Wine Lover's treat.
We visited this delightful restaurant in May 2025 and were immediately charmed by its cozy and tranquil atmosphere. The service was warm, attentive, and truly customer-centered..
One of the first things that caught our eye was the carefully curated wine selection. We opted for the wine pairing menu, and it was a wonderful surprise to discover that the owners had chosen to leave out Alsace wines this time—an inspired change! The package included a crisp Sauvignon Blanc with the ceviche and an elegant Chablis paired with the fish course. These combinations were very good. With the meat dish, we were treated to Crozes-Hermitage. This Crozes-Hermitage was a true rarity for a wine of its kind—it's not often one encounters a young and elegant Syrah like that. Juicy, bursting with fruit, and elegantly structured, it was a delightful surprise and the kind of bottle you only wish you could find more often. It made for a perfect pairing.
Notably, the sommelier’s weekly "coupe de coeur" selection, available by the glass, is a real highlight. On our visit, the featured red was a 2018 Grand Cru Corton—yes, a real GRAND CRU! Though young, the wine was wonderfully drinkable, thanks to a sunny vintage, and it tasted heavenly. The price per glass was also refreshingly reasonable.
The highlight of the menu was the sea bass dish, whose complex and layered flavors demonstrated the undeniable talent of the chef. While all the courses were very good, the fish truly stood out as something special.
This restaurant is a new and promising addition to the local dining scene. The attention to detail in both food and wine suggests that it has the potential to achieve much in the future.
