrees. The drinks were incredible and felt worth the value. The food on the other hand was just small portioned and quite flavorless. I had the Fried Fish Sandwich and the fish tasted fresh but there were very few condiments on it and essentially I got a fish and bread sandwich. The fries were pretty soggy and unappealing. My partner got the Fettuccini Alfredo which came in quite a small portion and basically just tasted like salt. The atmosphere was also pretty lacking. Again this was Monday night, so not expecting it to be hopping, but the music was down so far it was hard to hear it and the lights were so dim we were ready to take a nap! The staff there also looked exhausted so maybe that was just the vibe they were looking for that night. I might be back but probably for something like brunch when this spot seems a little more lively.

Google
Great service, yummy cocktails, great starters and delicious main dishes. Def will go back!! We had the pickled veg, as well as meatballs for starters. Main courses were shrimp and grains salad, Reuben sandwich and the half chicken. Generous portions that provided plenty to bring home. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Nice addition to the neighborhood eats!!

Google
Food was excellent per usual, my whole table was happy with our food, as you can see by the fact that I didn't remember to take a photo until the end. My fried chicken sandwich was a little dry, but I have no complaints about any other food we had here. Love the interior and the back patio but I was surprised they didn't have an awning up over the tables in the back patio.

Google
Great atmosphere, lovely patio, delicious food & friendly staff ~ we’ll be back! I had steak salad. My son had grilled cheese. His girlfriend had mac & cheese. Best she’s ever had. We shared carrot cake which was wonderful.

Google
Great experience! We went for Sunday happy hour. Staff was very nice and attentive, food and drinks came out promptly. Sangria was a bit too sweet, but the peach vodka and pink gin cocktails were *on point*! We had the burger and buffalo chicken sandwich, chicken was tender and so juicy for such a fat piece but the SO was a bit disappointed it wasn't breaded and fried. The burger was solid - pickles were homemade and sauce was tasty. Potato bun on both was a bit soft/mushy when it soaked up condiment juices - not the best but not deal breakers. Loved the fries - they were clearly cut and fried in house and were crisp and fresh. We sat on the back patio which we loved back when this used to be the Brixton. It is friendly and bright though on a hot and humid day like today the covering on top made it 10x as hot. Overall we had a great time and we will definitely be back :) especially to check out that bottomless mimosa brunch! PS - if you are this restaurant and reading this please put the brunch menu and info on the website!

From now, my favorite "classic American breakfast" place in Andersonville. Tasty food, good coffee and cocktails, comfortable atmosphere, amazing service. Highly recommend Lake Scramble and Lake Benedict with smoked salmon.

Google
Perfect sunny summer day walking up on Clark Street. Between packed restaurants, and a quick Google review, me and a few friends stumbled in. The Alfredo was amazing, the fries are highly seasoned, the Caesar salad was warm and grilled. This place has the cleanest restrooms. It smelled like heaven inside. Thank you for that. My server payed more attention to his friends at the bar than us. Overall, a nice spot to get some great lunch. Might review them on my website. Check out keithdonovan. Com

Yelp
This place is a blast, We always have so much fun when we come here. Great service and great food. What else is there to ask for... Little gem in the area

Yelp
Came by for dinner with some friends and sat on the back patio. I ordered the fried fish sandwich which comes with a good portion of fries. I liked the tartar sauce and the fluffy potato bun. Nice service and laid-back ambience on the back patio. My friends food orders all looked great. They also offer happy hour and breakfast/brunch offerings. I'd come back for the nice covered patio, good food, and chill environment.

Yelp
We came here to try the dinner menu after hanging at the Hopleaf for drinks. The space itself is cute and the patio is very nice. I could definitely see myself there on a warm day, but we were seated inside. While it was not crowded, we had made a reservation anyway as it was a Friday and you never know what the crowd situation will be. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were seated in a window seat, which was nice. We started out with drinks. The Queen got the Papa Don't Peach (peach vodka, ginger peach iced tea, simple syrup, lemon juice). I had a sip, and it was pretty tasty, followed up by the T.G.I. Sangria (House red & white wine, brandy, brown sugar, seasonal fruit). At $13/14 a pop, both are on the happy hour menu so I would definitely chose those options next time, so said The Queen also. We started with the meatballs (beef meatballs, parmesan, Italian gravy, grilled bread). This was a great starter, very favorable. The grilled bread was a nice addition. I actually saved them to have with the Bolognese I ordered as a main course (beef bolognese, tagliatelle pasta, shaved parmesan). The meatballs are a great companion side with this dish, highly recommend it. The Queen got the Breakfast Mac and Cheese, The Doctor got the Three Bean Midwestern Chili (turkey, hominy, cheddar, green onions, pickled chilis, sour cream, house biscuit crumbles). They both enjoyed their dishes, with The Queen taking hers home to have for breakfast the next day. If I had known about the happy hour, would have done that. I would like to go back and explore the happy hour menu as this concept is my second favorite food group after brunch. They do offer a selection of different sandwiches and appetizers as well as a good deal on the drinks side of things. Our server Katie was very lovely and on top of things. She made sure we were taken care of throughout our meal.

Yelp
Popped in here on a Sunday around 4pm with a friend and am super glad I did! Not only did they have an amazing happy hour (trust me, these prices practically reflect pre-COVID and pre-inflation prices), but the service, food, and ambiance was great! I also got a cocktail and it was only $6.50 during happy hour! Our server was really really nice and being able to sit in the back patio made it even better. I had fries and buffalo cauliflower, and my friend had the bbq wings. Everything tasted great, and it's good to know this option exists in the area! I'll definitely be returning!

Yelp
Land & Lake Andersonville has an amazing patio, with friendly servers, and easy mobile payment at the table but the food is just ok. My boyfriend and I wanted to have a late brunch nearby and I came across Land & Lake Andersonville. We loved the atmosphere outside -- very fun and cozy. Our server was very sweet as well. Not to mention, on a Saturday morning it was very easy to get a table. But it may because of the food. The Benedict and breakfast sandwich we ordered didn't win us over. We felt the flavors weren't totally there and for the price felt a little disappointed. The drinks however were good. If you're looking for a place to bring a big group out for drinks last-minute then I recommend - but if you're in the mood for a tasty brunch there's other places in Chicago that I think are much better for that!

Yelp
We are moving into the area and were wanting to find a yummy local happy hour spot for food and drinks. This newer spot came up on our list, so we decided to give it a try and LOVED it! First of all, the space is fun, inviting, clean, and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also learned reservations are possible, so we are noting that for next time. We went early enough that seating wasn't a problem. Second, the happy hour drink list has everything you need at a great price. My husband got a reduced priced local IPA and I got a hearty glass of Sauvignon Blanc for $6.50. Yum and yay! Third, the happy hour food was delicious! We both got sandwiches from the happy hour list and LOVED them! My burger was decadent and deliciously grilled. My husband loved the spicy fresh buffalo chicken sandwich. He even thought the bun was tasty! Since it is a la cart, we both got a side of parmesan fries and we HIGHLY recommend. So luxurious and flavorful...yum! We walked away pleased, full, and without a big dent in our wallets! Win win win! If you haven't been to Land & Lakes, we highly recommend checking it out right away, especially during Monday-Friday 4-6pm happy hour!

Yelp
Cute place with a kind waitstaff and solid food. Came here for a late lunch and they still had the brunch menu. After discussion with the kind waiter, we got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the fried fish Sandwich. They were served very quickly which was a plus, super hot, but missing on flavor. Too much dill for the tartar sauce and just eh for the chicken. Good fires though. Friends got burgers and were really happy. Also no baby changing table in the bathroom which surprised me since they have a kids menu. Anyway still a large bathroom so you could change on the floor without an issue... we would like to go back for dinner at the other location sometime.

Yelp
I moved to Chicago a few weeks ago and after a long drive and unpacking, all I wanted was a burger, a beer and a game. When I walked I got that and so much more. I was welcomed as if I was a regular and by the time I left I was full and with friends. What I will tell you is that the food is fantastic and the service is amazing. The atmosphere is on point and if you've got a date or party you wanna impress, definitely do the back patio. Oh...and the Happy Hour is one of the best in Andersonville! Lasts from 4-6. Anyway, I love the place. I think you will too.

Yelp
I visited L&L Andersonville last weekend for brunch with 2 good friends. I've been here in the past but not in a few years. The staff is very friendly & accommodating. Our server was Irish & we engaged her in conversation about all things Ireland. She was so pleasant & checked on us frequently. I had the fried whitefish Sammy w fries. Pretty good with the fresh pickles & mayo. My friends jumped in on the bottomless mimosa deal. Both enjoyed their food dishes as well. Overall, a very nice experience. The only negative would be the 3% credit card processing fee. Is that a new thing in Chicago? I asked about it & I didn't really understand the explanation, only that it was their policy. It's bad enough we pay a huge sales tax in this town but then an additional 3% for using a debit card? I guess I should've carried cash.

Lateef A.

Yelp
One of the few bars in Andersonville that has a TRUE happy hour. I invited a few friends out during the weekday and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. In addition to some solid drinks, they also have small bites as well that are pretty delicious. I've had the buffalo cauliflower and the Mac and cheese. My friends had burgers and wings and stated that those were good as well. I will definitely return!

Jenifer N.

Yelp
Fantastic brunch/lunch spot! Guaranteed to find something you love with the expansive menu plus, bottomless mimosas.

Erika G.

Yelp
Oh, what have we here?! Another little place that will become a neighborhood favorite? YES! Great staff, super friendly, nice bartender! First happy hours get my heart. Had a Pink Lady and the other peach vodka cocktail (forgot the name) were just great, and most important - not too sweet! We'll for sure be back for that BURGER. Fantastic bar - with a padded front, so no accidental banged knees, plus it looks cool. This review is for the happy hour bar/drinks only. But we'll be back 100% for sure! And there is a PATIO.

Jeff K.

Yelp
No matter when I go to Land and Lake, they deliver. Happy hour, dinner, brunch - all good. The staff is always attentive, friendly and professional. The food is approachable with a twist. They add something that sets it apart from the expected. It is always well prepared and very reasonably priced. Their outdoor patio is adorable. I'm happy I live around the corner.

Walter H.

Yelp
It was great I always have a good time when I'm there, it's a nice chill vibe, nice atmosphere where you can relax have something to eat and drink a cocktail

Masaya T.

Yelp
Service is great. Food is awesome. Highly recommend. Please check this place out when you are in Andersonville.

Donald M.

Yelp
Burger was delicious. Carrot cake was also on point. We loved the ambiance at dinner time and the staff could not have been nicer.

Abhishek A.

Yelp
I've came here twice on weekends for brunch and found the venue generally empty. And to me, it correlates with the food quality, which IMHO, isn't as good as many other places nearby. I usually gravitate towards savory, egg-based dishes and theirs are unfortunately, nothing special. Cocktails were so-so. PS: I do appreciate their back open patio when weather is nice.

Daniel M.

Yelp
Land & Lake Andersonville is a great new addition to the neighborhood serving "approachable" American classics using locally sourced ingredients from neighboring states (hence Land & Lake). If the name is familiar, it's because it's the sister restaurant to 'Land & Lake Kitchen' which is located in the LondonHouse Hotel on Wacker Drive. A group of friends and I cam here on a Sunday night for dinner without a reservation and there were a few seats both indoors and outside on the patio available. We were seated quickly and our server Katie came by promptly to introduce herself. Katie was an absolute delight, checking in on us regularly without being intrusive and doing a great job of teaching us about the menu and answering our questions. I had the dry rubbed chicken wings, the Steak Salad and shared the Carrot Cake and all my food was delicious! Nice flavors and as you can see, great presentation. Food was also delivered quickly and everyone else at the table loved their food also. I hope this place builds a good business of regulars from the neighborhood as it would be a shame to see it fold like so many great new restaurants do unfortunately. Good Luck guys, we'll be back!

Nelson R.

Yelp
yeesh. mostly empty but turning people away suggesting staffing issues. for the very few tables that were being used the (very lovely and nice) waitress was very slow for everything (drinks, food, bill). the subpar cocktails are expensive for being ridiculously both small and not not very good. the food, also expensive, was also not good. a friend had the world's smallest croissant sandwich, another seemingly the world's driest breakfast potatoes. another in a long list of middling "brunch" places that are often wildly overhyped and overpriced (i'm looking at you over easy, batter and berries, etc.). if you're in a'ville, opt for some other much better options would he my advice.

Mariel E.

Yelp
As always the service and food at the Andersonville location is fantastic! Our hostess Ariana and our server Ajdin made our dinner celebrating my mom's birthday fantastic! Highly recommend this location!

Victoria S.

Yelp
I have been here a few times in the past but can certainly say today was my best experience yet. The food here is always amazing -- the pesto fettuccine is genuinely my favorite thing ever. The cocktails are also so delicious and I would recommend any one of them. However the star of this experience was truly the service we received -- Sarah and Sky were incredibly sweet and brought so much joy into our night. They were fun and funny and incredibly quick to fulfill any request we had. I would go back every night if it meant having them as my servers. Thank you guys!!

Lane M.

Yelp
Ya, no. Man, I hate to to review places poorly. I want to rave. I want to reminisce about what was done to my palette. Instead, I mourn. That's too strong, but really, the review that said this aims for gastropub but comes really close to a greasy spoon, hit the nail on the head. Caveat, we came for happy hour. Maybe they have a whole different set of ingredients for regular dinner service, but it doesn't look like it from the photos. Had the buffalo cauliflower. It's fried without breading and overly greasy. Flavors are fine... lots of paprika. Nothing worthwhile. Fries were good, nothing special. Wings were a bit dry, but not bad. But...not good. Just, present (pickled celery was a quite nice touch though). Then the burger.... Ok folks, if the Midwest does anything well, it's a burger. This one wasn't good. The ingredient quality was lacking. So was technique. It wasn't cooked hot enough to get a crust (think smash burger). It wasn't thick enough to be a statement piece. It was just meat, cheese, pickle, and onion. I love simple. But that construction highlights the beef. And the beef was just b.a.s.i.c. At least it wasn't dry and it was only $7.50. But I think it's the same burger they sell for more during typical service. Grind some chuck. Make the patties smaller to save money, and end up with a better product that is more satisfying. Also, salt the patty well. The cocktail was weak, but also just not flavored well. Tasted like watered down lemonade. Couldn't identify the "raspberry" in this Pink Lady. The cider was fine. A bit sweet for me, but my bad. Overall, $45 for happy hour. It's not worth that. Food inflation is real. If I have to pay 10-20% more for good food, I will. And the decor looks like the food should be good. But the food tastes like they're getting shipments from GFS. They must do better. They have the marketing and a good space, but the food is always there star. There's much good food in this city. I won't be back here to be disappointed again.

Arianna V.

Yelp
Wonderful back patio and incredible chicken sandwich!! Will definitely be back! They have a good selection of beers as well

Philip A.

Yelp
All I can say is I am so glad they're in the neighborhood! Came in yesterday for a friends birthday dinner and had a great experience overall. The restaurant is really cute especially the patio area. We were a party of 6 and seated indoors. We started with meatballs and pickled vegetables for appetizers and I must say they were delicious and cooked very well especially the meatballs and the ribs. For my main course I ordered the fettuccine with Chicken and they were also really delicious! Our server was very nice, friendly and attentive and Joel the manager was also super friendly and even gave us a carrot and chocolate for my friends birthday. Overall we had a great time and I definitely recommend this place and I would come back especially when the weather is nice to check out the patio space. So glad Land and Lake is in the neighborhood

Diana B.

Yelp
Cute and crisp decor. Nice patio. Tasty brunch. Slightly pricey but it is locally sourced food.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I have become regulars here. The food is ALWAYS delicious and everyone is so friendly. It's a neighborhood gem. Def recommend!

Yelp
What a wonderful surprise. We were looking for a place that was not expense and yet would support a mini reunion with two relatives we had not seen since Covid. The menu is simple, and yet executed very well. Had a house salad to start, even had to share because others insisted when they saw it. Around the table, burger ( very good), steak salad (something to return for), roast chicken (no leftovers), and I had the pork chop - also good. Fries were crisp and hard not to finish. The service was fantastic. Allowed us the ability to talk and still never be neglected. Had the house red, per the managers suggestion, which was a good choice. For desert, chocolate cake and carrot cake, shared but with more frantic reaches for more. We will return. Heard the patio is nice when the weather improves.

Justin S.

Yelp
Outdoor patio was cute and nice ambience. Food was okay. Fries were probably the best thing on the menu. The fried fish sandwich was overall good as well. However the portobello mushroom sandwich was so small, it felt more like a slider than a sandwich. The Buffalo cauliflower was super disappointing. It was soaked at the bottom of the bowl it was served by in the grease/oil and it wasn't crunchy- more of a soggy consistency. Drinks were subpar. Definitely would've preferred a drink that didn't feel watered down as I probably got 8 sips in the drink before it was done. Service was alright. Server was attentive until it got busy. It seemed to be just the server/bartender and a runner. At the end, the server kept emphasizing "no rush" on checking out. However he cashed us out quickly, grabbed our plates just as quick, and still emphasized "no rush." After that interaction, we felt we were being a nuisance for still trying to enjoy our evening so we left right after that and didn't bother to order another drink or stay to chat a little longer. For the price, I would definitely not recommend coming back here again.

Yelp
I have to admit, I've become a bit of a regular here at Land & Lake in Andersonville - here's why: - Location: Land & Lake is centrally located on Clark just a few doors down from the happening Balmoral/Clark intersection (A Taste of Heaven, Replay, Vincent's, etc, etc). It's a little hidden with their smaller signage, but if you know where to look, you can't miss it. - Ambiance: The restaurant is spacious and bright, nicely decorated with exposed brick walls, a great bar area, and ample seating both inside and out. That's right, Land & Lake has a big back patio that is practically the size of the inside of the restaurant. While it can get a little warm outside in the summers, the back patio is relaxing and inviting. - Staff/Service: Second-to-none. Every single time I've been there, the staff just gets better. They recognize you, interact with you, check in on you constantly, and are amazingly kind. It feels like you're walking into a place where everyone gets along and that just adds to the dining experience in a delightfully positive way. - Food: I've honestly tried I think six things on the menu at this point and have not been disappointed yet. Burgers, sandwiches, pastas, salads - everything is delicious, and you'll never leave hungry. Do I have a favorite? Of course, but we all have different tastes. However, if you're looking for a solid recommendation, their fried chicken sandwich is amazing. Also, I have it on good authority that they are adding some new brunch items in the very near future - (Saving the best for last) Brunch: Land & Lake is literally the best bottomless mimosa kept secret in the city. The food is already very affordable, but tack on bottomless mimosas for only $18 more? Sold! Additionally, I don't know about all of you, but I can't quite do Sunday brunch like I used to be able to, what with work on Mondays and all. No problem! Land & Lake does brunch on Saturdays too! Oh, one last thing, you'll never wait around for your empty glass to be refilled - this crew knows what's important and keeps the mimosas flowing. In the end, check Land & Lake out - I promise you won't be disappointed.

Niah S.

Yelp
No complaints about my dinner here, everything was delicious! I got wings as an app, the shrimp salad, and the butternut squash soup. The salad was absolutely phenomenal! Very nice service as well.

Jon H.

Yelp
Real good! Just opened and we made it finally. Great, simple menu. Solid cocktails that are super balanced. Salads were huge, burger 9.5/10, deserts were giant pieces of cake. Can't wait to be back. Love the theme and the decor too.

Alex G.

Yelp
I am happy this place is here in the neighborhood. Reliably good food, kind staff. This is just what we needed here in the neighborhood. I need to call this out, because it's important. Every bite of every plate that I've had come out of their kitchen is consistent. The burger tastes like a burger with every bite. This isn't common, cooks slap things on and you get a stack of pickle on one end and that's the only part of the burger that has pickle flavor. That hasn't happened here. They very clearly care about the flavor profile consistency in their menu design.

Dennis T.

Yelp
Food was decent but I think this place is terribly understaffed. They need to hire more cooks/waiters/and probably managers because it just doesn't feel well run. Came for the happy hour and ordered 2 cocktails, pickled vegetables, fries, and an order of mac and cheese. There were fewer than 5 other tables seated but it still took over 30 minutes from placing our order to getting anything delivered to the table. We were seated in the back patio and the waiter was incredibly hard to get a hold of as she seemed to be spending most of her time in the indoor portion of the restaurant. We were planning to stay for dinner but after it took so long to get basic appetizers out, we decided to leave. The food we did get was definitely not worth the wait. I'm hesitant to come back as the food wasn't bad and the happy hour is a good deal but the service and turnaround time for basic food is horrendously bad for a restaurant in Andersonville. I think the word is getting out though because the restaurant was basically empty on a Sunday evening. I do not recommend this place unless you have a lot of time to kill and even then, there are far better options up and down Clark.

G M.

Yelp
Completely underwhelming! Based on reviews, Maybe this is more of a happy hour place versus for dinner. To start, we sat there for 20 minutes after we arrived before a server approached our table to ask for drinks. Moving beyond that and taking the shortage of staff into consideration, when I read the name of an establishment like "Land and Lake", one would assume there would be a number of fish or seafood dishes on the menu. There was ONE fish sandwich on the entire menu. One of us ordered the fish sandwich, the other steak frites and I got a salad and buffalo's cauliflower. While the the steak was cooked appropriately, it had zero flavor to speak of. The buffalo cauliflower was the worse I've ever had. The salad was fresh but also had no flavor. How this place has just opened another location on Montrose where Fountainhead used to be is beyond me. If the menu, flavors and chef is as bad as this, it will never survive. It was very disappointing and underwhelming. By 8PM the place was completely empty and we were the only table there. That says it all. Very disappointing.

Joe K.

Yelp
We had lunch here today. It's a really nice dining room with an amazing patio! The food was delicious. We started with the ribs and meatball appetizers, which had great flavor. Following, I had the turkey chili and my wife had the grilled Caesar salad. Both were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Service was superb. Be sure to check it out!

Alicja P.

Yelp
This spot is so awesome. Beautiful patio, wonderful service. Everything we had was fantastic. Loved the chili and steak salad especially. We also had meatballs and pasta. Meatballs were super delicious and the pasta was very good. Can't wait to come back and try the burger, chicken sandwich and shrimp salad!

Lauren O.

Yelp
The shrimp salad is my all time fave in the city and they also have a great burger! The staff is always so nice and it's one of my go-to spots in the neighborhood

Yelp
We were excited to try out Land & Lake in Andersonville today for what we hoped would be a tasty brunch. Maybe it was just an off day, but I was left disappointed. I ordered a Bloody Mary cocktail which was uninspired and unappetizing. The vegetarian scramble was a mound of scrambled eggs with tomato sauce, bits of squash and onion, covered in red powder. The side of potatoes was delicious but the eggs were simply not edible. My husband, however, enjoyed his Lake Benedict . We may return for the burgers which looked delicious and for the excellent service.

Yelp
Our first time here and we brought out of town guests. We were seated in the patio. We were disappointed in our experience. Nothing that was totally offensive but many little things adding up. Ordered a bottle of rosé, got brut. No ice bucket or anything for the bottle so it sat in the heat. Ordered one beer, got a different one (twice, after trying to correct the server). Asked for garlic aioli, got mayo. Received our fries a good 20 minutes before the rest of the food. When we asked for fresh fries when the entrees came out, we were charged for both fries. The food ended up being fine but the service was not good. Maybe just an off night? Also, kind of strange that the steak "salad" is just steak on top of fried potatoes and green beans?

Yelp
Great service and nice waiters! It was pretty and very inviting! The food was also delicious!

Yelp
Enjoyed the patio for a few drinks but was surprised how overpriced it was - $8.50 and $9 for most beers- especially overpriced for being in Andersonville. Won't come back when other bars on the street have really nice patios with fairly priced drinks. Not to mention they add on the tacky credit card fee - $9 for a Half Acre can and they can't pay the 2.5% credit card fee?

Yelp
The food is consistently good, Happy Hour specials are diverse and generous. Had a terrific experience with our server Sky. she was most attentive, engaging, very personable and very knowledgeable.

Yelp
Stopped by last week and was excited from what I had heard and read. Had an OK experience. Found the place to be a little cold and empty for a "happy hour". Drinks were good and the food was so-so. Wings were bland, and the mac and cheese was standard with a gritty cheese sauce. This places' saving grace is their burgers, which was pretty solid. But you can get a great burger all over Andersonville. The bartender was pretty lax too. Just kind of floated around and talked to the other servers instead of tending the bar. Was excited for more, but left underwhelmed.

Yelp
We went a while ago for their bottomless mimosa and brunch, amazing service and food. The wait was a little long but worth it 100%, will be back!

Yelp
The food was okay. For a $9 add-on of half a grilled cheese to the tomato soup, it could have been a bit bigger than two bites. The mimosas were good though and for $18 bottomless it's a pretty good deal. I would come back for the drinks but maybe order another item on the menu.

Yelp
I love there Wednesday night burger special and the happy hour specials. The outdoor back patio is a great space. They have great salads and a good selection of wine, beer and alcohol. A great space

Yelp
We have been here many times for Happy Hour and have great service by Katie, and delicious food. Last night we came for pasta night and once again friendly service by Katie (and others) and delicious meatballs, pasta and dessert with a nice bottle of California Chardonnay.Looking forward to sitting outside on their back patio this summer! Thanks again for a nice dinner, see you soon!

Yelp
Since my sister is immune compromised, our 'new normal' COVID lifestyle includes outdoor dining regardless of weather. On this particular evening we were in Andersonville and found this place. We double checked that outdoor seating was available since it was a chilly fall evening. We almost passed by the unassuming storefront since we were expecting to see seating out front. Well, OMG! Talk about a surprise-the outdoor seating is in the back of the restaurant and it is stunning. Tastefully designed with foliage, white lights, heat lamps and tented only from above with fresh air circulating. Aside from the sophisticated outdoor area, we were wowed by the food (pasta fettuccine and pasta bolognese), the drinks (nice selection of wines and specialty drinks - we had the Pink Lady), as well as the service. The cherry on top was our waiter who is also the general manager. Joel is friendly and professional and helpful in navigating the menu since everything looked delicious! This place checks off all the boxes, so don't let the exterior deter you from a sophisticated interior with an uncomplicated menu!
