Lovely restaurant! Very fun and comfortable experience to exploring the food. The staff and team are excellent. Very welcoming and friendly. The food itself is really tasty and good value for money. Besides some dishes for my own taste I find it a little bit difficult to enjoy but the execution is immaculate.

Fantastic place. Second visit - just as good as last time (last year). Food is not only interesting and creative - it also just tastes so good. Very good wine pairings to the menues gives the last star.

Home made Fresh High quality sea food ! Oyster, fish, cheese and desert were all very well selected or home made ! Nice service !

A little out from the centre (5minutes) but well worth walking to. Reasonable prices for well presented and interesting food. Service is prompt and rather quick by normal French standard. Wonderful view of the bay.

Very well done and tasty dishes with interesting combination. Perfect location where you can view the sea going and coming and nice atmophere. Service has been excellent and there was gluten free options and bread!

Excellent service and very nice location. My dinner mates had a 5 stars-dinner, but my oysters made me sick and vomit all night long, followed by high fever (symptoms of food intoxication).

Absolutely beautiful restaurant with exquisite food, magical views, wonderful staff and excellent service. We discovered this gorgeous restaurant when we visited France from Australia in 2018. We returned to St Malo in 2020 purely so we could dine at Le Bout du Quai again and we were not disappointed. We will definitely return....it's worth the 16,000 km flight!!

Amazing location. Beautiful lunch. Very small restaurant with view over water that looks like Monterey in CA. The region is famous for oysters and they definitely deserve the recognition. We went on a rainy winter day and enjoyed the wine, seafood and desserts. Strongly urge anyone visiting the Cancale area to plan a meal (lunch so you can benefit from the view, or earlyish summer dinner) at this location. You won't be sorry! Reservations are recommended!
