Beurre Noisette

"A flavoursome bistro, with a loyal following of regulars! Thierry Blanqui draws his inspiration from the market: duck and pistachio pâté en croûte; baked cod, raw and cooked vegetables, black olive vinaigrette; amber rum baba, light vanilla cream! Straddling the traditional and the new: most enjoyable. Always a good bet." - Michelin Inspector

We were 5 and came here because of a Parisian friend’s recommendation. The location is a little out of the way in a quiet residential neighborhood but it felt super safe. The food was FABULOUS- had the best white asparagus starter in my life! My veal sweetbread main was perfectly done too; the picture wasn’t well taken but the taste….omg!

Amazing experience and people. The food was really good, nice portion, great wine. The staff was great and prepared and , they suggest us the right wine to pair to each plate. Not easy to find this kind of service nowadays! Surely I will come back next time I am in Paris!

The degustation was absolutely phenomenal. The food was simple, yet sophisticated. Each course displayed a superb balance of flavour with the intention to showcase the ingredients used, whether it’s cod, lobster, pork belly, veg or herbs. I also liked the presentation. The service was professional and efficient. I had to take a star off for service because the white wine served wasn’t perfectly chilled. The restaurant should have provided ice bucket which would have enhanced the experience. This restaurant is worth a short trip from the central area.

Promising start with an excellent appetiser, but mains were average. Dessert was fine though. I would have given four stars but the service was really slow - lots of waiting and we had to follow up now and then. The staff were friendly but it took three hours to finish a three-course meal.

At Le Beurre Noisette, you're in for a treat with their exquisite caramelized pork belly that melts in your mouth and bursts with flavor. The warm, cozy ambiance transports you to a quaint Parisian dream while the attentive and amiable staff make you feel like a VIP guest in a culinary wonderland. Their attention to detail shines through, from the artful plating to the expertly curated menu, creating a sublime dining experience. This hidden gem, with its combination of exceptional food, intimate charm, and amazing personal service, is long overdue for a Michelin star. Le Beurre Noisette should be a top priority for any discerning gourmand in Paris.

I've been here three (3) times and never have I been disappointed. The three course menu is highly recommended. The chef is clearly very talented, never dishing out the same month on month. I'll definitely return for a 4th visit .

Google
3.5* if I could, mostly because of VERY slow, inattentive and overall very average service (e.g., we were asked to pour our own wine and always had to ask for anything to happen - if we didn’t, we’d probably still stare at the menus…). The funny part is they dare to ask for tips on the credit card machine! I guess it never hurts to ask… but I strongly suggest removing this option. Good food but inconsistent (very good appetizers and desserts, average mains). Nice space and vibe. Overall, slightly disappointing for a Michelin-listed restaurant on the expensive side (48 EUR for a 3-course meal, although wine is well-priced), but still going with 4*.

What an amazing experience we had a Pleasantly wonderful evening at this Michelin rated restaurant the foods which we ordered were simply perfect the surprise of cold pea soup was great with the small chunks of roasted bacon slumbering in the bottom a hidden treat! Each course was fantastically executed and the service was exceptional to the last minute...

Yelp
WRITING THIS REVIEW TO HELP YELP TO DO BETTER WITH INTERNATIONAL BUSINESSES. In Paris trip advisor and google are dominating and yelp isn't anywhere close to them. Here is my rating for this place which is to my opinion underrated on yelp: Service: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Drinks: 5/5 Location:4/5 Desert: 5/5 Overall: 5/5 This place was walking distance from our apartment and to avoid a potential wait time we had a eservation. The food is a typical French food and they have options for 3, 5 and 7 course menu for fixed price of 38, 46 and 54 Euros. We ordered the three course and a glass of Pinot. Everything was on point. Remember to ask for an English menu if you don't know French. I don't remember the name of the dishes I ordered but I added pics for reference. The service was great, as in most French restaurants you're not rushed to finish your food. They even brought us some complimentary Macaroons toward the end.

Yelp
Le Beurre Noisette is phenomenal and would easily be a Michelin rated restaurant in San Francisco. I really don't get why the French reviewers aren't giving it love. First of all, it's only 35 euros for an appetizer (entree in French), main, and dessert. Second, it's simply outstanding food. I still remember most things I had there: - Scallops...simply amazing. - White bean soup with foie gras...again, amazing. - Haddock, some fish...excellent. - Baba au rum...amazing dessert. - Best madeleines I have ever had. It's a gem deep in the 15th and I would love to eat there again the next time I'm in Paris.

Yelp
Quiet Neighbourhood Foodie Find in XV... On a Saturday night, wandering via food apps - we were able to squeeze in at the mini bar... A fan of the fantastic ladies running the floor, great personalities and fun conversation in both English & French. Made us feel immediately at home. Prix fixe menu - 35€ great value! They put a special option together for me being gluten free vegetarian. Entree - a fantastic cold tomato, watermelon soup - stared longingly at the bottom of the bowl; Plat - seasonal veggies - so yummy I could have over & over; Dessert - Pineapple & Mango, cinnamon poached served with a coconut milk - so amazing it tempted my non dessert eating friend to have her own! My friend had a smoked Haddock Brendade - yum, yum - it disappeared quickly with many rave reviews. Atmosphere was so charming with great rustic decor, it is super busy on Friday and Saturday even with several seating areas (tables in back room, front room, high table in wine room and outside on sidewalk) it's best to reserve in advance. Two seatings: 19:30/45 & 21:45 pm
