"After founding Landmark with other wine enthusiasts in the mid-1970's, Damaris Deere Ford (great great grand-daughter of steel plow pioneer John Deere) fell in love with the Sonoma Valley's Mayacamas Mountain views and growing wine community, which inspired her to move the winery in 1989 to its present Kenwood location. It was then the Landmark team began producing its world-renowned Chardonnay. With two locations in the Sonoma region (the other is known for its Pinot Noir), Landmark specializes in small-batch wines that are hand-crafted. The truly knowledgeable and welcoming team offers its clients and visitors a fun experience learning about its wines and region. The expansive property makes it easy to kill an entire afternoon (which, believe us, we did)–and along with the tasting room, you can picnic on the lawn and play corn hole or Bocce Ball, and, of course, take a tour of the vineyards. 17 Best Wineries for Picnics in Napa and Sonoma - Eater SF

"Picture this: an expansive, grassy lawn, a pristine lake, bocce ball, sunshine, vineyard views, and small-lot chardonnay and pinot noir in your glass. That’s what’s on deck at Landmark Vineyards’ picnic-perfect grounds in Sonoma Valley, where the minimum price for a truly memorable day is just $20 in wine. While you can certainly pack your own picnic, Landmark stocks an array of cheeses, charcuteries, and accoutrements in their tasting room, plus lets you build your own basket for $40. Bonus: On Saturdays, you can hop on a free horse drawn carriage winery tour." - Jess Lander, A. K. Carroll

Google
We enjoy chardonnay and found the very best at Landmark. They do have other wines but our search was for chardonnay. Our sales associate Nancy was very helpful and personable. I highly recommend this winery for both reds and whites.

We had the best wine tasting and views today! Mike was so helpful and kind, the grounds were meticulously kept and beautiful, and the wine was outstanding. Very quiet and serene. Such a great way to spend our morning. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time wine tasting at the Landmark Vineyards, such an amazing place. Danna went above and beyond for us. If you happen to go there, you MUST try the Popcorn with some wine. My favourite combo ! Thanks Danna and The Team

Lovely place for a wine tasting. The landscaping and gardens are really beautiful, and it was relaxing to sit outside and drink their delicious wines. Our dog enjoyed jumping in the pond. 😃

We were lucky enough to have Grandpa Jon make reservations last Saturday at Landmark's Kenwood Estate. The winery's idyllic location in the heart of Sonoma Valley makes it a must-visit destination for wine lovers and we could not wait to visit. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Anna, who provided a warm welcome and guided us through the wine-tasting process. The tasting room we had reserved was cozy and intimate, with large windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains. A hearty charcuterie board accompanied our wine testing and gave us several amazing palette cleansing options. One of the highlights was the Beatles playing on a vintage record player. Vibes! The wine selection was impressive, featuring a range of varietals that highlight the unique terroir of Sonoma Valley. Guests can choose from several different tasting options, including a classic tasting that features Landmark's signature Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs, or a more in-depth tasting that explores the winery's limited-production and reserve wines. Anna was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to provide insights into the winemaking process and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences. She is definitely passionate about her craft and was eager to share her love of wine with us. In addition to the wine tasting, Landmark Vineyards offers a variety of experiences to enhance visitors' enjoyment of the winery. Guests can take a tour of the vineyards, participate in a food and wine pairing, or simply relax on the scenic patio with a glass of their favorite Landmark wine. Overall, the Saturday afternoon wine tasting experience at Landmark Vineyards in Kenwood, California, was a wonderful way to spend a leisurely afternoon. The picturesque setting, delicious wines, and friendly staff starting with Anna combined to create a memorable experience for us. Thank you Anna and staff at Landmark Vineyards.

Google
We had a awesome time yesterday at landmark vineyards. We booked the bocce and Wine experience ($60 per person, $40pp for members) this also included a charcuterie plate, which was a little undersized for 4 people. The tasing experience was nice and relaxed and we had a great time playing bocce ball with the excellent weather on Monday (presidents day) we very much enjoyed the wines and their Pinots were great. There is a lot of areas to walk around and enjoy on that beautiful property, it's a good place for groups of many sizes

Stopped at the winery as we were driving by. Nice landscaping. The front has some cherry trees in full bloom, nice to take some pictures, also filled with very busy bees. Winery itself is a nice relaxing place, fountain in the courtyard, tables spread around. We are planning on making a reservation for a small group later in summer as we did not have time today.

Yelp
My friends and I LOVED this place! It was so beautiful and the vibes are immaculate! My friend is a member here so we all got to wine taste for free. The service was amazing- they greeted us with so much hospitality & warmth and I enjoyed every single glass I tasted! Ended up getting a bottle of their signature Chardonnay. Will definitely come back again!

Yelp
Our first visit. We were told they had great Chardonnays and they do. We didn't do a tasting because they were booked but a wine guide gave us 4 tastes to choose from. I loved their more creamier blend Demrius verses a more fruitier San Jacomo (might have spelled wrong). We sat outside overlooking their vineyards onto the mountainside. So serene while sharing truffled popcorn. This is truly a hidden gem that we will need to come back to do an official tasting with friends. The garden area was beautiful with their various color of roses and other flowering bushes. The smell is amazing. All around wonderful afternoon

Yelp
What a great place for wine tasting (even if you don't like wine). Kaitlyn was our wine guide and was fabulous. The setting was fantastic. What a great place to enjoy a glass or 2 or 3 and relax.

Yelp
Beautiful grounds, pricey tastings. Made a last minute reservation to visit Landmark Vineyards while meeting a friend in Kenwood for lunch. They offer two tastings - the legends tasting ($40 for 4 wines) and a legacy tasting ($65 for 5 wines)- and feature Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. While the setting and service were equally stunning, the wines were just OK. I was hoping for more Sonoma-coast/cold climate local pinots, however, the wines I enjoyed most were from the Santa Rita Hills region near Santa Barbara. I did end up purchasing a bottle of the 2018 Grand Detour Pinot ($35); which was aptly described as a "Self-Care, Comfort Wine." If you're planning a visit, I would recommend simply grabbing a bottle to sip while you take in the scenery. The affordability of their bottles relative to the cost of the tastings makes it more economical and worthwhile.

Yelp
I'm still a club member since 2007. All the Pinot noir varieties are so consistent year in, year out that I continue to enjoy them. I buy 2 cases per year. I just trudged through a rain deluge to pick-up my winter allocation. Food friendly wines. Never harsh. Some of the wine writers call these feminine. I don't think that gender generalizations are appropriate but I would describe the flavors of the wines as pretty. Yes men can be pretty, too. Google Hollywood heart throbs images. Whoops! I digress.... Tasting areas indoors and out are enjoyable. Big tables, comfortable seating. Large oak trees for shade. Winter 2021 they've installed a big circus tent outdoor area, stay dry, stay warm. The backyard view of Sugarloaf mountain is outstanding. Well maintained bocce court for play time. Folks always friendly and accommodating. Covid era protocol. Make an appointment for a tasting especially if you are a group larger than 4. Limited selection of charcuterie in the small display fridge. Even though there is some county health department BS about customer food, You can bring your own picnic vittles if you call ahead and ask nicely. There's about 15 wine tasting rooms in Kenwood. Others have fancier architecture / gardens. For the enjoyability of wine, this one is the best. I live here, local-yokel recommendation.

Yelp
Such a gorgeous estate with beautiful landscapes, a pond, water fountain, with the mountain backdrop, spacious place with plenty of tables that can accommodate easily up to 60-80 guests at the same time! A perfect spot for the gram if you know what I mean. A pic pic area with bocce ball and more. Check in at the tasting room, with some gifts display at the main welcome room. They pour you the first Chardonnay then you self-sit yourself to any table outdoor to the garden to the vineyards. A wine rep then came to help you with snacks and pour you more wine accordingly to the option you choose. For $40 you get you try 2 Chardonnay and 3 Pinot Noir, it's a bargain. Solid appellation wines. For $65, you got to try Single Vineyard wines. Charcuterie for 2 was $25 with 3 cheeses, 2 meats, nut, jam, pickles, it's a real treat! Popcorn with truffle sprinkle was yummy! After the rai , we got luck out with a beautiful afternoon here! ANNA was wonderful. She explained the wine profile, walked us through the tasting, friendly, genuine and seems to enjoy her work. Yes it's a commercialize spot, but it still got that wine country vibe, and the wine is reasonable and solidly good compare to a lot of others in Sonoma County! If you are a Chardonnay or Pinot Noir fan, check this spot out! Reservation for 4 or people is highly recommend on the weekend. Children and dogs friendly! They also gave another tasting room/vineyard in Healdsburg and partner with Justin Winery in Paso Robles.

Yelp
Great place to enjoy a picnic by the pond! Came here with hubby and baby and had a lovely charcuterie board with a nice bottle and beautiful views of the vineyard and the grounds. It felt like the perfect weekend escape. Lovely flowers and quiet secluded area. The only slightly annoying part was navigating through wet grass with a stroller.

Yelp
Comedy is no joke! I mean, good comedy is really hard to do but Landmark and the Laugh Cellar put together a great show out on the back lawn with amazing views of the mountains. In addition to the great show they offered wine, charcuterie plates, popcorn and local chocolates for purchase. Parking was easy and we loved the riff on Ariel's song from the Little Mermaid . We had a fun time and can't wait for the next show!

Brad L.

Yelp
We have been members here for a number of years and just love this winery. Beautiful location that is so peaceful, very good Pinots and Chardonnays, and a great staff. Another wonderful visit today. I can't recommend enough.

Yelp
Thank you Cheryl for the fabulous Wine Sensory Tasting Event. Yes, it definitely was a 5 star high caliber EVENT! It is very evident that you LOVE your job, craft, hobby. Your attention to detail. Your ability and passion for helping others learn how to immerse themselves into the refined elements of wine is amazing. The knowledge you shared that will always guide us forward with each tasting for the rest of our lives will not be forgotten. The way you explained things and tools you provide us as handouts demonstrating the make up of the bouquet and flavor palette of a wines body will be put to good use. The time and effort you put into selecting the correct jam, cheese, spice and chocolate for each wine is a true signature of your dedication to your craft. I'll say it this way, Anyone, can wrap a present and toss it under the tree. But, the time and effort you demonstrated is like when a person sees the perfectly wrapped present sitting under the tree. It is delicately placed there with the perfectly matching ribbon and bow perfectly tied. No airbrushing required. Then when the guest opens the gift it is the one thing that they have always wanted and never asked for. Your research is outstanding! Your parings were that good! The way the jams and cheese you selected heightened our senses and brought out the intricate delicacies inside each featured wine. We can't thank you enough! You are Amazing! I really hope some how "AI" (artificial intelligence) can capture all the knowledge in your brain and express it to humans in the future because your talent is one of a kind. Thank you again! Ohhhhh, yes the tour of the property was beautiful, the history was interesting, and support staff all were helpful, courteous, and kind I guess that is because you lead by example! Great Job

Yelp
Walked in for a few glasses of wine. The ladies were super friendly and helpful and the Pinot noir was full bodied and tasty. Great ambiance outside and when ordered another glass up front they knew what we were drinking. Great customer service. I believe it was Abby and Kaitlyn (spelling?) that helped us and are amazing! Thank you for a great experience and will return for a full tasting next time

David B.

Yelp
Amazing tasting with Jana! Beautiful grounds as well must stop if you're in Sonoma! Cheers!

Yelp
Absolutely gorgeous day and amazing experience at Landmark! Came here with my husband for the first time and the staff was incredible. The tables outside were socially distant and there was plenty of space to roam. This location is very dog friendly! Wines, my husband loved the Russian River Chardonnay and the Reserve Pinot Noir. - I enjoyed the charcuterie plate - they have gluten free crackers!!! Definitely recommend coming here!

Yelp
Had a wonderful tasting from Jen last weekend! A couple of friends and I stopped in for an impromptu tasting and I loved every moment! Jen was super funny and had the BEST descriptors to talk about the wine. I could taste it as she was walking us through the flavors before I even took a sip. Have you even been wine tasting if you haven't said to yourself, "Why yes, this does taste like I'm on a yacht listening to Hall and Oats." I even walked away with a bottle that was named after the woman who founded the winery (Jen knew exactly what stories we'd love the most). Will definitely be back when the weather is better to enjoy their courtyard!

Yelp
This was our first time here, but it was the second stop of the day and we had THE BEST TIME! The wine was fabulous and we bought extra bottles after our wine tasting was over. The seating was spaced out really well, a beautiful patio area. Some in the sun, some under a tent. Dana was our wine guide and made the experience the 5 stars it was. She was knowledgeable and offered us fantastic recommendations! We will be back to see her and have more wonderful Pino!

Yelp
Specializing in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines, make sure to book a tasting in the private upstairs room. You get a 360 degree view of the whole estate along with the bordering mountains. The wines themselves are spectacular too - they are paired perfectly with an assortment of cheese and charcuterie. Afterwards you can stroll along the vines and try some of the grapes if they are ripe!

Yelp
Whether you are a local or tourist, Landmark Vineyards is the perfect destination. Their beautiful property, delicious wines, and incredible staff cannot be beat. You instantly feel like you are on an exotic vacation as soon as you arrive but their friendly staff makes you feel like you're at home. They specialize in Chardonnays and Pinots, and their wines never miss. Every single member of their staff is so polite, educated, and truly goes above and beyond. Katelin especially is SUCH a gem and always makes our experience so memorable. I couldn't recommend her more! She is so kind, hardworking, and always goes out of her way to make an amazing experience. They are also super family and dog friendly, which makes them that much more incredible. Couldn't recommend this winery more!

Greg H.

Yelp
Today we went to Landmark Vineyards. The second we walked in we were met with a condescending & arrogant young lady. She might have been 20 years old, but had the finesse of a 13 year old. We fully expect that in Napa, so that's why we have been going to Sonoma for 25 years. She went on to to share how Landmark is a white wine focused business & they will let those (like us) without reservations purchase wines by the glass or bottle. Any business / sales exec working at a winery, who had a week of summer school or community college education, would have vomited all over this: we will possibly let you buy our wines attitude. We have loved Landmark Vineyards & their wines for decades, but that is over. We left immediately - no negative dialogue, nothing, just a quick exit. Landmark - what's up? Kindness & being reasonably humble matters. Is Landmark now following the Napa model. We felt Brandoned- big time.

Yelp
Loved this winery. It had a very relaxed environment, great people working there, and very good wine. Chardonnay was delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed a glass in their comfy lounge chairs with a good view. Highly recommend a stop here!

Jenna M.

Yelp
Amazing experience checking out Landmark! The service was unmatched! Donna was incredibly gracious and a great host. The wine and location was amazing. Great for small and large groups!
google avatar

April N.

Yelp
Lovely garden and ambience but not worth the time or money. Too many misleading offerings & kind but inattentive service. Would have preferred service explaining varietal selections & relevance to the vineyard. For the same price, the quality at other wineries in the area are far better in wine selections and culinary experiences. Overall, not impressed.
google avatar

Katie C.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this spot. Driving in you see grounds that are covered in beautiful flowers. You sit on the outside property where there are fountains, loads of flowers, and of course the vines. We sat near a lovely pond under an umbrella to keep from burning! The menu was all Pinot noirs and Chardonnay's - so very Sonoma. I loved the different wines and the server was great at explaining where the grapes were sourced and the influence of weather patterns on each wine.
google avatar

Grishma P.

Yelp
Good wine, and an even better outdoor area to spend the afternoon! It's beautiful and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!
google avatar

Yelp
The setting here is beautiful. My fiancée and I are getting married here later this year. The service is great, the wine is good and the ambiance is relaxing. Definitely worth checking out for their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
google avatar

Aimee M.

Yelp
I love Chardonnay and was so excited to fine a winery that specializes in them. They also do a mean Pinot Noir. You don't often get to compare several Chardonnay varietals and I loved them all and of course had to leave with a few bottles. I'm not a huge fan of Pinots, but these were great as well! Our server, Abigail?, was a delight. She described the wines perfectly, she was upbeat and you could tell she loved this job. She was easy to joke with and we really enjoyed her as a host and could even answer some of our landscaping questions. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. I could have sat out there all day. There is a fountain, tall trees, plenty of shade if you need it and flowers in bloom. I hope to stop here again in my winery travels.
google avatar

Tom D.

Yelp
If you enjoy either Chardonnay, Pinot Noir (or both) and are looking for a beautiful winery with a gorgeous setting look no further than Landmark. The winery is surrounded by beautiful gardens, green lawn areas, games, full bocce court and cornhole, With the backdrop being Hood Mountain and Sugarloaf Mountain parks. The wines are excellent, the chardonnay ranges from more crisp fruity and acid driven to bigger more buttery types. There are several chards to choose from depending on your style preference. Same with the pinot noirs, I had the Grand Detour with good structure and fruit to others being more ripe and fruity. As with the chards there are several pinot noirs to choose from. If you visit Landmark you must ask for Margeve (hope the spelling is correct). She is knowledgeable about the wines, things to do and places to go in Sonoma County etc. She is a joy to talk to with none of the pretension that you find in some tasting rooms. We came here with friends visiting from NJ and hope to get back soon.

Yelp
If it weren't for the fact that my bf is a member at Justin (Paso Robles), we would never have heard about Landmark. Since Justin recently acquired Landmark (it's been a few years), membership privileges can now be enjoyed at Landmark. Upon walking into the property, we were surprised at how large it was. From the parking lot, you walk in, and it's almost like walking into a hacienda, with stone tiles and Spanish style architecture. We checked in at the tasting room, and while there were people tasting at the counter, we sat outside in the garden, as did most others. The seating areas all ranged in sizes and could accommodate large and small groups. While I knew that many wineries allowed children, this was the first place that I found that was particularly child friendly. They handed out bubbles, and even had coloring books for the little ones that we were with. Our tastings included a variety of chardonnays and pinot noirs, all of which were great. The pinots were particularly our favorite! As we made our way through our tasting, the kids in our group were able to walk around and run around the grounds, which was nice. It's not often that you find this much space and staff that welcomes children. Perhaps they are more family friendly because of the inn, and the bocce courts. Landmark may not necessarily be considered very commercialized, but given it's parent company being such a large company, I am surprised at how much I enjoyed their wines and service. This isn't a spot where you find large tour buses. In fact, this is a place where you would want to rent out their space, put up a tent and have a private event! Can't wait to go back. Hope it's sooner than later!
google avatar

Cee J.

Yelp
The area is beautiful and the experience was nice. Our tasting was good but we enjoyed the picnic option more. We really didn't know what we were doing so we asked our wine guide to surprise us with the cheese. The lavender and honey goat cheese was incredibly tasty. When paired with the white wines, it was perfect. This was pricier than our other wine tasting experiences but if you are spending the day experimenting, try this place.

Sharon F.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this winery! Gorgeous immaculate scenery, friendly staff and the Demario's Reserve Chardonnay is so delicious!

Yelp
We only came here because we just finished hiking at Gunsight Rock in Sugarloaf SP..so we needed to use a bathroom. Just our luck the place was still open. Nice looking place. They had a special event happening outside so we couldn't look around too much. The tasting room has FREE tasting of current release but my friends didn't want to try them..wtf!! So I didn't try either. I did grab a cheese appetizer thingie which was fine. Bathrooms available: separate men & women near the tasting room. On summer weekends (noon-3pm) they offer guided vineyard tours in a horse-drawn wagon. On the pond-side picnic area is a nice view where you can enjoy lunch or a game of Bocce (didn't see anyone playing). Open daily from 10am-4:30pm my pics above.

Yelp
I've gone to this vineyard two times so far and absolutely love it. They have a great outdoor area with tons of lounging chairs with shade and sun. They also have a large grassy area with bocce ball and cornhole. Whenever we go, we tend to bring a huge picnic blanket and lay it out there. I love this place because you can bring food here, so we always bring cheese and meat to go with the wine. They are know for their Pinot Noirs. Forget the name, but would recommend the one with hints of strawberries and cherries. Also, dog friendly!
google avatar

Kimberly H.

Yelp
Beautiful grounds that are dog friendly, there is ample seating throughout and even an area for picnics and games on the green. Various ages and different sizes from couples to larger groups, some food options and prices that are competitive.

Paul C.

Yelp
I will never attempt to go back to Landmark. Abigail, the supervisor, is completely rude and condescending. I called ahead of time to make sure they were kid friendly and could accommodate us without a reservation. They told us they could so we packed up two kids and drove 20 minutes. When we got there, there was maybe 5 total groups at different tables. As we tried to find someone to help, since no staff was at the welcome table, we were yelled at and told to go to the front. Abigail then followed us over and started to lecture us in front of our kids. At first we tried to shrug it off, but as the lecture and poor communication continued, we decided this place was way to sour and unaccommodating It was a bizarre and weird situation. There are many other wineries so we just left. We went to another place down the road and were greeted by friendly people and had a blast. This is our first bad experience in Sonoma. I've been many times to visit friends who live in the area. Big thumbs down for landmark. I will definitely share our experience with friends and family and discourage anyone we know to ever step foot on their property.

Yelp
3.5 star. Beautiful and large vineyard but average wine. We came for a free tasting as Visa Signature card holders. The place is huge and in fall, it was colored by its lovely trees that turned red or yellow. It has a nice big fountain in the courtyard and a bocci ball court. The tasting room seemed a bit dark compared to the colorful exterior, very friendly staff and we enjoyed a full list of free tasting (regular price $10). Average wine, so we couldn't buy anything.
google avatar

Madison B.

Yelp
This vineyard is breathtaking, especially so in late November. The grounds were the picturesque view of fall and we loved our tasting. We sat at a beautiful small table and enjoyed a long tasting. We even had a celebratory toast with the staff member who helped us because in the middle of our tasting we got the call from our realtor that our house sold. We could not have asked for a better setting for such wonderful news. We will be back in the future, especially because we are members.

Anthony M.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I went to Landmark for a tasting and let me tell you, the service was amazing. The wines are great too, but Katelin took great care of us and treated us like family. A great many wineries can come across as having very "canned" spiels that lack personality and individuality, but Katelin was extremely personable, knowledgeable, down to earth, and friendly. A+ in every aspect. Great job, Landmark!!

Yelp
MY REVIEW IS FOR LANDMARK IN HEALDSBURG. We visited Hop Kiln Winery on Westside Road in Healdsburg. When we arrived, we were a bit confused by the different winery names. We were informed that they were just acquired by Landmark (in Kenwood) so their name is no longer Hop Kiln and has changed over the Landmark. Yelp doesn't have a check-in option for both locations since the ownership is relatively new so my review is listed under Landmark in Kenwood. The grounds of this winery are expansive and beautiful. Very inviting with paths to take walks and stroll around the winery. There is a nice picnic area with tables and rose bushes. There is another nice spot, with picnic tables, which overlooks a duck pond. The front of the winery has a large well-manicured lawn that seems to stretch out forever. Based on the signs, I think a lot of people come to this winery on bikes. This could be a good spot to stop in while on bikes. When you walk inside, and enter the tasting room ,you are transported back in time. The building was originally built in 1905 and this old-world feel still remains. While it is somewhat of a large barn, it has a lot of character. Some parts have been renovated. Overall, the feeling inside is rustic chic. The surrounding walls contain pictures of old historic figures. I would guess the art has some relevance to the winery. The wine tasting bar is long and overlooks the quaint pond. The staff members are all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I was very impressed by their level of care during our visit. You can taste the Landmark wines and (for a limited time) can also taste the prior winery's wine (Hop Kiln). This place is very warm and inviting. It is also quite peaceful since the tastings occur at the bar with a large window backdrop with views of the duck pond. Tip: if you are hungry, they do have a full picnic list of foods available for purchase. If you become a wine member, you even get discounts on your food purchases! This was a fun spot and I intend to return.

Yelp
Really nice winery. Small and cozy with nice landscaping. Plenty of seating in the garden area. Picnic tables under big trees around the pond. I researched and visited many wineries in the area to host a family party and this one checked off all the boxes. The price was reasonable. The private event room was air-conditioned and had access to a patio and a prep-kitchen (available for warming up food only). The staff gave us plenty of privacy while promptly responding to all of our requests throughout the day. The party was a big hit among friends and family and we are already looking to book our next birthday at Landmark in Kenwood.

Yelp
Hands down my favorite vineyard in Sonoma/Napa. Every time I come (from SF) it feels like a vacation. The grounds are amazing and the staff are my favorite. They feel like good friends even during the first visit. The bags and bocce are also super fun. My husband and I held an event here this weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect. It was gorgeous and Donna was spectacular to work with. Thank you so much!

Yelp
So accommodating! Great wine and they allow you to sit, enjoy a bottle, with or without a formal wine tasting, bring in kids and pets. Can't wait to go back!

How can I express how beautiful this vineyard is? I can only say this. Landmark Vineyards is truly picturesque. Mountains and vineyards and gardens of gorgeous flowers. The staff, Jordan and Donna and the others were all so lovely. We got married here in April and they were so supportive, helpful and genuinely just beautiful souls who assisted our every need. The Landmark wines are truly outstanding I have never had wine from that area, as we usually travel to Napa. Every wine we tried here was DELICIOUS !! We already have recommended this vineyard to all our friends and will return often. I want to emphasize how kind the staff was here. If you want to taste the most lovely wines, submerge yourself in heavenly scenery AND enjoy the company of good -hearted people, this is your place.

Yelp
Commercial made desperate housewife wine. Similar flavor palate wine to wine. You can tell it use to probably be decent prior to corporate buy out. Property has a rustic feel and the pond in the back is cute. Staff was kind and enthusiastic!

Yelp
We came here recently for the first time for a wine tasting appointment. The person serving us was friendly but there service or experience was not worth what we paid which was almost 40pp. We went to another wine tasting to another winery close by which was only 25pp and it was a very well setup, attentive experience where someone waited to greet us; had a whole table setup with personal placemats with glasses setup; very attentive. At this winery, we carried our first glass and had to find an open table outside. Most of the nice ones were taken and we settled in a table that had all this tree dirt on it that we wiped ourselves. Then the wine specialist would come out every with a new wine to taste but it would sometimes take forever in between tastings. She was nice but it felt like she was rushing off every time she dropped off a pour. It looked like a busy day with what seemed like random drop-ins, but I would think since we made an appointment, it would feel a bit more planned. I don't think I would ever come here again and unfortunately, the experience tainted how the wine tasted (especially after a superb experience at a different winery) and so none of us bought any wine and the tasting was not worth the price... I gave it 1 star for the nice setting outside and 1 star for the wine specialist being at least friendly.

Yelp
We did a quick Sonoma & Napa tour by car with Landmark being our stop for "Sonoma". We did the seated tasting, the fee was waived after we bought a lot of wine but even if we hadn't bought the wine, the price of the seated tasting would have been totally worth it. It was a relaxing time, with views of the mountains and fields. The wines were very good and as someone noted, they can be pricy but compared to our Napa stop in Calistoga, we got a half price sale! I surprised the others by setting this up (again, go for the seated tasting) and everyone raved about the place ... Very good wines, great service, great views and lots of conversation (and fun) while enjoying multiple pours. And we learned a few things too!

Yelp
Absolutely loved this place! Good wine, laid back atmosphere, kid-friendly, and beautiful landscaping! They have corn hole and bocce. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We stopped by randomly after looking for a family friendly winery in the area. This winery is known for their whites but unfortunately we're partial to reds. However the setting was beautiful, and we decided to stay. We don't typically prefer Chards but Landmark's selections were absolutely amazing. After a small tasting we decided to purchase a bottle and spend the rest of our afternoon here. Landmark is a perfect example that sometimes it's ok to go out of your comfort zone to experience something special.
