Las Catrinas Food Truck

I saw the Las Catrinas Food Truck lightly hit a semi on Mulberry (East bound) around 8:10 pm on July 11 and then sped away and made a left turn on Link when the semi driver horned to try to get the driver's attention. That's not very good business for you when it comes to accountability.

I stopped by here for a quick lunch! Never been here but the truck caught my eye so I flipped a U turn!!! Man was I happy I did! I love it and I go to a lot of places all over the nation!! Very good food and I must say they have some of the best Consome I have had!! Thank you!! You will see my Red Titan rigged out pulling up A LOT!!

Had Las Catrinas booked for my wedding. They took us off of their calendar with zero notice citing not receiving our deposit as the reason, even though we had emailed them confirming that a check was sent in the mail and they replied back saying we were on their calendar and they were looking forward to it. When bringing this up, they said they never received the check and it was our responsibility to ensure that the deposit made it to them, which is absurd as there is no way we can track a mailed check and the check was never going to be cashed anyways (it was just a showing of good faith and we would pay in full after the wedding). Even if the check never made it to them, some notice that they were taking us off the calendar would have been nice. Had we not called ahead and checked, they would have no-showed the wedding with us having no idea and the evening would have been ruined So we just had to scramble last minute to book another food truck with only two weeks notice. I'm sure their food is good, but would not recommend them for a private event due to this unprofessional behavior. I'm not one to complain - this is the first Google review I've ever left that hasn't been 5 stars - but this is the most unprofessional move I've ever seen someone pull.

Best street tacos we've had in a while. Super soft and flavorful tortillas. Tender meat, great flavors. Al pastor and carne asada were the highlights. Don't sleep on this place.

Best birria I’ve ever had! Absolutely indulgent- so very good. Grateful this crew was at UNC last night to be part of the celebration and launch of their LatinX Music bachelor’s degree. UNC brought in the best food truck in town and they did not disappoint.

If your truck can not go over 40mph. It does not belong on a road where the speed limit is 65. You impeded traffic for 11 miles.

This place is so amazing. Potato taco is a bargain, birria is insane, get anything smothered or green chili on the side. 10/10

Tried this food truck at FOCO event at Citypark, Two tacos de lenguas for me, delish! Service was quick despite the scale of event where ppl were waiting. I am looking forward to your brick and mortar restaurant built up!!

Wow wow wow is what I can say about the food that comes out of this truck! I had the Papas Tacos and they were outstanding! Still thinking about them.

Nice first experience with Las Catrinas food truck. We grabbed lunch during the Juneteenth celebration at Foothills Mall. We each got a burrito, I ordered the Pastor. My burrito had great flavor with some kick. Generously sized and very filling. I'd love to try their street tacos another time. Service was super friendly and our order came out within 5 minutes! Totally met my expectations for a food truck experience - quality food, good value, friendly service and reasonable wait time. Check them out if you find the, about town!

Love the food here! This is my favorite food truck in FoCo. We love the Al pastor and carne asada burritos and tacos. The tortas are also good, just not our family's go to option. I'm excited to see they will be at some of the breweries this summer and I hope it gets them the attention they deserve.

Tried them out today during my lunch break & omg it was SO unbelievably good. Easily the best Mexican food I've had in CO so far. Guy who helped me was really nice, food was made quickly, & was super super tasty. I got the birria burrito & it was way bigger than expected. For how good all of it was, I'm genuinely surprised their menu is so affordable. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The best in Fort Collins, for quality and authenticity. Juicy cabeza with no fat and adobada with layers of flavor. Lived in Austin Texas and the best tacos I've had in Colorado

This place is legit the tacos are amazing. I've also tried the burrito and it's on point as well. The tacos always come with some roasted onions and hole jalapeño pepper with a little char on it, so perfect. The mild salsa is great, and the hot sauce is smoky and my personal favorite, so flavorful and the ingredients are all fresh. The woman who runs it is extremely personable and always greets customers with a smile. I really get the sense from the presentation of the food and the customer service they take pride in their business. Last we spoke, she mentioned she makes pozole Rojo when the weather changes and it gets a little colder. I'm really looking forward to trying it. This is a definitely try place.

Excellent food, fresh ingredients. We had quesadillas and a burrito and everything was delicious! We will definitely be back often.

My family has ordered from here many times and the food has always been excellent. The carne asada is flavorful and we also enjoy the Al pastor tacos. The burritos are very good but have refried beans in them which may be unusual for some people. I love that they include roasted jalapeños and onions on the side with the taco and burrito orders. The soaked torta is good; just not like anything I've had before. It's covered in a tomato sauce which tends to take over the flavor profile. My son really likes the birria tacos but they aren't my favorite option on the menu. The agua Fresca is tasty and well priced for the size. Looking forward to trying the Posole when the weather turns colder. The service has always been great and they appreciate the business. It's a food truck so seating is just a couple small tables in a parking lot so we normally take our order to go.

Stop in your tracks...turnaround from wherever you're going and get over to Las Catrinas Food Truck! I've had tacos at trucks and taquerias in Greeley, Longmont, Fort Collins...and no one is cranking them out with the flavor and attitude like Erika and crew at Las Catrinas! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu but you gotta have their Birria tacos! Customer service, cleanliness, and flavor is unparalleled in northern Colorado. Get some!
