L'Artisan Des Glaces - Review - France Pavillion - Orlando - The Infatuation

"There are 16 flavors of ice cream and sorbet at L’Artisan des Glaces and one superior way to eat them: the Croque Glacé. The shop presses a scoop of your choice between two fresh pieces of brioche and griddles them on a panini press. The result is a warm and gooey sandwich unlike anything else you’ll find in the parks—no offense to the Mickey Premium Bar." - Jacqueline Dole

The 38 Best Dishes and Restaurants at Walt Disney World | Eater

"The France pavilion’s dessert novelty is a freshly baked brioche cut in half, stuffed with one scoop of homemade ice cream and sauce, and toasted on the panini press. The result is warm on the outside, cold and gooey and wonderful in the middle." - Amanda Kludt

Tried the double scoop mint chocolate ice cream. Certainly creamy and flavourful but quite different to any other mint choc chip I've ever tasted in Italy. We finished it but not sure I would have again. Friendly service and didn't take long to order and get it. Not much seating at all and we ended up sitting on the curb outside.

Was a long line for a dessert, I think we waited roughly 20 minutes but WOW was the Croque Glacé incredible!! If you don't know, it's pretty much ice cream (your choice of flavour and sauce) squished together between a warm brioche bun, and all of it is made fresh right in front of you! If you have to pick one dessert at Epcot, let it be this! This was mine and my fiancé's favourite dessert in this particular park.

This is a popular ice cream parlor tucked away in the France Pavilion. You get 16 flavors to choose from, and is served in a ‘gelato’ style. The service was quick with our orders, but the cashier had a loud voice level. I got two scoops of Raspberry Sorbet. The texture of the ice cream is smooth and creamy. It also had a good fruity flavor to it. Although the price point is high at almost 10 dollars, I would still recommend if you need a way to cool off on the summer.

First of all the staff was rude, we were waiting in the back so only one person went to get the brioche ice cream and the guy kicked us out, he literally said “move out”. We got the cinnamon caramelized apple with crumble crunch ice cream brioche, the bread was old, it was dry and it was made so quickly that it wasn’t even warm bread, we didn’t taste the cinnamon or the crumble. We paid $11 for an old bread with a scoop of ice cream in the middle. I had already been and I got the hazelnut ice cream brioche, the bread wasn’t old, yet I still thought it wasn’t that big of a deal, it is just a piece of bread with a ball of ice cream, my sister told me it was the flavor that I got that wasn’t good which is why we returned again… but never again! I prefer the canoli in the Italy side, much better!

Raspberry sorbet is fantastic. So much so that I have stopped on the way home from South Florida just for it.

Probably the best ice cream shop in the entire Walt Disney World. Many flavours to choose from. Price was also not too expensive despite its location. Good value for money. Expect to queue, like most shops here.

We ordered simple and got a chocolate ice cream and vanilla, each in a waffle cone. We really liked it! The vanilla was super creamy so of course my girls loved it. And the chocolate was nice and rich too. The line went quick and it was fun to be in this part of "France" in Epcot.

The Best Ice Cream in Disney World! This spot serves the richest, most decadent chocolate ice cream—perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. Their sundaes are equally impressive, packed with high-quality, fresh ingredients that make every bite a treat. While the line can sometimes stretch out the door, the ice cream is absolutely worth the wait. I also love their seasonal menu, which keeps things exciting with new flavors to try. If you’re a dessert lover, this is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
