Delicious macarons that had the perfect balance of chewy inside and delicate crunchy shell. My favorite flavor was the lemon raspberry. I really enjoyed how aesthetically beautiful it is on the inside! The service was friendly and the space was clean, and I love that they offered such a huge variety, including gluten-free options!

Ordered my favorite macarons for my bridal shower and they were such a hit! Everything was boxed carefully and ready on time for pick up! Great overall experience! The little towers are adorable. Can’t wait to order more for our wedding.

Google
I was very disappointed with the macarons I purchased. They are a guilty pleasure of mine so I ordered a pack of 12 for $30 plus 2 single cookies for my son. I ordered 10 flavors in total and was very disappointed by the lack of flavor. As a baker with a lot of experience baking macarons, it was surprising that such a lovely establishment served such bland cookies. Most of them tasted the same (typical almond flavor of macarons) with no variation aside from the colors. Even the passion fruit cookie was bland and lacked any fruit flavor. The cookies were also hollow…every single one. For anyone familiar with baking macarons this is a big failure! For $2.50 a cookie I think these are way overpriced. These would have been “oops” cookies in my kitchen and wouldn’t be served let alone charged for. While they were pretty, they were also pretty disappointing. These staff was very friendly though and the establishment itself was very charming a cute.

Google
BEST place to get macarons!💗 They always offer amazing flavors and varieties and are consistently delicious. Their shop is adorable too and a great place to meet friends or co-workers. I had an iced latte when I was in last time and it tasted like heaven. I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is and if it was in my neighborhood I would just hand my paychecks over because their macarons are so good 🤣

Google
Le Bon Macaron is like stepping into a little slice of French heaven right in Grand Rapids. The atmosphere is charming and calm, and everything about it from the delicate displays to the friendly staff feels thoughtful and warm. The macarons are the real star, of course: perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and chewy inside, with a range of flavors that range from classic to creative seasonal options that are always worth trying. You can tell they care about the quality and craft of what they do. Whether I’m picking up a gift or just treating myself, this place never misses. It’s one of those rare spots that makes your day better just by walking in.

Google
My favorite macarons EVER. I have not found a macaron that beats these. The flavors are so fun and I love how every time you go there is a different options to choose from. They also have amazing lattes. Love this little business they deserve 20 stars!

Google
I love this shop, and I'm so glad we have delicious macarons in town! I didn't actually think I liked macarons until I tried them here (no one else local does them this well). The only place I've had better was in France. I highly recommend ordering for a wedding or baby shower or stopping in with friends/kids to try all of the great flavors and drinks.

Google
I've been to the Holland and Grand Rapids locations and have enjoyed their tasty macarons as well as wonderful service! There are always unique and familiar flavors in case you want to be adventurous or stay in the familiar.

Yelp
We were on a road trip from northern Michigan and made our yearly stop in the gorgeous Holland, Michigan. I'm a sucker for the cute downtown, full of delicious cafes, cherry shops, clothing stores, and knick knack shops. We made a quick macaron stop and popped in to grab a champagne macaron before we left. The ladies working were super friendly and the store was very cute. I savored that single macaron for as long as I could and it made the road trip that much better.
google avatar

Yelp
Consistently amazing macarons! Love that they have rotating flavors. The store is always so welcoming and although it's pretty busy, they are fast!

Yelp
I just adore Le Bon Macaron! Their macarons are delicious, and are a wonderful self treat or gift. The space is decorated simply, but is so cute. I love how much natural light comes in from the large front windows. I would love to just sit here to enjoy a tea and macaron (unfortunately I've only ever had time to swing in for a quick purchase). I really wish I lived closer so I could buy their macarons all the time! If you love macarons, definitely give them a try!!

Yelp
The ambiance and decor give Le Bon Macaron a special feel. If you are looking to treat yourself, look no further. I really enjoyed the macarons and espresso I purchased. The staff was super friendly as well. Highly recommend! Love the Earl grey and cassis macaron! Those are the only two I tried and they were outstanding.

Yelp
This cafe gave wonderful European cafe vibes! The service was friendly, and the selection was diverse. They offered various coffee and tea options served in adorable mugs to add to the ambiance. The macaron selection was plentiful with fun flavor options. And the prices were very fair. The macarons were enjoyable and were great with a tea latte on a rainy date in the cafe.
google avatar

Yelp
5 star for sure. They have so many macaron with different flavors. 12 for $30 is about average price too. They are fresh and not dry. Some bakery serve you some dry ass macarons that been sitting in the fridge for a day. Interior design is very cute and comfortable. Definitely a good place to stop and sit down to enjoy their service
google avatar

Susan M.

Yelp
So cute. And peaceful. Friendly friendly service with great recommendations. The honey almond latte was so very good. They recommended iced but I got hot. I would definitely try it iced also. The macaroons though. Brings me to Paris but with a $20 bill not a 1200$ plane ticket. Dreamy. If you are thinking o try this place, just do it. You won't be sad.

Yelp
Le Bon Macaron is always a good time! The people working here are very welcoming and I love the high ceilings of the cafe. The macarons are delicious and they have several flavors to choose from. I do wish they included a quick description on the more creatively named flavors. If you need something to pair with the sweetness of their macarons and scones, Le Bon Macaron brews Rowster Coffee!
google avatar

Sherri G.

Yelp
I really love this place. The macarons are so delicious and they are constantly adding new flavors. The pistachio is my ultimate favorite flavor and it seems to be a staple in the shop. But to be honest -- I've never met a macaron here that I didn't like. The service is great and they are always willing to recommend flavors or pairings. It's a really cute little cafe that you won't regret trying out.

Yelp
What a treat to discover Le Bon Macaron on a gray dreary Christmas Eve day! My niece and I each picked out two, and loved the seasonal flavors so much (eggnog and speculoos) that we bought a six-pack to take home and share with family. The cafe is adorable, my cappuccino was good, my niece appreciated the tea selection, and service was very friendly. Highly recommend if you're in this area of Grand Rapids!
google avatar

Yelp
We did a mommy and me girls night. My daughter loved the selection of macaron and particularly loved how many pink options we were able to choose from. We had a sampling of 6 and enjoyed each one!
google avatar

Yelp
One of MY FAVORITE spots to go in Grand Rapids! Great for families and friends! I always order some macarons to eat while sitting and drinking my almond coconut tea. So relaxing! Definitely should check it out or stop by if you have the chance!
google avatar

Yelp
Pink and white, flower filled ambiance. Totally Instagramable. Delicious macarons and seasonal lattes. Staff is a bit on the quiet side, but helpful nonetheless.

Yelp
Le Bon Macaron is a cute little shop where you can get macarons, scones, lattes, and more. The interior is a pastel and sweet. The seating by the window at the front is a nice spot for photos. The flavors of the macarons were okay but we were quite thrown off by the texture. Most of ours were crunchy and we assume it was because they were still a little frozen as they were on the top shelf of the display. We came to this conclusion because the purple one we got was very soft and at the bottom of the display. If we come again next time, we might wait a little before consuming. Street parking available!

Yelp
I've been to the Grand Rapids and the Ann Arbor locations of le Bon Macaron and I have to say that they are both amazing! The customer service and food are wonderful. The inside of the restaurant is small but is set up like a cute cafe. The counter has a beautiful display of macarons. You can get them in different pack sizes. Honestly, I could eat them all! I love the yuzu flavored one, any of their lemon flavors, and their coffee flavored macarons. The menu rotates and has seasonal flavors, so there are always new ones to try!
google avatar

Danielle K.

Yelp
For starts this place is absolutely beautiful with a girly pink French vibe! We came in and enjoyed some lattes! All the employees were so nice and helpful, very busy with people buying up their macarons, fresh flowers everywhere! They have limited seating so very cozy but worth a pit stop in!

Yelp
BEST MACARONS EVER! I'm so glad they're open again! I love taking my girls for a little treat to pick out some flavors. And they're as delicious as they are gorgeous! These have the perfect outside crisp and with gooey filling that make each bite so decadent. You truly want to savor each bite. It's so hard not to devour them all! Raspberry and PB&J are my classic faves. I also love the lavender ones because you can actually taste the lavender! My girls love Hazelnut/Nutella and which kid cannot pass up the cake batter and sprinkles of the colorful Marie Antoinette Cake Batter?? Make sure you keep them cold! I'll bring a cooler with an ice pack if I don't plan to eat them right away. They can be stored in your freezer, and brought out just before you plan to eat them. They'll be too gooey if they get too warm - still delicious, but I prefer the consistency when they're not too soft. I have also given these as teacher gifts! So gorgeous on their own. Add a bow and a card and you're all set! Note: Macarons are usually made with almond flour if you are being mindful of nut allergies and sensitivities.

Yelp
I have walked by this place a million times and have always never been able to go in. I had a reason to celebrate recently and thought that a dozen macarons would be a great way to do that. There was a steady flow of people even on a early Tuesday afternoon. Cute decor and PLENTY of flavor options. I will say that every single one I tried from my dozen were amazing. The only bummer was that I had no way of knowing what flavors were what when I got home. I got 6 that were pretty close in color and we had to guess even though I took a picture of the case for reference. I will be back, especially since it's in walking distance.

Austin M.

Yelp
Great espresso as well as macarons. Highly recommend getting both for a luxurious morning/afternoon :)
google avatar

Yelp
Great service, great flavor options - with a generous filling! Wish I could visit this location more!
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious little bakery! Great atmosphere, and the variety of macarons sold was EXCELLENT!
google avatar

Yelp
I wanted so much to love this place! The inside is decorated so inviting and sweetly. The coffee is good, but unfortunately the macarons are (mostly) flavorless! They just taste benign and far too sweet, and some were hollow and dry inside. We gave it a good try (14 flavors) and the only one with a discernible flavor was the orange. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The prices are pretty standard for macarons.
google avatar

Megan B.

Yelp
This is our favorite place to get macarons! We go as a special treat because it is a little pricey IMO. I love that they have seasonal flavors and then some that they keep year around. (Sometimes ya want a lemon macaron in November). I haven't tried anything else but hopefully after everything settles down we can better support our small businesses!
google avatar

Kyle R.

Yelp
Fantastic staff. Welcoming and available! They were wonderful to interact with. They provided great suggestions. Would recommend and we will be back!

Yelp
Love this place they are always nice. Customer service always goes well here and the macarons are always good.

Yelp
This is my friend and my favorite place for macaroons in Grand Rapids. We love how cute the inside is decorated, how friendly and patient the staff always is, and the AMAZING flavors both old and new for the macaroons! I don't have a favorite since there are so many that I love... but typically any of the chocolate ones are always my go to.

Sarah N.

Yelp
Great customer service! Yummy macarons, they're beautiful and full of flavor. The perfect treat. Love this place.

Yelp
I didn't realize how my very first experience trying a macaron would be so mind blowing. After that first experience of being in this beautifully decorated little shop, I just couldn't get enough and there are days that I think about these sweet, crisp, soft, and flavorful little morsels! I've tried macarons at other little shops and nothing has compared to the macarons that I've had at Le Bon! I've been there a handful of times now and decided to go with my amazing friend today and it was just as wonderful as all the other times I've been. It's such a cute place to grab a hot beverage, a couple macarons from their wide selection, and sit at one of their cute little tables/benches and have a fun little date! It's so esthetically pleasing and a great place to take cute pictures for your social media! Le Bon Macaron is a MUST try!!!

Yelp
Atmosphere: This place is one of the cutest I've ever seen! What a wonderful addition to the variety of restaurants on Cherry St.! When we arrived we saw a group of women enjoying tea and a 3-tiered serving plate - how lovely! Food: We ordered 12 macarons, and wow they were gorgeous! Some had metallic designs and were quite lovely! The variety is super fun, with SO much selection! BUT, the sole reason I hesitate to give them 5 stars is because of the texture of the macaron. Perhaps I am picky, but at $2 per little macaron I expect them to be perfect. While the outside was beautiful (smooth texture, no bubbles, gorgeous macaron "feet"), they had ZERO chew. In addition to the crisp outside and airy interior, perfect macarons need to have a satisfyingly slightly chewy texture, which I was really looking forward to and disappointed to miss here. And this was across the board. NOTE: Macarons can be finicky to make and my standards are really high. I totally understand and would still visit again for the wonderful flavors alone. Service: The service was quick, calm, friendly, and helpful - perfect for the atmosphere - with great recommendations. Tip: Try the lavender - SO flavorful and aromatic but not bitter.
google avatar

Stephanie P.

Yelp
These are the best macarons I've ever had in my life! Sometimes, I find macarons to be a little too sweet but these were just right! While they are a bit pricey, I know first hand how difficult they are to make so I get it. Maybe one day I'll master the art of macarons, but until then I think I'll stick to getting them from here!
google avatar

Paige M.

Yelp
Yes yes yes! Great macarons - traditional and unique flavors. The lattes we had were so, so good! Almond milk and soy milk substitutes for the non-dairy drinkers :). The atmosphere is perfect ... you can also pre arrange tea parties with pastries and cheese and crackers from the local Cheese Lady. We took home an assortment of macarons - the special *Lucky charms for St. Patty's Day! Cherry vanilla, raspberry, lemon, white chocolate, vanilla, matcha, earl grey, you name it! we had a lavender almond milk latte - SO good.
google avatar

Gloria M.

Yelp
I had high expectations for their macarons based on the reviews. Was disappointed to find them hollow. I wish they'd put more filling, especially for the price they charge. The flavors were too subtle, in my opinion. They weren't unforgettable. The packaging was cute, however. The shop's design and display were attractive, appealing, and chic. It was a pleasant trip but I'm sad to say the macarons were not outstanding.

Yelp
What a cute little boutique tea and coffee place. I love all things French and this place is your little Paris in GR, Michigan. Tres cute decor, nice staff, fine selection of beverages and their scones are tres yummeeee! I recommend stopping here for a relaxing break while shopping the cute local boutiques. Plenty of seating areas inside and out, weather permitting. Stroller friendly and street parking can be found in front or around the main street off of Lake Dr. on busy days.

Yelp
The best coffee ever. and the macarons melt in your mouth!!! however it's kind of small and wouldn't be the best place to study
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped by after a friend recommend. Super cute and yummy macarons with unique flavors!
google avatar

Elizabeth F.

Yelp
Amazing macarons and cute decor inside. Highly recommend any of their macarons. My favorites are: salted caramel, cake batter, pistachio, coffee, and lemon. It makes for a great gift too!
google avatar

Leora B.

Yelp
Coffee Macaron: I was afraid it would be too strong but the flavor here is spot on!! Chocolate peanut butter macaron: "mmmmm." Lemon macaron: "that's really good." Strawberry Cheesecake Macaron: I can't lie I expected more. The strawberry flavor is okay but I expected a more cheesy flavor in there somewhere. My husband says this one is his favorite though. He'd buy a whole box of just this one. Chocolate macaron: perfect!! This is the one for me!! The ganache center is just perfect! I'd buy a whole box of this. Raspberry and Cassis: These were my least favorite. All I could really taste was sweet. It may be your thing though give it a try. I love that these are all gluten free and made in house. The ambiance of this little cafe is as if you were stepping into Paris and that is lovely. Even outside the old brick road just adds to this feel. I highly recommend you give it a go! I can't wait to have enough time to enjoy a latte here.
google avatar

Caitlyn L.

Yelp
This place is lovely little hidden gem, with incredible macarons and the perfect lighting and aesthetic to take those instagramable pictures. I appreciate the fact that they have lavender syrup for their coffees, as not a lot of shops carry it, and it's not too sweet.
google avatar

Yelp
Delightful marcarons out of a very sweet storefront on Cherry St! I walked in shortly before closing and was sad to see the case practically empty. But never fear! They were just starting to pack up for the day but had plenty of macarons still available hidden away! I went for a pack of 12 in a variety of flavors. All were amazing but a few of my favorites were: salted dark chocolate, cassis (blackcurrant), honey lavender, pumpkin, and milk chocolate coconut. I took a few of the floral ones back to my husband too (he's a big fan of floral flavored anything) and he was a big fan of the violet and rose lychee in particular. I like mararons because they're light and just the right amount of sweetness for my entire set of sweet chompers. I've made them at home a few times and they're not easy so I commend Le Bon for not only making a delicious macaron but beautiful ones as well. Some are painted with gold leaf, some are sprinkled with toasted coconut, edible silver paint, etc. Even the "plain" ones are still stunning. They're great for gifts and a perfect sweet treat for those who are gluten free (they're made with almond flour not wheat flour--so those with nut allergies should steer clear). I was told by the lovely women behind the counter that they freeze really well too, so stock up! Prices add up when you buy a box of several but, again, having made these myself I know they're not easy so I'm totally comfortable splurging on them every once and a while.

Yelp
This is such a cute little place on Cherry St. The people who work here are super sweet. The Macarons are sooooo yummy! Lots of unique flavors. They also have some greeting cards.
google avatar

Sheri H.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious. Stopped here after seeing another guest at our brewery with a container from them and so glad we did. Best macarons I've had to date. A must try!
google avatar

Suzanne S.

Yelp
Sometimes you visit a place and you instantly know they got it right. Then you try their offerings and it's even better. Le Bon Macaron is this kind of place. You should go there today. It is the cutest storefront and the macarons are little bites of delicious heaven. This is the cheapest vacation to Paris you'll ever take. We tried the cookies and cream, nutella, and salted caramel flavors. I can't wait to come back and enjoy a coffee with my macaron.
google avatar

Tia R.

Yelp
CUUUUUUTE CUTE CUTE. Woahcute. If this is your aesthetic, you should come here just to take Instagram photos to be honest. It's a gloriously adorable little French themed boutique tea and coffee shop that specializes in Macarons. Sweet little almond flour cookies with delicate flavorings that if you're into them - are divine. The selections are super inspired and elegant, too. Among the chocolate peanut butter and strawberry flavors were also yuzu and London fog. I also had the most delicious hot mocha here. (NOT made with Madcap coffee thank you so much. When you're not a fan of Madcap sometimes it's hard to find a delicious espresso in Grand Rapids. Le Bon Macaron serves Rowster Coffee.) We were only in for a few minutes for me to drink my coffee and taste a few of the macarons we bought, but it's just an adorable place. Including a sweet little girl in an apron giggling behind the counter. It's like a little fairy tale. I'd definitely check it out.
google avatar

Sumita B.

Yelp
I saw this business on Yelp and was so excited to see that a macaron shop was opening in GR! There are limited places in GR which sell delicious macarons. I ordered 2x of every flavor and wasn't disappointed. My favorite was the green tea flavor. They are refrigerated so it's best to leave them to room temperature before enjoying. Macarons are $2/piece. This is a normal price I've paid across the US for these. Very clean and small store. There is three tables inside. They also sell tea and coffee drinks.
google avatar

Allison P.

Yelp
This place was fantastic. My friend and I were looking for a place with coffee/tea and dessert and this one hit the spot!! The gal at the counter was super helpful and everything was mighty tasty!
google avatar

Kaitlin C.

Yelp
Le Bon Macaron is one of my favorite spots in Grand Rapids for dessert. The atmosphere and decor is french inspired and so classy - it's great for dates or meeting up with friends over a cup of coffee, tea or cocoa! The Macarons are some of the best I've had! My husband and I prefer the sweeter flavors, including vanilla, almond and sugar cookie. It's fun to try all their flavors and they are always rotating the flavors. The Macarons are pricey but absolutely worth it! You can get a pot of tea which is plenty to share for 2 people for $5 and it is high quality tea. The sipping Hot Chocolate is so delicious as well, it's not super sweet and sugary, but very chocolate, rich and flavorful! We also had the Macarons at our wedding and they were a big hit and a fun little dessert - so cute to display! The staff at the shop is so friendly and helpful in choosing the Macaron flavors. Would highly recommend visiting the shop!
google avatar

Karen E.

Yelp
I just love this place! It's classy yet adorable and the product quality is consistently of the very highest standards - fresh, delicious, and beautiful.
google avatar

Kate H.

Yelp
Outstanding macaroons. Got an assortment of 12 and they are uniformly creamy, flavorful and crisp. Good coffee too!

Irene K.

Yelp
This is a lovely little spot with delicious macarons. A little on the pricey side, but just 1-2 is enough for a full serving because of how rich they are. Lots of fun flavors to choose from, and an option to pair it with coffee or something else to drink. Highly recommended!
google avatar

Nari H.

Yelp
This place is legit and so are their 30+ flavors. Came to visit from Chicago and heard really positive things about this place. It lived up to its hype and more. Love the space, the location and the people in the shop! I'm not even a Macaron person and I would recommend. It was a perfect spot to buy a small, cute gift for an engagement party I was about to attend, and they had other cute items for purchase from mugs and totes to baby bibs and more. I'll be back!!
