"A casual upstart that has soft-opened in Echo Park and officially opens today, it sits just behind Cosa Buona and takes advantage of a generous patio tucked between Sunset Boulevard and Alvarado. Although technically part of the Mohawk Collective development, the space feels a world away thanks to exposed brick, olive greenery, large mirrors that bounce light, and rustic wood touches like exposed ceiling beams. The menu covers a wide range — breakfast egg dishes and pastries, salads, sandwiches and bowls for lunch, and larger protein plates for dinner — with Chef Emanuel Hernandez overseeing operations after having worked with the brand during its more tumultuous period in Larchmont proper.
