One thing about moving away from Burbank is I crave Larry's on a daily basis! Highly recommend the Waldo pro tip add hashbrowns only thing not pictured because it was eaten too quick! After not being in town for 2 years Jon and his staff not only recognized me but remembered my name! Thanks for all the great food and amazing memories! Be back soon!

I can’t quite pinpoint what makes this one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve had, but whatever it is, it keeps me coming back more often than I probably should and I’ll gladly continue. Not to mention the green salsa, which has just the right kick and pairs perfectly. This place knows exactly what they’re doing, and I truly hope nothing ever changes!

One of the best breakfast burritos we’ve ever had! We wanted a quick breakfast before heading to Universal and Larry’s was perfect. Service was quick and the burritos were delicious and filling. Wish we could have gone back for chili dogs!

Got the chance to try Larry’s yesterday for lunch for my first time, and I already am eager to go back. Easily one of the better chilies that I have had in Los Angeles, which is a town that really loves their chili. It’s a really small takeout only type of place, and the only downside I saw was that it closes early at 3PM because I saw multiple people walk up after closing and then had to do the slow, sad walk back to the car without their food. They have all the diner classics on the menu, but are most known for their chili dogs. We were able to find a parking spot a few feet away and decided that we had to try the chili cheese dogs and also the patty melt. Both were absolutely fantastic. The chili is very mild, but extremely flavorful, and the patty melt was perfectly crispy, and the addition of avocado really made it. The food came out extremely fast and the portion sizes and prices are very agreeable. I definitely would recommend and definitely will be back in the near future.

Got the combo 1 the burger special. Regular burger with everything on it with fries and coke $10. Next Louisiana hot hotdog with chili and fries and soda about $15. So good. The fries and seasoning is tasty. Took a bit long to get but it is worth it. Definitely get a burger and or a hotdog!!

Breakfast burritos are the best but if you really want to treat yourself to a great burrito for a little more in price, try the steak breakfast burrito. And if you come for lunch, try one of their combos, I recommend the cheeseburger and my favorite the chili dog with onions and cheese. The whole family here runs facility top-notch for many decades.

Absolutely delightful! I had the pleasure of trying the Chicago style hot dog, crispy fries, and perfectly cooked cheeseburger at this classic eatery, and I must say, it was a flavor explosion in every bite. The hot dog was a masterpiece, topped with all the classic fixings, from mustard to pickles to yellow chili peppers. The crispy fries were golden-brown and addictively tasty, complementing the hot dog perfectly. And let's talk about that cheeseburger! Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I can't wait to go back and try their other food! Highly recommended!

I worked nearby for years and didn't realize what a gem this place is. A Burbank institution, outfitted with that old school classic burger joint vibe. The breakfast burritos are an essential if you're waking up to a groggy ;) Saturday morning. The burgers and fries exceed expectations - juicy, greasy, filling, rich, and delicious. I've surprised myself a couple of times and ordered their Caesar Salad wrap - crisp lettuce, juicy, flavorful chicken, well seasoned and wrapped well for minimum spillage. Can't say enough good things about this place. I wish they'd open more locations.

A rare 5-star review! I was so dismayed by the closing of Weiner Factory in Sherman Oaks, but Larry's is the next best thing, maybe better 'cause it's actually still open. I've only ever had their chili cheese dog but it's terrific. Limited indoor/outdoor seating, order at the counter, get your number, and wait patiently for some excellent All-American food.

Larry's has THE BEST breakfast burrito. I used to buy them 6 at a time to take into production offices in the before times and it made me famous. When I was pregnant, the burritos were the only thing I could keep down and they would cut them in half and wrap them for me in bulk so I could freeze them. We moved away to Austin but I still think about these burritos and these lovely people all the time. If you are reading this, get on goldbelly!!! PLEASE!!! Miss y'all!

Solid Chicago dog and chili cheese goodness. The dog has a nice bite and snap to it. The chili cheese whether u add it to fries, a burger , or a hot dog is also a go to. I've tried their breakfast burritos and they are busy in the mornings, but I found the burrito bland and they didn't melt the cheese. The cheese was cold and overall made the burrito feel dry. They have seating outside and inside.the line can be long at times but u can call ahead and order if you are in a rush.

Great lunch spot! I had a chili cheese dog with onion rings and it was really good. The hot dog was on the smaller side, but I love the fixings on it and the irony is that the hot dog was very filling. Next time I need to get a side of chili and just put that on everything. Next time I have to try the polish dog to upgrade it. They do get very busy, but everything is made to order. There is outdoor and indoor seating.

The food here is ! This is by far the best breakfast burrito in Burbanm. The sauce is so good but having all the meats in the burrito is so good! It's always hot and quick to deliver from an online order. Hot dogs are snappy and service is awesome! What a gem!

Went today for lunch first time I was driving by and saw it. Honestly the chili is ok nothing to write home about or no where near life changing. The seasoning on the fries was good but that's about it. The service was good and fast, and the inside eating area was nice brings you back to 60's diner feel. Most likely won't be back I see many different place to try in the area.

The service was good, customer service is great and they move fast. Upon arrival there was a good amount of people there so I feel it may be good. Ordered a small chili cheese fries, I love flavor and unfortunately the chili cheese fries had none. The chili is pasty with no flavor. The fries were nice and fresh but also had no seasoning. I've been really trying to find some bomb chili cheese fries but yet to have. I will return and try one of there sandwiches. I like the outdoor seating but there are no restrooms for customers. Still a good vibe.

I'm not really a hot dog person, but the breakfast burritos here are pretty good. Not too huge to eat in one sitting, very soft satisfyingly stretchy tortilla, perfectly cooked eggs and a delightfully soft but also crunchy shredded hash brown style potato and cheese distributed evenly throughout. The bacon is nice and crispy and the sausage isn't overwhelming. You can get a side of fresh avocado. I know people often prefer the biggest giant-est most monstrous burrito on the planet like they're trying to win at some sort of college hazing ritual, but I really enjoyed being able to eat my entire meal, for once, and not feel the regret of too-fullness afterwards. This was a perfect breakfast burrito for me. Their outdoor seating is plentiful, altho very little shade mid-day in the winter even tho there are umbrellas at every table. Love the old school school-yard reminiscent tables they have out here - very nostalgic. They have lots of diner style indoor seating, too, so you can have your choice. Service was friendly and accommodating, food was prepared quickly. They do a ton of to-go business, but we ate ours on site. The patio is set just far enough off of the main street that you don't feel like you're eating right next to traffic.

I have lived just a few blocks from Larry's for almost 20 years and only have been a few times. Today we decided on chili dogs for lunch. What a treat! Service was friendly and quick. And look at how big they are! Wow! They are a little pricey but definitely yummy. Larry's has a small indoor and outdoor sitting area. The indoor is decorated in a 50s theme. Clean and welcoming. There are no bathrooms. Parking is limited but there is street parking within the neighborhood. Very nostalgic vibe. Enjoy the vintage neon sign and read some of the articles on the history of the place while you wait.

We are loyalists to the corner cottage breakfast burrito but struggle with the looong waits so we go around trying different highly recommended breakfast burrito locations. Larry's came top of the list so we have them a shot. We both ordered the bacon breakfast burritos and, honestly, they were really good. There wasn't any pico or salsa inside and still had a great flavor. If they had a salsa similar to corner cottage to go along with their tasty burrito - they would be #1 in my book.

This is one of those Burbank staples that have existed for years that you always PLAN to go to, but somehow never end up going, until you do! During the pandemic, I made a list of places I wanted to go afterwards, and Larry's was on that list and last week I finally got to try them out! I was actually driving by and forced myself to pull over and finally go and I wasn't even hungry; I was just making good on my own promise to finally try it out. It's a really tiny takeout joint, but those types of spots are usually the best. They have a decent menu, but obviously known for their chili dogs and since I really wasn't ready to eat, I just grabbed a couple of these chili dogs. They're efficient and friendly and the food came out hot and quick and their portion sizes and prices are friendly in today's overpriced world! Trendy Hot dog joints became all of the rage for a short time, and the vast majority of them have already gone under either before or during the pandemic, but Larry's has weathered the storm and the passage of time, to still be standing, so go and give them a try when passing by!

Been hearing about this spot for years and finally got to try it out! Had a hankering for a breakfast burrito and had heard great things about Larry's so decided to give it a go. Went on a Saturday morning around 11 and there was no line... score! Upon asking the staff member at the window which breakfast burrito was better (bacon or sausage), I was told I could get both... say less! Waited just a few minutes and it was ready. The burrito was quite sizable and tasted amazing! It had equal amounts of bacon, sausage, egg, cheese, hash brown and salsa. My only gripe is that I wish the hash brown was a little crispier. Not usually a texture gal, but it could have used a little crunch - just a little. Both bacon and sausage was a bit much for me, so will definitely have to get one or the other when I come back. But overall, it was a solid good breakfast burrito. I also definitely want to try their namesake chili dog at some point. Street parking is plentiful and there are a few tables out front to enjoy your food. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It's no wonder they have such a great reputation! Bravo, Larry's!

Great day for a delicious Larry's hot dog so hot and juicy! The snap on the outside is perfect. The buns are freshas well as the condiments. Love the NY dog with marinara sauce . Also got my favorite dog covered in mustard and sarakraut. Highly recommend.

OK. Review time. First the chili cheese dog. One thing I don't like about it is that it has a casing on it. That is a little bit difficult to chew is put together neatly. It's not sloppy. The chili is mild Now for the chocolate malt. It was good thick, but still drinkable after a minute or two. you don't really taste the malt flavor too much. I'm gonna be comparing this to Chile John's in Burbank. I wanted to know how fast it was because when you're hungry you're hungry. Well Larry's is was very fast. The prices are not cheap but not expensive if you don't order more than two items. I almost forgot that they have an indoor seating area that you could easily miss you can't wait for your food inside if you'd like, or you can sit outside under an umbrella

I've been coming to Larrys Chilidog for several years. Like, 24 years! Maybe more! I don't eat beef, so I always have a turkey burger. My girlfriend does eat beef, so she has a hamburger or a hotdog, occasionally. I base my comparison of all turkey burgers, off of Larrys! It's simply the best turkey burger I've had. My girlfriend always talks about how great their hamburgers are, as well. Their fries are unbeatable! They are just the right crispy. I've been meaning to write a review for Larrys, for a very long time. I went there just the other day, and made myself a note, that I have to write a review for them. Larry's is THE BEST!!

Larry's has an awesome breakfast sandwich called The Waldo! Eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, on griddled buttery bread. It's awesome. Level up by asking them to add hash browns to it!

It was absolutely delicious! The hotdog and onion rings were on point!!! This was our first visit coming from Castaic and we will definitely be going back!!

Heard alot about this . Ate the steak breakfast burrito and it was hands down amazing. Not the typical over packed with potatoes etc It was well proportioned with enough steak potatoes and egg with so much flavor. It's now a go to place when I'm in the area

I think their food is good, classic all-American items. Traditional drive-in favorites. Sonic Drive-In but better. No malts or shakes though. Their baskets that food is given to customers eating in get thrown away. I saved some out of the trash bin myself. I truly hope they wash these plastic boat trays before filling them again with customer's orders. Please, Larry's.

Finally passed this spot long enough...I had to stop by for lunch while I was waiting on my clothes to dry at the laundromat near by... The menu had a wide variety from hot dogs to burgers..salads, even a breakfast menu. I didn't want to overdo it so I got one of their specials... I came for the chili dogs. My special was a chili cheese dog they came with fries and a soda. I subbed my fries for tots. The young man who took my order was very proficient and cordial. The wait time to get my order wasn't bad at all. Initially all the tables were taken but while I waited...some folks left. I was very pleased with my order. I had to add onions and mustard to my dog. They were stingy with the cheese either. I enjoyed everything. My tots were fried a bit more on the more crunchier side than I like...hence the 4 stars...not sure if this is how they are or what. But I will definitely be back with my son who loves just a plain hot dog and I'll try a burger. They looked delish!!

Fifteen years ago, I gave Larry's four stars. I probably withheld five because I wasn't sure about consistency and other menu items. I can confidently now say that it's a solid five. I've never been disappointed; the quality is consistent. While I stick with my go-to orders, everything I've tried is great. The breakfast burrito is often heralded as the best in the area; I think it's deserved.

Holy GEM of a find, Batman!! How have I lived in Los Angeles for 25 years and never even HEARD OF this joint?!? Just happened to stop by, after my teen son celebrated a birthday at Cypher VR Escape Room (also super highly recommended, btw!!) and I couldn't believe how delicious and inexpensive the entire menu was. I legit tried not a single thing that was NOT good... and I "taste tested" the complete orders of 9 teenaged boys - that's a LOT of food, trust me. This place is Mom Approved.

This is the top local breakfast burrito spot for me - Simple with not too many fussy ingredients, and not TOO big where I want to take a shame nap after eating it. My go-to is Sausage+Egg+Cheese and you get a little of everything in every bite, which is how it should be! Deeeeeelicious

Hole in the wall that doesn't disappoint. You have to be an early bird to get this worm though because it is only open until 3. Yikes! What if I want your delicious Reuben at 4pm. It's just not fair that such good food is limited to the morning but I guess I'll just have to get my keister up and get down there before y'all close.

Food was the topic of conversation at my nail salon in North Hollywood. The wife of the owner of Larry's Chili Dog happen to be there and told us about this place. She said the breakfast burritos were excellent so I decided to pick some up after going to the dentist. I saw that reviews said to call in the order because it gets busy. Glad I did because food was ready when I drove to pick it up. Got two breakfast burritos with everything and an order of tater tots. I was brining breakfast home for me and the hubby, but had to sneak a few tastes of the tater tots - crunchy and delicious. The burritos were also very tasty and the salsa had a nice kick. Overall a great place for breakfast! Found street parking and was able to get in and out pretty quick. Will come back for chili dogs and chill fries!

The breakfast burrito lives up to the hype. Eggs were soft and fluffy, the hash browns were tasty. However, they forgot the sausage in mine. Still good though. I'll have to go back to try the hot dogs..

This is way overdue but Larry's has the best breakfast burrito in LA, hands down! I usually cannot take spicy anything but you must add the hot sauce or at least get it on the side. It adds an extra layer of goodness. On top of that, they have great customer service, always friendly and welcoming. Pro-tip: Order via phone or online.

Literally the best chili in Southern, CA. The chili cheese fries with onions are my "go to" treat. I also love the breakfast burritos... much more flavorful than other breakfast burritos in the area. My family and I have been customers for years and will continue!

I came to try there Breakfast Burrito it was amazing hadn't had nothing like this in a while I loved the way the Hashbrown was made, we also tried the Ham & Eggs Sandwhich with Sourdough bread it was great. If your in the North Hollywood area come by an give it a try you won't regret it at all. Have a Good one

Ordered breakfast burritos thru the website for friends at work. We were all happy with total experience. Placing the order was easy with notes available for customizations. The estimated time of pickup was accurate and much appreciated since I had to bring these bad boys back to the office. The burritos themselves are one of my local favorites. They don't put too much (or too little) of anything which makes the default breakfast burrito order an easy choice.

So I had a hampering for onion rings, I had not had lunch and was around the corner from Larry chili dog, this would be my second time here, I was using Apple Pay so to be pro active I called to ask before heading there if they accepted. They said yes. I got there ordered my onion rings they said there was 1.00 fee to use it and the young guy wasn't very friendly. I said I called and I no one mentioned the dollar but that was fine total 6.75. I got the order and bag felt a little light I asked the gentleman is this the large he said we only have one size in a harsh voice like I was suppose to know ??? Bottom line not very friendly and way small portions ... second and last time I come here

This is an old school dog house and they do it well. Great dogs and burgers, and they use seasoning salt on the fries just how I like them! Menu runs breakfast and lunch items and good variety.
