We stayed downtown for two nights and had breakfast at Landshark Bar & Grill on both mornings.
On our first visit both Becky and I chose the Cracked Eggs ($18)
Two eggs any style, bacon or breakfast sausage, Island potatoes, and toast. She chose scrambled, I went with over-easy. We both very much enjoyed our meals. The Island potatoes were the star. Fantastic spuds. Everything else was cooked perfectly to our liking and delivered hot.
I devoured mine while Bex took a lot of leftovers home. She was able to get an additional two meals out of it.
My lone complaint was that the toast was not delivered buttered. It came with a little container of pre-packaged butter.
Excellent service from our bartender Tina. She was really friendly and sweet. Even though she squirted me with water from the soda gun. It was an accident and it was hilarious!
Our second visit I had the Sunrise Omelet (Bacon, breakfast sausage, ham, roasted peppers, aged cheddar, Island potatoes, and toast $19). Becky opted for a just a side of sausage ($5) and some toast ($4).
This time I thought ahead and asked for my toast to be buttered. The omelet was excellent. It was a fatty, stuffed with the three meats. The peppers were excellent and the cheese was plentiful. My toast was served nicely buttered per my request. The potatoes were again delicious. I could only finish half and enjoyed the rest the following day.
Becky was very happy with her sausage and toast.
This time our excellent bartender was Gilbert. We'd met him before on previous visits. He's always a cool cat. Gilbert provided great service and chit chat without shooting anyone with water. LOL!
A little spendy, but Landshark is a hotel (Margaritaville) on-site restaurant so that is to be expected.
