"This is the type of restaurant that won’t let you down from the warm, welcoming interior appointed with fine works of art to Agnès, who confidently supervises the front of house and chef Vanderhoeven’s enticingly generous set menu. The food is deftly crafted and subtly strewn with exotic influences. How about a dish that mixes the earthy flavours of pigeon with the multiple facets of furikake spices, green asparagus and seaweed? The veteran chef knows just how to find the right balance every time. You may be interested to know that they also run cooking workshops on Saturday mornings…" - Michelin Inspector

A wonderful dining experience at Coriandre in Boitsfort! This small, intimate restaurant offers a set menu (4 or 5 courses), and we opted for the 4-course option with wine pairings. From the start, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive waitresses, who took our coats and guided us to our table. We kicked off the evening with a well-crafted cocktail, setting the tone for a refined meal. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot for a relaxed yet elegant dinner. The staff was professional and attentive, though perhaps a bit too formal, lacking some spontaneity. That said, the service was smooth, and the food and wine pairings were well thought out. Overall, a lovely experience and a place I highly recommend for those looking for a refined and intimate dining setting!

Wow - what an amazing experience! The 5-course menu consisted of beautiful and tasty dishes each unique and amazing after another. So many flavors and visually pleasing plates. The wine pairings were perfect. Small place run by a friendly couple since many years. Very warm and serene atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We ate there yesterday and it was amazing. Impeccable service and the food was delicious. Especially the main course. Surprising désert as well. It's the third time I ate there but this last time was especially nice !

4 of us visited for lunch. We took a 3 course lunch menu. The nibbles were delicious so was the starter (seared scallops). The main course (guinea fowl) was tasty but nothing special. The dessert was average (beetroot /chocolate with pear). The venue which we visited few times before was very noisy (the tables are fairly close and there is nothing to absorb the noise - no curtains nor carpet). The disappointing part of the experience was the service. Somewhat rushed, charmless and robotic. One of our guests has severe nut allergy which was obviously mentioned at the time of the reservation. There was no reference to it when we sat down nor willingness to really understand the degree of the allergy. This attitude was quite in contrast to numerous other Michelin star restaurants we frequented where there is usually a desire to ensure that no course will be a problem. We have been to over 35 Michelin starred places across the world and Le Coriandre was below par I am afraid. The service needs to be more warm, personal and less automatic pilot style (be it efficient).. We left well fed but not enchanted with the place.

Back a year later, still fantastic. A perfect small room, excellent service, subtle courses bursting with flavor, wine pairing delicious and the dessert was fantastic.

Without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Brussels (now that I've been 3 times). Apart from the outstanding food, the overall attention to detail is incredible. A warm welcome, great ambience, lovely on-table decorations, etc. etc. I particulay recommend the "all inclusive" set menus, which leave no surprises when the bill arrives, and include genuinely delightful wine pairings. Best to reserve ahead of time, as they're increasingly popular.

Friendly and dedicated service, Top foodies experience and very nice food associations served with passion. It use to be star Michelin and hasn't lost its top service spirit. Would definitely recommend this restaurant, it was a great experience for me.
