They have a trail that they claim is for walking only but in all the years I’ve driven by it I’ve never seen anyone walking it. I’ve been biking it because there are no posted signs saying I can’t. Today I was told there have been complaints about my tire tracks. I’ll continue to bike it until a sign saying no biking allowed is placed there.

went for the pickle festival will never go back after the manger Anthony decided the best way to get people to leave was to act crazy and scream in peoples faces, hope to never go here again. the venue was so pretty and nice but mass panic is no fun

The Director caused a panic when he cut the electric and without reason went yelling through the buildings to pack up and leave the property with no explanation. And he didn't identify himself! Lives could have been lost. This was Saturday Sept 7 2023. We were in appliance with our contract. And we all lost customers and a lot of money during the Fried pickle festival. All because he was upset about the grass. It was not in the contract to stay off the grass.

This is an extension of the University of Tennessee's Institute of Agriculture. They have rentals available including an auditorium, community center, livestock barn, grounds arena, and horse arena. I've rented out the community center for a bridal shower and it was a huge space including a full kitchen and restrooms available for your group. You get the room for a whole day and must set up and clean up after your event. Very easy to find, clean, and friendly staff. They hold public events from time to time such as farmer's markets, trade shows, and conferences. I also come here to vote when elections are held!
