If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place has won awards and there's a reason why. The ambiance and interior is so lovely. I love the whole layout. Felt like I was transported to the Orient. The architecture and fine details 🤩 Staff were attentive and helped to explain everything. They have a cute laminated map guiding you but it's fairly easy . There's so many options to choose from. We did the pork bone broth and a mushroom based broth. Both were flavorful. It was my friends first time having hotpot and he was so incredibly blown away by the whole experience. $35.99 for unlimited soup base, premium meats , appetizers, sauces, fruits drinks and desserts is AMAZING Do park in the garage attached to the restaurant. They will validate your ticket! I didn't realize this and I parked accross the street...it was $10 for 2 hours. 😑

Food was great, but don't come at opening time otherwise you may not see all food items until the time you're almost full. Service charge is automatically included in the bill. Too bad the posted sauce recipes are all in Chinese so you won't really notice it unless you can read/understand it. The place is quite spacious and good for large groups. Hope they'll have locations elsewhere in the south

Absolutely loved this hotpot spot! Tons of options to choose from, and the service was fantastic, staff were attentive and quick to help. The space is beautifully designed and perfect for group celebrations or special occasions. Also!!! Free ice cream and soft drinks included in the all-you-can-eat price, which is such a rare and welcome bonus!

It’s a beautifully decorated restaurant. We have to use the cell phone to specify the number of guests including whether there are seniors and children. We also have to order the main meats via the phone. The main meats are mutton beef and pork. They are really really fresh and clean. You can choose different soup base. The buffet counter offers over 50 items of protein. There are at least 20 types of noodles and a free desserts. Side includes regular and Diet Coke and Ginger ale. There is also a buffet counter of deep fried food like onion rings fries spring rolls etc. in the front section there’s a counter with sauces where you can mix yourself a bowl. There you can also find a few sweet soup, grass jelly, tea leaves eggs and a soup. The washroom looks nice too. Sometimes they have melona popsicles. Price is good. Food is good. Free parking. I’ll definitely will go eat there again.

Perfect spot for hotpot! From the decor and ambiance to the food and variety of ingredients, soup broth, and price, our party of four had such a great experience. The spicy beef broth was actually spicy and flavorful. It's AYCE with a weekend promo of only $36pp; that's an amazing deal. There's also a wide selection of veggies to raw seafood and hotpot ingredients, as well as cooked food. I was quite impressed. I will definitely return for more hotpot! We made reservations in advance, but on a Saturday night, they are not packed, so it's possible you could just walk in without making a booking in advance.

This place has an incredible variety, whether you're a first-timer or a hotpot regular, there’s something for everyone. They have a full food bar where you can help yourself to get your own meats, seafoods, noodles and some dessert items. The sauce bar was well-stocked with so many choices, it was fun to get to customize your own dip. Portions were generous, and the service was friendly and quick to refill anything we needed.

Fantastic experience! We were a group of 10 and we were seated in a semi-private corner room. Service checked in on us regularly to top up our soup broth choices. Soup was amazing with ingredients we hand selected from the buffet area. Great selection of items and things were fresh. Amazing way to try new things. Decor is beautiful and has very authentic feels. We will definitely be back.

I came tó this restaurant 3 times. Twice with my buddies. Today I came with my wife and son. I realized my like was the atmosphere and service. Service was definitely above and beyond!! Our server helped remove the spicy oil from my son's hotpot soup, it was too spicy for my son. Then she brought another hotpot soup for my wife as she complained the soup was lacking taste. Not many restaurants would provide this kind of service. Food was average especially the self serve appetizers (fruits), it was stale . Limited dessert selection too. Atmosphere was nice... Tables were arranged with fair distance to each other. Red and black decor with dim lighting, it gave a cozy feeling Overall, I give them a 4 star.
