I recently ordered food while staying at the Mandalay Bay Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. The pasta carbonara was painfully dry, lacked bacon and sauce, and was barely room temperature, making it quite unappetizing. As for the calzone, while the portion size was generous, it was disappointing—around 80% bread with a noticeable lack of cheese.
To add to the frustration, when I called to express my concerns, the gentleman I spoke with merely said, “Oh, I’m sorry.” While the apology was polite, it lacked any attempt to address the issue or offer a resolution. Honestly, I regret ordering this food.
