Lost in the Italian mountains, near the Swiss boarder, this village restaurants appears to be the only commercial entity in town. The restaurant is family run. Much respect is paid towards the quality, seasonality, and sourcing of produce. The team was able to accommodate a vegan lunch on requests, and did so graciously. I was impressed by the natural and authentic service to the highest standards. At true pleasure to be welcomed into what felt like the familiarity and comfort of a caring and passionate home. The veggie pasta made fresh for me may be the best I've had. If you're in the area and want a fancy meal where you'll feel lost in time, this is the spot. A+
