Hôtel la Maison des Blés / restaurant Le Bouche à Oreille

Went there to celebrate my birthday. Everything was great and worthy of a gastro restaurant. The chef even passed by the tables. One small detail though, I took the meat as main dish, cooked well done and it was a tad hard. When you pay 50 euros for your plate you expect perfection 😂 Other than that minor setback, everything was amazing and my partner and I had a really great time.

Food and drink 8/10 Service 7/10 Decor and atmosphere 10/10 Service speed 7/10 Cost 6/10 The best: Absolutely stunning setting The worst: Staff were friendly but not attentive, we did not receive water and the wine bottle we ordered wasn't poured for us. The lowdown: The food is delicious with some dishes being a bit basic for a high end restaurant. Service was slow and inattentive, though I think this was more due to a lack of staff than the quality of staff. An amazing place to dinner though for the price and potential, I hope this place can improve

We had the smallest menu in the hope to be fast provided the food and continue our journey, but in fact the service took an hour. The service was slow, at trait too slow and almost ignored by the waiters that kept passing by without paying attention to us. The food was ok, but I was not super impressed by the "gastronomique" part. Perhaps a proper and more expensive menu would have made the difference. But knowing I left the Yankee with 38 euro bill per person and I had to fill my tummy with bread was not a good sign IMHO.

Good beer. Food tastes good, but there's too little in the plates. Ambience is nice, toilets are clean and the parking lot is plenty big

This place is magic. The Chef who runs this restaurant is amazing and is also a very kind and helpful person. We organized a party for 15 people there with a very short notice and it was fantastic. Lamb is definitly the dish that I will never forget. Thank you!

Food was beautifully presented and delicious. Staff were very helpful and friendly, service was exceptional.

Very welcoming staff and very good homemade food ! A no brainer to rest on your journey and to buy cheese.

Fantastic restaurant and would highly recommend.
