"Chef-patron Yann Ghazal runs this restaurant perched on the banks of the Ariège. A relaxed atmosphere prevails in the dining area, which has been given an appealing facelift. The menu features indulgent, colourful dishes: crispy-runny egg, warm chorizo chantilly cream and black garlic powder; beef cheek braised in red wine, lardo di Colonnata, Chasselas grapes, tender carrots and potato purée – all at reasonable prices. The shady riverside terrace is absolutely sublime." - Michelin Inspector
"The interior is light, and the menu is short. Two reasons to linger in this tastefully decorated restaurant. Traditional cuisine is revisited with enthusiasm and a keen sense of the pleasure of food. Try off - the - bone pig's trotter terrine or, for dessert, the hot soufflé with pear brandy." - Michelin Inspector
I stayed with two teenage boys for three nights. Apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. Metro is close by, as is Pére-Lachaise cemetary which is absolutely worth a visit. Rue de Menilmontant is lively with lots of bars, restaurants and groceries, as is Belleville which is nearby. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Bellevue in the 20th arrondissement. Warmly recommended.

LOCATION||The apartment is a short walk from Gambetta metro station. We actually caught the # 26 bus back to the Gare du Nord as the bus stop is just at the top of the road. The apartment is very handy for Pere Lachaise cemetry, which is fascinating.||ACCESS||Very clear instructions were received by text the day before we were due to arrive. Codes for main door and for the apartment itself.||You have to walk up one floor to get to the lift, which is very small.||CLEANLINESS||The apartment was spotless.||FACILITIES||Comfortable beds|Hairdryer|Lots of storage space|Lots of room to move around||AREA||Not a particularly vibrant area but we went into the centre to eat most evenings.||QUIET||We were on the second floor and had the windows closed at night but could hear the cafe below until midnight.|Very little traffic noise at night.|No noise at all from the other apartments, although there were guests.||SUGGESTIONS||Towels were very crusty but good for exfoliation !|Toilet a bit cramped|A shelf in the shower would be helpful|A towel rail would be useful||Overall, an excellent stay and we WOULD definitely recommend and use again.

We had a wonderful weekend in the apartment: very quiet, spacious, and extremely clean and well-appointed.
The interior decoration added a lot of charm.
We found the kitchen incredibly convenient; we were able to cook diner for our family with ease.
Also, the person in charge of customer service was very responsive and professional.
We highly recommend it without hesitation! 😃

Great little budget apart hotel . Clean and well appointed . Good comms . Really liked the little neighbourhood feel like you were seeing a real Parisian suburb . Two great little cafe bars downstairs dead friendly and cheap . Didn’t see anyone at hotel but comms through WhatsApp quick and easy . We massively overspent as panic booked for the Olympics but I believe in normal times a room is about 99 euros which I think would be good value . It is quite far out but don’t be put off the metro is quick and easy into the centre of Paris and a pleasant walk at the hotel end of the trip with two other great cafes right by Gambetta metro stop. As for the hotel all you need is there except a hairdryer but in August heatwave this didn’t matter

Great communication via WhatsApp, clean rooms, nice view. Comfortable bed & nice ginseng shower gel and shampoo. I booked already 3 times and never been disappointed.
Note: it is on a hill if you walk from Menilmontant station.

We stayed in a studio for three nights with our baby. Everything worked perfectly and the room was clean, the heating system is very good and Zahred (the receptionist) was really kind. The last day they allowed us to leave our luggage in the luggage room, so we could enjoy our last morning in Paris.
The neighbour is nice with a wide range of restaurants and supermarkets.
It's a little far from the city center but in less than 10 minutes you can find metro stations and in the same street of the building you can find lots of bus stops.
So, I'm really satisfied with the service. Thank you very much!

My impressions of staying for one night.
Advantages:
1. There is an independent restaurant and kitchen, which is convenient for cooking.
Disadvantages:
1. The stairs are old and narrow, and there is an elevator from the second floor above. It is very hard to carry luggage.
2. The first floor is a bar. It's very noisy at dawn and can't sleep.
3. It's far away from the city and it's inconvenient.
4. There is no air-conditioning in the room, but only one electric fan is provided for the two beds, which is very hot.
