"While the Canadian pavilion may be home to the intoxicating smells of maple popcorn, there’s no real attraction that people flock to. There is, however, Le Cellier, one of the hardest reservations to score in Epcot. The cozy cellar is inspired by some of Canada’s most iconic steakhouses, and has a menu to match. But while the steaks are splendidly seasoned and seared, it’s the appetizers that shine. Escargot en croûte, poutine with velvety cabernet demi-glace, and the signature ultra-rich cheddar cheese soup made with Moosehead Lager are what make scoring a primetime table here almost as hard as landing a spot in a Virtual Queue. Don’t be discouraged, though, if you can’t find a reservation for dinner—spots tend to be available earlier in the day." - Jacqueline Dole
"An upscale Canada pavilion steakhouse that demonstrates theme-park dining can be refined — known for Canadian cheddar cheese soup, poutine, and steaks, offering a steakhouse experience in the middle of the park." - Elizabeth Rhodes Elizabeth Rhodes Elizabeth Rhodes is a senior editor at Travel + Leisure, covering everything from luxury hotels to theme parks to must-pack travel products. "A signature restaurant offering Canadian-inspired steakhouse fare." - Travel + Leisure Editors
"Located in faux Canada, Le Cellier, where you’ll feel like you’re eating inside a wine cellar, is one of our favorite choices for a nicer night out in the parks. The whole experience is a little dated, but if you think about it, the golden era of steak and wine really was the '90s, and that’s what it feels like in here. The rib eye, filet, and strip steak are all reliably great, and the wine list is impressive." - Carina Finn Koeppicus
