Le Cèdre is a charming Lebanese restaurant in Paris that left a lasting impression during my two-week stay. I visited this gem four times, and it’s easy to see why—it’s all about the shawarma!
The shawarma deserves a solid five stars. It’s flavorful, perfectly spiced, and undoubtedly the star of the menu. If you’re a fan of authentic Lebanese cuisine, this is an absolute must-try.
The staff here are hardworking, kind, and generous. They truly know how to host and make you feel welcome, which adds so much to the overall experience.
The tabbouleh was fresh and delicious, though the portion was a bit smaller than I anticipated. The kebbeh, however, fell slightly short of expectations—it could use some improvement to match the quality of their other dishes.
One recommendation: make sure to ask for the doughnuts to be heated up—they’re good, but warming them really elevates the flavor.
Overall, Le Cèdre is a delightful spot, with some dishes that shine brighter than others. But believe me, the shawarma alone makes it worth visiting. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in Paris!
