Hidden good brunch spot! First timer here and it is a spot I’m definitely coming back!! It was a popping spot even on a rainy Sunday! Food was absolutely good! Only downside was the iced coffee, tasted very water down but food was excellent! Had to try their highly recommended salmon Benedict and it was very good! The potato on side was perfect seasoning! Not super salty or bland. Parking is street but it isn’t hard to find!

At Larchmont Bungalow Cafe, the Steak Benedict was absolutely incredible perfectly cooked tenderloin with creamy sauce and soft eggs. The side salad with feta added a refreshing touch, and the toast was crisp and buttery. We also had the berry French toast, which was light, fruity, and the perfect sweet balance to end the meal 🍓☕ The atmosphere was cozy yet lively. Everything looked beautiful and tasted amazing — definitely one of my favorite brunch spots in LA. The only small downside was that the staff seemed quite busy, so they couldn’t pay much attention to each table. Still, overall, the experience was wonderful. Perfect for weekend brunch or catching up with friends ✨

We came to this café specifically to work. We were asked to leave and told that the outlets “don’t work.” At that point, we had already paid $20 for coffee and a croissant. We were kicked out without touching the food, without any real explanation, and without a refund. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there was no manager available. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the staff - the servers and the cashier were rude and dismissive. If you don’t want people to work in your café, be honest about it before taking their money. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

I had a combo that was suggested and I ordered quinoa blueberry pancakes a chicken sausage with scrambled eggs, orange juice and cappuccino. Never had quinoa before the pancakes were great, loved the grilled chicken sausage Beautiful place inside and out, I opted to eat outside with the beautiful scenery and the Rain. It was the best Christmas eve breakfast very nostalgic it took me back to my childhood and made me feel like "A little Princess " thank you Larchmont Bungalow Cafe.

This tucked away spot was peaceful and I enjoyed the coffee. You order at the counter and the order is brought to you. Breakfast plate was decent enjoyed the eggs. Service was good. Chicken sausage was huge and smelled good I couldn’t eat it.

Had an incredible experience here with my wife and daughter. Entree was excellent, fruit was perfectly fresh, staff was more than professional and courteous

Larchmont Bungalow Cafe is a classic LA spot for breakfast and brunch and it continues to be one of my favorite places to eat. I really love the atmosphere. It has a garden style indoor and outdoor setting that feels peaceful and welcoming. You can sit inside or outside and you are surrounded by flowers and greenery which makes the space feel relaxing and special. You order your food at the counter and then they bring it out to you. The service is always fast and the staff is friendly. The food quality is excellent and you can tell everything is freshly made. My favorite dish is the garden omelette and the chai tea latte with oat milk is amazing. The chai is smooth and flavorful and pairs perfectly with any meal. The portion sizes are generous and often enough to enjoy as leftovers later. This cafe is perfect whether you are grabbing a quiet meal by yourself or meeting up with friends or family. It is my go to spot for something fresh, satisfying, and served in a beautiful space. If you are looking for a great meal in a calm and lovely setting, Larchmont Bungalow Cafe is always a great choice.

Absolutely looove Larchmont Bungalow! We come here all the time — especially for the red and blue velvet pancakes and the chilaquiles. They’re so good that we usually scarf everything down before we even think to take pictures. We also really enjoy the beautiful, spacious patio. It’s dog-friendly, which is honestly a rarity in this part of LA, and makes the whole experience even better. Always a favorite spot for us!

Such a cute place for brunch! I love how they have both outdoor and indoor seating and they're both beautifully decorated. Here, you order first then grab a table and the food comes pretty quickly! I got the latkes and lox, which was salmon lox over crispy hash browns with a poached egg and wasabi sour cream. Everything paired together perfectly and I love how runny the egg was. I also got the sorizo kale bowl and it was crispy and flavorful!

Ended up here twice in 1 week, but wasn't mad about it! The service is friendly and the food is good, plus it's a solid choice to meet when eating with vegans and not having to worry too much about finding parking. The interior is also cute, with lots of plants. I also like that they specifically note large tables are for groups of x or higher; it's nice to not have to figure out how we're going to sit when small parties are seated at large tables. And the patio is always a welcome spot to enjoy the weather.

Came by on a Saturday morning for brunch and there was little to no wait. You order at the counter, grab a number, find a table, and they'll bring the food out to you. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back with a unique, nature-inspired, jungle vibe. Perfect spot to catch up with friends! What we ordered: 1. Short Rib Egg Benedict- served over a crispy hash brown base instead of the usual English muffin, which was unique. The short rib was incredibly tender- would highly recommend! 2. Country Lifestyle with Quinoa Blueberry Pancakes- the chicken apple sausage was probably one of the best I've had- you could really taste the subtle fruity notes. Eggs were cooked perfectly. The quinoa blueberry pancakes were unique and not overly sweet, but still flavorful. Would absolutely order this again. 3. Lobster Crab Cake Egg Benedict- a more traditional dish, topped with a flavorful crab cake. The seafood flavors were prominent as well. We chose breakfast potatoes on the side, and they were super fresh and perfectly seasoned. Street parking is available along the main road with just a short walk over. Would definitely come back again for the food!

LOVE this spot in Echo Park! It's filled with greenery and plants inside and in their huge outdoor patio creating a lush, beautiful aesthetic. Perfect to go for brunch on a nice day and eat outside. The service was also great-- you order your food at the register and seat yourself. I got the Mexican burger, the burger was delicious with a generous amount of guac and the fries were crisp to perfection. The drinks here are also great. So glad I discovered this spot and I will definitely be back!

If this café doesn't allow people to work there, that's fine -- but taking their money first and then forcing them out is unacceptable. Completely unprofessional staff and a truly awful experience. I would never come back and do not recommend this place at all.

Went there to get a quick caffeinated drink. Cute cafe , indoor/outdoor seating. Got a latte, nothing exciting and it wasn't impressive though. Quick service. If I am in the area, may try food next time.

The vegan quinoa blueberry pancakes are very delicious they have good flavor not too sweet had it with vegan sausage it tasted very meaty well cooked the side of fruit and potatoes were very good! but I asked for tofu scramble it was soooo disappointing it didn't have salt or pepper they basically gave me cold tofu it wasn't worth the price they didn't let me return was told they can't do anything about it was disappointed and the coffee was mediocre a bit pricey for a oatmilk latte.. still tasty food just pick the right

Larchmont Bungalow Cafe is cute, chic and tucked away. This cool little big gem in L.A.'s very own Echo Park is an all day eatery from 730 am to 9pm daily. You can enjoy a meal, bit, sip, treat or casual cool trendy ambiance as well as free Wi-Fi, pup/pet friendly patio, and more. We popped in after a walk around the lake and area, close by on a Sunday late morning and walked in the order. The patio is shared with, Levant (Bistro + Bake Shop), Juice Farmacy, neighboring places and has an abundance of seating. You'll receive a number(s) for your table (per order if paying separate). They do have so limited table service, but it's mostly self serve. It gets pretty busy here, especially on weekends, but they run a smooth cafe. Aside from a huge assortment of food, the beverage list is plentiful as well. Anything from hot organic teas to coffee, wine, arnold palmers, smoothies, soda, brews, beers and more. I wasn't too hungry when we went, but hungry enough lol I ended up with a mega fruit bowl that was super enjoyable, but noted so many things to try for next time. The vegan and veggie options are many! Maple Bacon Tempeh Club Sandwich, Green Enchiladas, Burgers, Bowls, Salads, Tacos, "Chicken" Tostadas, Quinoa Blueberry Pancakes, Vegan Breakfast Burrito, Chilaquiles (vegan optional), so much! Really grateful for the good service and for bae for introducing me to this place. It's a bit on the higher side, but the portions are generous and the quality is thoughtful. LBC is immaculate and intimate, yet spacious. Has gender neutral restrooms. Shared lot parking with Levant and other neighboring business in a back plaza off Sunset Blvd. As well as street parking which allows you to enter from Sunset or the front entrance off Alvarado St. Definitely hope to pop back again soon and try some yummy offerings like their baked goods on display when you order.

AMBIANCE ... Picture Ops... and feeling like you are far away from the city. This is your spot. I have been here three and it does not disappoint and I will tell you why... Food: 5/5 The food is a 5 out of 5 hands down. Everything is fresh and flavorful. The portions are just right to take some home and the prices are actually pretty standard especially with inflation. They have a huge menu of coffees, lemonades and teas and alcohol. You know how sometimes you get breakfast potatoes and they are kind of soggy and bland (hoping no one notices) no not here. Their potatoes have seasoning and are CRISPY but the inside is soft. YUMMY. Their fruits are sweet and their greens are crispy. We celebrated most recently my sisters birthday and most were saying what a great choice this was for Brunch as the food was good. They have vegetarian as well as vegan options. Plenty of pastries and cakes to drool over. Service: 5/5 Their service especially from the waiters is excellent. So you order at the front no one comes to you. Once you order you look for a seat and you get a number. Once your order is ready they will find you based on your number. The waiters were busting their butts off coming and cleaning and checking up on customers. Ambiance: 5/5 This place is just beautiful they have plenty to look at. They have lavender all around the outside seating area. They have cold water with cups to serve yourself while you wait. I love this place! Parking: It is LA and this area in the last couple of years has gotten more congested. They have a lot in the back that is always crowded so your next option is to look for street parking which is not that difficult to find. So that fixes that. You want some delicious food, photo opportunities due to their beautiful aesthetic and great service pay this place a visit. Toodles. ....

My boyfriend and I came here as a start to our valentine's day date, the decor was very cute and it was bustling in the morning. The food we ordered was good but it was super pricey so personally this place is more for the vibes. The service was also good.

5/5: Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict with Egg Muffin and Fruit was one of the best I've had. Wasn't overly cheesy and the spinach was perfect to offset the typical (too) smokey taste of the salmon. Would get again! The fruit was also fresh and sweet and the bread was perfectly toasted. 4/5: Strawberry Tequila French Toast didn't taste like tequila nor strawberry... there's just strawberry on a normal French toast. It was good, but eggy at all, but it was very similar to the Eggo French Toast. Very thick cut bread, but I didn't mind. 4/5: Chicken Apple Sausage is pretty sweet. Never had a sausage quite like this; could be comparable to maple sausage, but even sweeter. Wouldn't get again since I prefer something more savory. There's a menu station outside the doors and you order inside and it gets delivered to your table. It's a cafeteria style. The seating area is super nice! Theres also umbrellas at every table for a sunny day. There's even a flea market nearby with a lot of vintage clothes.

Personally I love the food here I got a lobster Mac n cheese it was like $16 but it had a lot of lobster in it which is in the video and my friend got chicken Caesar salad which she loved we split each of them. They were really nice and helpful with the menu and it was decorated so cute for Halloween. We will definitely be back but they do not have working outlets so if you come to work make sure you are charged up.

Good breakfast spot in Echo Park. I think I liked the old Larchmont area location better overall, but this location was still nice. Nice staff and the food was good, but not as good as the old location to me. I had the Seafood Lover Omelette and Buttermilk Belgian Waffle.

Starting with the food, big positive is the nice selection of vegetarian options. For breakfast we went with the Vegan Burrito and Vege Benedict. To be blunt I did not enjoy the benedict. I did not get any bite from what normally is lemon juice and the richness of butter did not shine through. To me the strongest taste was from the zucchini. Not at all impressed with the potatoes, tasted as though they were scooped from a warming tray. Would not order again. The vegan burrito without adding the (included) guacamole was a disappointment, very bland. The guac had a nice kick and adding it turned turned a 3 star dish into 5 stars. This, I would order in the future. The patio looked inviting but on a rainy morning we did not get to enjoy it. Inside was nice with hanging pictures and plants, but did not impart the same 'country' feel I suspect we would have had on the patio. Service was very good and personable. Order at the counter, take a number, and food will be delivered reasonably quickly. They also bus the tables. We got lucky and found (metered) parking in front of the restaurant. Would we return? We will almost certainly check out other options first.

This is my second time here, and 2 for 2 - the food hit the spot! I like that you're able to come up to the counter to order, pick a seat, and food arrives quite quick. There's lots of seating indoor & outdoors - very pet and family-friendly. The vibe is super cute with lots of greenery, even some that you can take home. The only reason this review is 4-stars & not 5, is the lady who took my order this morning was rude.

Had brunch with a friend here and the food was delicious as always. I had the tequila waffles with a Swiss of house potatoes. I loved it! I also ordered a latte. This is one of my favorite brunch spots. Parking is limited in the small lot but you had always find street parking. I also love that they have so much seating.

I've been a loyal customer of this establishment for 4-5 years and have always had positive experiences until my most recent visit. I ordered the steak and eggs and requested no potatoes, asking if they could be substituted with a simple salad -- something I've done many times in the past. The employee refused and insisted potatoes had to be included, even after I explained I cannot eat them. I was still paying full price, and no reasonable alternative was offered. The situation escalated further when my dining companion, who only speaks Spanish, had difficulty ordering due to language barriers. When I expressed frustration with how complicated and unaccommodating the process had become, the employee chose to cancel our entire order. No manager stepped in to assist or de-escalate the situation, and we were ultimately refused service. What's most disappointing is not just the experience itself, but the lack of follow-up. I reached out to management and have now gone over a week without any acknowledgment or response. This was extremely disappointing for a place I've supported and recommended for years. I hope management addresses these issues and improves communication and customer care moving forward. Including pictures of some of my previous visits to show I was able to sub the potatoes for simple salad.

Lovely green patio! Quiet place for school work or meetings. Coffee is very good and its a big seeing size. You order your food at the counter, grab a number and then a seat. Inside looks real cozy. I love that it's dog friendly. The Country Style Plate had pancakes which were perfectly fluffy, bacon was nice and crispy, eggs cooked to your liking. The chilaquiles are crispy with the perfect amount of sauce, pork meat had a nice taste to it. The multicolored chips make it perfect for a picture. Staff is attentive, polite and they keep the place spotless.

Nestled between modern and old school. Larchmont Bungalow is not in the LA area known as Larchmont Village. You will find yourself at the edge of Echo Park with hard to find parking. This Cafe is a nice place to be for a good cup of coffee and a meal. Excellent to hang out with friends, and quiet enough for solo dining to get some work done. Reminiscent of many forgotten coffee houses in the Los Angeles area, Larchmont Bungalow offers good choices for sandwiches and salads. Their desserts and baked goods are decent, but not a large selection. The menu also includes some entree size dishes that may cover dinner choices if you should find yourself later than brunch. Patio seating is nicely spaced out with good seating even accommodating for some large groups of 10. Unfortunately, you will need to come early or late to scout out. The dining room inside is very comfortable and best for groups of four and twos.

The food was delicious! I feel like you get what you're paying for. I ordered the country lifestyle breakfast and everything tasted good! They don't skimp on the bacon and pancakes. The servers, cashiers and bussers were all really kind and helpful. We got our food quickly and it came out hot and fresh! If you're on a low sugar or sugar free diet, they do not have sugar free syrup, unfortunately. I would recommend bringing your own like I did lol. Parking was difficult since the cafe shares a parking lot with the other businesses in the plaza. It was a rainy day but we sat outside the restaurant which had a roof over and some heat lamps to keep us warm. I would definitely come back again to try their other items!

Overall, the food was a solid 4.5/5, and we were very pleased with the generous portion sizes. The burrito, however, lacked some flavor and would definitely benefit from having the salsa served on the side to better complement it. The steel-cut oatmeal was a bit bland, but the portion size was excellent, perfect for someone looking for something light yet filling. The ambiance felt warm, homey, and full of holiday spirit. We would definitely come back to try more menu options.

This is a place you take friends and family too if you wanna impressed them. Great spot to hang around and have great conversations with loved ones. It's almost like a Urth Cafe but without the busy crowds. Therefore i believe is a bit better. They have a great food and drink menu and have an indoor and outdoor space to sit. Will be coming here more often.

I absolutely adore a cafe with pretty decor / nature-y aesthetic. My boyfriend chose well!! We walked in, ordered at the counter & opted for outdoor seating for the natural sunlight & cool breeze. There's ample seating both indoor & outdoor. Friendly service. Our food arrived within 15 minutes. We enjoyed every item we ordered. I got the salmon benedict with a side of fresh fruits - loved it. My boyfriend got the bacon egg benedict with fried potatoes and he also loved it. I couldn't resist ordering a slice of cheesecake which was creamy & yummy. Our lattes were good as well. I got the iced blackberry vanilla soy latte & my bf got the pumpkin latte. Both were good, not overly sweet & had just the right balance of espresso, milk & syrup. Overall, a great place for a brunch/lunch date. Would come again.

Super friendly waitstaff and welcoming people. Nice outdoor seating. Nice crisp with cheesy cheese. Bell peppers and onion nicely cooked down. Egg was fluffy, chicken was tender. Just needed seasoning. Please just salt and pepper pls lol.

I had a chicken panini from them and the chicken was raw. I realized after I had a bite. I got really sick with a lot of stomach pain my whole night. I'm glad I didn't eat the whole sandwich!

I tried a bean burger this time as part of a large office order, the doordash only has a third of the items on the menu so i couldn't get the impossible burger, very likely restaurant's fault for being tech illiterate or just straight up lazy. The bean burger literally broke apart in my hands and ended on my custom tailored suit. Thanks a lot.... Not only is the bean burger bland af, but now it cost me dry cleaning. This place only gets worse, i don't understand why my coworkers insist on eating here.... My other coworker ordered a burrito and got a kalbi plate...wtf lol...

This is my second time here with my family and I ordered the same thing because it is that good!! I ordered the chilaquiles, my husband had the curried lobster and shrimp wrap and my daughter got the LB French toast. All were exceptionally delicious.

Considering that I went at an extremely busy time I understand how the quality can slip a little bit, I enjoyed the chilaquiles flavor-wise however they were not hot. The French toast was perfect however! Very pet friendly and the seating can easily be arranged to accommodate small or big groups. Maybe avoid this spot on a weekend afternoon... the brunch rush is huge!

Place have great ambiance for a nice catch up. Breakfast is better than the lunch but it does have outdoor seating. I got the Chopped Kale Salad. Which some could say was too sweet for that size but I liked it.

Very cute little cafe with patio and variety menu, coffee is great, the barista is doing a good job, and food was out in just a couple minutes, very delicious with nice displays. My friends and I like to come here for brunch after long night shifts. They're open super early which is great because we are tired and ready for mimosas lol. The cafe is super cute! The patio has a super nice aesthetic and the inside is nice and cozy. I love how they also have a pastry display with a beautiful array of desserts and pastries. The food is a little bit on the pricier side, but everything is really high quality so it more than makes up for the price. Everything I've tried so far has been a hit! The menu has a lot of interesting food options. The latkes and lox and the quinoa bowl are no exception, but they're both super tasty! Definitely give this place a try!

This is one of many delicious brunch spots in Silverlake / Los Feliz area. I went here with my family for Saturday brunch and it was not busy at all. You queue up to order and then get a number and sit anywhere indoor or outdoor. I recommend the outdoors for the ambience, but it's mostly up to preference. Water is self-serve, but utensils and napkins are only available upon request which can make it a bit of a hassle to flag a server down at times. We tried the Red & Blue Velvet Pancakes, Lobster Crab Cake Benedict, Wonton Seabass, and Grilled Sirloin Steak. The red and blue velvet pancakes are their signature dish and is in good timing as it was only a few days around 4th of July - colors of red, white, and blue. They're not the typical pancakes as they are really thick, but the pancakes themselves are sweet and flavorful on its own and I didn't need to use much syrup, if at all. The lobster crab cake benedict was delicious and has a lot of seafood. For $19.95 it was one of the better deal items on the menu. The egg is not really poached well though as it was a bit overcooked. Wonton seabass was excellent - the crunch from the wonton strips followed by the fresh seabass and grilled vegetables make this a hearty yet healthy dish. The grilled sirloin was okay, a bit on the salty side, but it comes with 2 sides so we opted for potatoes and salad. We also got a lemonade that paired well with the dishes but they forgot about it so we had to remind them halfway through the meal to get the drink. Otherwise, food came out fairly quickly. Overall, I enjoyed the food and the value is really good. This place is fortunately not as busy as other ones in the area so it's an excellent alternative or option to dine here. However, it fell short on the service and logistics that somewhat hindered our dining experience.

AMAZING FOOD! The steak and eggs were delicious. My partner enjoys rare steaks and this restaurant actually got it right. The saucd they offer with the steak was also fantastic. The steak eggs benedict were also delicious! The vanilla iced latte was perfect. The coffee had a nutty flavor and wasnt overly sweet. The blueberry bread was to die for! It was a buttery bread with blueberry compote inside.

This place is so cute and clean! There's seating indoors and outdoors with plenty of space and it's all got a very earthy boho vibe. Was not too busy when I went. There is a parking lot for the attached plaza, it was pretty full but I was able to find a spot. The seafood lovers omelette was very generous with the seafood. I usually don't like hollandaise sauce but this one was good and not too thick so it had a good mouth-feel without being overwhelming. The potatoes were well seasoned crispy.

3.5 stars. We have been there a few times now. It's somehow either really good or mediocre and that's very unfortunate. I'd like for a place to be consistent. Do they have different cooks depending on the day of the week? I've had the smoked salmon plate twice and I wish they'd put more lox on it and they replace the whipped salmon spread with just cream cheese. The chilaquiles were pretty good and the red and blue velvet pancakes are OK but they look really nice. You have to stand in line to order your food which I'm not a big fan of. Service is very fast and efficient. Parking is a little hard but nowadays that is everywhere in LA.
