The Best New Restaurants in Minneapolis and St. Paul Right Now, March 2025

"Bachelor Farmer veterans Jonathan Gans and Josh Hoyt debuted their American-expat-in-Paris-inspired burger joint in November. The menu leans into its calling card, burgers topped with everything from shaved foie gras and truffle oil to fried oyster mushrooms and melty brie. There’s also roast chicken, soft serve, pomme frites, and nicoise salad. The kid’s menu promises smaller burgers as well as scratch-made fish sticks. How demure." - Serena Maria Daniels

Recent Twin Cities Restaurant and Bar Openings | Eater Twin Cities

"Opened on Thursday, November 14 by Jonathan Gans and Josh Hoyt (formerly of Bachelor Farmer), this fast-casual spot puts the burger front and center with beef patties made from wagyu and toppings drawn from French-brasserie influences. Highlights include the La Royal (served with foie gras, Cooper brand American cheese, and black truffle aioli), entrees such as roasted chicken in velouté sauce, snacks like crudités, and salads — for example a nicoise chop salad with oil-poached tuna, romaine, green beans, potatoes, cherry tomato, chopped egg, and a tapenade dressing." - Serena Maria Daniels

What an incredible experience. My fiance and I went for a Saturday lunch and the staff were kind attentive and informative. We shared fries, Le Poulet Cali and the Le Boeuf. Incredible. The food was amazing 10/10. We cannot wait to go back and try more food. The chicken sandwich was crispy, moist, well seasoned and so fresh with the herbs, avocado and jalapeños. The burger was well crafted, seasoned deliciously, great sauce. The dark horse was the mustard, we asked for ketchup and mustard for the fries. The mustard had some horseradish in it and was the best restaurant mustard I’ve ever had. We kept talking about coming back and bringing more people. What a great spot!

Le Burger 4304 is such a great spot. The food is excellent, an elevated burger restaurant that perfectly bridges the gap between fast food and casual dining. You order at the counter, but they seat you afterward, which gives it a more relaxed, sit-down feel while still being quick and convenient. The burgers are outstanding. Juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The L’Oignon is my favorite, with caramelized onions, Gruyère, and Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth. The fries are light and crispy without being greasy, and the gougères are a fun bonus, like little cheese-filled popovers that are addictive. The handmade lemonades are a must-try, refreshing and perfectly balanced, and the soft serve is the best way to end the meal. It’s one of those places where you can be in and out quickly, but the food and atmosphere feel way above a typical fast-casual experience. Definitely worth a visit if you love a really well-done burger, great service, and a modern, welcoming vibe.

It’s time for an elevated burger! I came to Le burger conveniently located in the south Minneapolis Linden Hills Neighborhood for a quick lunch break. Not only was the service great, the staff was friendly and gave great recommendations. As you order from the counter, you can always see what specials they may have…. The burger and fries arrived fairly promptly and was hot and delicious. I ordered the Le Boeuf which was a delicious Wago and bacon burger with smoked cheddar cheese, jalapeños, fried onions, and BBQ Sauce!!! The fries were hot and a nice portion. The restaurant was comfortable with adequate seating options depending on your preference. Overall great experience and food. Yum! I would definitely be back!

Casual and chill great for a date! Food was great! Definitely quality was great and fresh and the presentation of it was beautiful! I would say he aware that you do.need to order fries separately which could be slightly confusing when not asked if you want fries and the blueberry lavender lemon and was tart and refreshing and not too sweet which makes it so balanced out with the burger and fries! And highly recommend the raspberry lavender ice cream there! And if you eat ut there it comes in a cute cup too! If the weather is nice and the patio is available in the back it's also very cute! Overall would recommend this for any occasion!

We tried this for the first time last night and wow! These burgers are amazing. I got the onion burger and the my fiance got the chickpea one. We also got Royale fries and the chips and dip and added the caviar. DELICIOUS. The onion burger was top 3 burgers I’ve ever tried.

I got the blueberry lavender lemonade which was awesome. I also got the L-Ongion with fries. The burger was cooked to perfection, high quality ingredients all around. The onions were amazing. The fries were very crispy and perfectly salted. Top 2 best burger I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back. Very nice atmosphere and staff were very friendly.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff! Always such a welcoming vibe. The menu is amazing, and I love the fun French-inspired take on a classic burger spot. Le Burger has quickly become one of our go-to places in Linden Hills. I don’t think we’ve ever ordered a burger we didn’t love. We even forgot to take a photo before digging in… which honestly just proves how good it was. The aftermath of burger wrappers and leftover ketchup carnage says it all. If you’re not sure what to get, the Royale is my personal favorite 👌

Google
The burger doesn't look sexy but tastes absolutely sexy!! Very juicy and flavorful. Definitely heat in Le Boeuf with the jalapenos. Fries are so crispy and not dry. The indoor seating is not setup for convention. Extremely loud, bad acoustics. I don't recommend this as a date spot.
