Le 6 à table is an absolute gem nestled in our village, and we feel fortunate to have such an outstanding restaurant nearby. Consistently exceeding our expectations, it never fails to impress. Their wine list is a testament to the region's finest, with a spotlight on local wines that complement the exquisite dishes perfectly. Service is top-notch, exuding professionalism with every interaction. The newly covered patio creates a cozy ambiance, adding to the overall charm of the dining experience. Each dish showcases creativity and finesse, utilizing fresh ingredients to perfection. The chef uses seasonal ingredients as much as possible. Not to mention, the tableware adds a touch of elegance to every meal. Undoubtedly, our go-to spot in the village, and their Michelin Bib Gourmand is truly well-deserved. Highly recommended for an unforgettable dining journey.

Superb restaurant in Caromb, very attentive service

100% the BEST upscale FRENCH restaurant I’ve ever experienced ! The owner/chef and his family are just lovely and warm. The service is exceptional. The dishes fresh and innovative. I find the entrée is always the best course. The main course choices are very unusual (at least to an American palate, jack rabbit anyone!) yet surprisingly delightful. Could use a larger portion of vegetables. The desert was fresh and beautiful. Oh, the wine list was extensive. This was my 2nd visit and we’ll return again during our long-stay in France.

After a 3 year absence from France due to Covid we finally returned to Caromb. Our dinner at le 6 a table was fabulous. Claire met us on arrival, welcomed us back, and served us a great dinner. My wife is vegetarian and they met her dietary needs perfectly. Starter, main and dessert were all excellent, and as an added bonus they had a bottle of wine on the menu that I really wanted. €139 for pre-dinner drink, and then all of the above for two persons. A perfect evening!

Food and service both excellent. Have a written menu in both French and English, that is my only suggestion.

Celebrated my birthday which was the day before lockdown. Scrumptious food with the chef explaining each dish. Discrete waiting staff who were attentive. No rush. Just enjoy the food! Domaine Vintur wine ( of course!)
