The menu features dishes such as oysters, shellfish, langoustines, sole with a caramelised jus, turbot cooked on the bone, lobster cooked over hot coals – excellent fish, distinguished by its remarkable freshness and often seasoned with Olivier Roellinger's famous spice mixes.
