We had the pleasure of dining at Le Feuillée, choosing the 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing, and it was flawless from start to finish.
My wife is allergic to tomatoes, and the team went above and beyond to adapt much of the menu, including the amuse-bouches, with impressive skill and creativity. A real challenge, brilliantly executed without compromising on flavor or presentation.
Each dish was a journey, perfectly complemented by thoughtfully selected wines. The service was attentive, discreet, and highly professional.
We also appreciated Chef Louis Gachet coming out at the end of the service a refined gesture.
A well deserved Michelin star in every respect. We’ll definitely be back!
