"While the Canadian pavilion may be home to the intoxicating smells of maple popcorn, there’s no real attraction that people flock to. There is, however, Le Cellier, one of the hardest reservations to score in Epcot. The cozy cellar is inspired by some of Canada’s most iconic steakhouses, and has a menu to match. But while the steaks are splendidly seasoned and seared, it’s the appetizers that shine. Escargot en croûte, poutine with velvety cabernet demi-glace, and the signature ultra-rich cheddar cheese soup made with Moosehead Lager are what make scoring a primetime table here almost as hard as landing a spot in a Virtual Queue. Don’t be discouraged, though, if you can’t find a reservation for dinner—spots tend to be available earlier in the day." - Jacqueline Dole
